Hyr ett vackert 4 sovrum 2 badrum hemma nära Minneapolis och allt som är kul att göra i de västra förorterna !. Sitt ute på det stora däcket efter en lång dag med den underbara utsikten över sjön och våtmarkerna är det perfekta sättet att koppla av. Detta hem har allt du behöver. Utomhusområdena inkluderar 2 tegelplattor med bärbara eldgropar och lager ved. På övervåningen finns ett matbord, stolar, chimenea, gas och kolgrill. De två bilgaragen och den långa platta uppfarten finns att parkera. Tre av sovrummen har queen-sängar, och det fjärde har en mycket bekväm full storlek utdrag. Två av sovrummen har nyligen renoverats med ny färg, sängkläder och matta. Halva badet är också nytt. Den lägre nivån går ut till den stora uteplatsen och har en våt bar och kylskåp, stor TV och familjerum. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet är omgivet av söderläge fönster som leder till däck. Hemmet ligger längs direkt tillgång till miles av stenlagda promenader eller cykelleder med utsikt över en park och ett litet baseballfält.

Great place for families

It fulfilled all our needs. It’s a great place for kids because it’s on a 3 mile trail and close to a fun filled playground. The owner/manager went out of their way to provide play pen and baby gate, coffee, candy and wine.

A wonderful hidden Chanhassen “hidden” gem

Wonderful location, quiet, peaceful, many amenities 5-10 minutes away, 3.2 mile walk around Rice Marsh Lake starting steps from the back door. Clean, eclectically decorated, and well maintained. We’ll be back.

Wonderful, secluded home

We spent a wonderful week here while visiting family. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. It’s located in a quiet suburban neighborhood a short distance from Chanhassen center, with shopping, restaurants and the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. The upper floor is bright and airy, with a large deck that offered views of the lake. The lower floor has a large television and access to a patio area. Although there are homes all around, due to the beautiful landscaping this home feels private and secluded. It sits next to a 3-mile loop trail around Rice Marsh Lake.

Beautiful Area and Home

We were in MN for a family graduation. This home and the area were perfect. The house has everything you would need, is clean and organized, and we received a warm welcome. The decks overlooked a beautiful wooded area that was surrounded by a walking path. We enjoyed the nature. We felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would stay again.

A park-like experience

We really enjoyed our extended vacation in Chanhassen, three weeks, in a beautiful welcoming home along side a park, with a playground and a three mile bike path around the lake. Our hosts were fantastic, providing us with community information and easy access via texts for any questions or concerns. The deck was large and enjoyed everyday, for coffee, afternoon accidental naps, and even a small gathering for dinner. We used the charcoal Weber, and had a tasty barbecue. Thank you, Jenny and Blake, for a beautiful autumn experience in Minnesota.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful reunion with family coming from all over the US. The hosts were very responsive and their home was beautiful. A feeling of being suspended in the trees in a treehouse but with lots of natural light.

Relax & enjoy the surroundings

First Class Property

Our hosts were very good at communicating. the property inside and out was very well taken care of. We were impressed with how clean everything was. We stay at many rentals through out the country and this was one of the cleanest and well equipped. They had everything we needed and more. The beds and linens were that of a first class hotel. We loved the outdoor space and being so close to the trails for biking and walking. We hope to visit again!

Fall in Chanhassen

It is hard to add to prior reviews, everything is true. The Spillers have a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood where from the deck you feel in the woods with just views of trees and Minnesota marshes without houses to block your enjoyment. Especially beautiful in the fall as the leaves turn. Yet just outside the neighborhood are grocery stores, restaurants snd the amenities of the city we came to see family and enjoy the fall activities. A Not-To-Miss is the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre with professional productions of well loved musicals. Just reopened from Covid the performers are so talented and draw the audience in to the story, for a great evening and good food. We look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful home

We loved staying at this home! It’s right next to a walking path that takes you to walkable lake that connects to other lakes and neighborhoods as well. The neighborhood is also nice to walk and is with an easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and highways. The home was very comfortable… We slept like babies! The home is quiet at night and the views from the back deck were outstanding! I highly recommend this home and Jenny is a lovely host!

A perfect family vacation

My daughter and her family flew in from California and we flew in from Florida. Jenny’s house and location resulted in a perfect family get together. The house was the perfect size and beautifully laid out. The boys enjoyed the large backyard and the huge colorful playground 5 minutes away. We swam, paddle board in Lake Ann only 2 miles away. We were close to the aquarium at The Mall of America. The largest outdoor playground in Hyland was only 29 minutes away. Eating breakfast and dinner on their large porch was always fun. We had just a perfect time. Lynn

It is a lovely home with a beautiful shaded deck we spent many evenings enjoying. Right next to hiking trail around Rice Marsh Lake. Many nearby restaurants and parks. The property owners are very attentive. We hope to return for a future stay!
