This is a great option for families with young kids. The home is right off of a 3-mile looped walking/biking path and just a few minutes walk from a fun playground. Also near a Target for anything you might need.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at the arboretum. It was a fantastic location nearby in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was cozy with great views and amenities.

Feels Like Home

We stayed for a week and it felt like being home. The house is perfect for family with great location and everything you could ever need. Would stay again.

Wonderful spacious home in beautiful setting

Clean, spacious lovely home right next to walking path around the lake. Owner was wonderful to work with and we will definitely rent again.

Great location in suburban Minneapolis

Great neighborhood with fantastic access to local bike and running trails. Being located right on Rice Marsh Lake was fantastic for walking the dogs!

Great place for families

It fulfilled all our needs. It’s a great place for kids because it’s on a 3 mile trail and close to a fun filled playground. The owner/manager went out of their way to provide play pen and baby gate, coffee, candy and wine.

A wonderful hidden Chanhassen “hidden” gem

Wonderful location, quiet, peaceful, many amenities 5-10 minutes away, 3.2 mile walk around Rice Marsh Lake starting steps from the back door. Clean, eclectically decorated, and well maintained. We’ll be back.

Beautiful Area and Home

We were in MN for a family graduation. This home and the area were perfect. The house has everything you would need, is clean and organized, and we received a warm welcome. The decks overlooked a beautiful wooded area that was surrounded by a walking path. We enjoyed the nature. We felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would stay again.

We had a great time. The location is fantastic. The views off the deck of Rice Marsh Lake are wonderful. Our dog enjoyed the big yard and we all loved walking around the lake which is just over 3 miles. This property is so close to many things. Restaurants, groceries and entertainment are within ten minutes away. The hosts were great and very responsive. Definitely will consider this again next year.

Wonderful stay

Our experience with Jenny’s home was excellent. The house was lively and well cared for. It had a beautiful deck and access to a lovely walking trail nearby. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. It is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and they were on hand with any questions if needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, secluded home

We spent a wonderful week here while visiting family. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. It’s located in a quiet suburban neighborhood a short distance from Chanhassen center, with shopping, restaurants and the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. The upper floor is bright and airy, with a large deck that offered views of the lake. The lower floor has a large television and access to a patio area. Although there are homes all around, due to the beautiful landscaping this home feels private and secluded. It sits next to a 3-mile loop trail around Rice Marsh Lake.

This home is excellently located, near several parks and lakes with a pathway to these adjoining the home. While in a quiet neighborhood, there is convenient access to a wide range of quality restaurants, Life Time Fitness locations, grocery stores and walking paths and biking trails. The home was quite comfortable with a lower level walkout and was very well stocked with kitchen and laundry essentials.

A park-like experience

We really enjoyed our extended vacation in Chanhassen, three weeks, in a beautiful welcoming home along side a park, with a playground and a three mile bike path around the lake. Our hosts were fantastic, providing us with community information and easy access via texts for any questions or concerns. The deck was large and enjoyed everyday, for coffee, afternoon accidental naps, and even a small gathering for dinner. We used the charcoal Weber, and had a tasty barbecue. Thank you, Jenny and Blake, for a beautiful autumn experience in Minnesota.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful reunion with family coming from all over the US. The hosts were very responsive and their home was beautiful. A feeling of being suspended in the trees in a treehouse but with lots of natural light.
