Detta är den perfekta platsen för en familjesemester. Det finns två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng, det andra med våningssäng (full storlek på botten och tvåbäddsrum på toppen). Det finns också en fullstor futon i vardagsrummet.

Vi ligger inom gångavstånd till Belmont Park Amusement Center, kaféer, restauranger och cykel-, havs- och vikuthyrning (vi har säkerställt en lokal rabatt på hyror för dig) och så mycket mer! Dessa lägenheter har en rymlig delad uteplats för att njuta av vänner, familj och den friska havsluften. Stig utanför på natten för en promenad vid bukten och ta in de lysande San Diego-stadsljusen när du går längs miles av strandpromenaden som sveper runt Mission Bay och vid havet!

De nya ägarna har nyligen ersatt de flesta av möblerna, sortimentet och slutfört några trevliga uppgraderingar inklusive nya sängkläder, dekor, laminatgolv, ny färg och nya inventarier. De stora fönstren släpper in mycket ljus och uppfriskande havbris.

Perfect location and clean appartment. Right next to the beach. We loved to walk to Belmont Park and to the boardwalk to see the sunset every night. There's a nice kid playground not too far. We always felt secure in the neighborghood. Everything you need for your stay is there. We loved the locker with everything you need to go to the beach. Easy check-in and the parking is a must in that area. The rooms upstairs are getting hot in the afternoon. But there's an A.C. in one room that we appreciate. We used that A.C. and moved it from one room the an other to help manage the temperature before sleeping. If we had to go to San Diego again, we would come back to this appartment anytime.

Conference and Touring

Came to San Diego for a teacher’s conference. This property was perfect for our needs. Excellent location and communication with rental company was top notch.

Location was great and we were able to walk easily to the beach and the bay. Having the sand toys, wagon and chairs were also great. We did found the beds extremely noisy. While the queen mattress was comfortable, every time you rolled over it would wake others up. I believe it’s time for a new bed frame. There was also week long construction that would start at 6:30am each day. While I can understand that this is out of control of the management company, I feel that once they were aware to let us know. It definitely woke us up every morning (the jack hammering and machine). We left feeling exhausted from the bed, Lastly the shower tiles, and overall condition will need to be addressed. Overall our experience was ok.

Great location

Stayed at this location for 3 weeks to get away from the winter. Internet was solid allowing me to work the full stay without any downtime. The bay is a short walk away and the surf side is not much further. Really beautiful area.

Perfect

Our stay here was awesome. We arrived and check in was easy. We parked our large SUV in the designated spot and didn’t have to use it again. We were able to walk everywhere. The place was Super clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Short stay

The house is exactly as listed! They had lots of good fans to help with moving the air. Master bedroom was comfy. Second bedroom was nice but the bunk bed is very noisy so don't move! They so kindly allowed us to check in early since it was ready! Enjoyed our stay!

Location was in walking distance of the beach. The beach chairs were nice to have. No air conditioning but fans were provided.

Great weekend at Mission Beach

Property had everything we needed and the location could not be beat. Super close walk to Mission Bay and Mission Beach as well as the Belmont Park area, and lots of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. And the Dueling Pianos at the local bar on the last night was a lot of fun! Only downside is that it was a warm weekend and the bedrooms don't cool down well even with fans. But in spite of that I would return anytime! Thanks!

Great location

Overall, a solid place to stay for our extended weekend vacation. Walking distance to anywhere in Mission Beach and easy access to other parts of town. Would have been 5 stars but the utensils and some of the common areas were not fully cleaned.

Wonderful location and great communication

We had an amazing stay at this lovely location. It was just a block away from the bay side beach and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean! Our family loved our stay and the communication with staff was amazing! We would gladly stay here again!

Great location, size, and amenities

We really loved it here. The kids were cozy in the bunk room and us and the baby were happy in the other. It's true it got super hot in there (which we doubted per other reviews bc we're used to the Texas heat). But it's true - it was hot. But we opened the windows and got all the fans going and by the second morning, it was cooled off. Also the parking spot is quite small (as it says!), but we artfully got a minivan in there. The kids loved the beach toys there and the wagon was a helpful addition. I didn't notice there was no dishwasher, but it wasn't a huge issue. Everything was spelled out clearly, the staff was super helpful to engage with, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet - not as loud as the more rowdy Mission Beach further up the peninsula. We loved it in this cozy location. Thanks for everything!

Nice Place

The place was great, good location, host was nice to deal with. Nothing ot complain about. The only thing that was confusing is we got in later and there were 3 different door combination locks on the door. I wasn't clear which one. But the host took are call and helped us with it.
