Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, property was clean, location was as described, living space was bright and airy, condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a small maintenance issue one of the bathrooms and it was repaired within one hour. Excellent customer service!

Beautifull place! Would rent again. Wonderful beach to walk. The master shower had some mold and the rugs had an odor and needed cleaning. Overall, very nice place.

Everything We Wanted and Needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four loved this condo! This property had everything we needed (household/beach items, linens, etc.) and everything we wanted (amenities and location). The only hiccup we had was that the hot water wasn't working when we got there. The property management company was prompt in correcting the issue. The only advice I'll give is to bring a good beach wagon (because it's quite the trek to get to the beach) and bug spray (the mosquitos are brutal).

Wonderful Vacation

This was one of the nicest vacations we've had in quite a while. My only concern, and I heard it from a number of people was the parking situation. The other was the charge for getting locked out on the deck. Had we forgotten our key to get in the front door I wouldn't mind because that's my bad but this was a problem with the sliding door. That could be considered a safety problem.

First Time at Marco Island

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt cheated when I arrived to the place and found the beach wasn't 300 feet from the building, but more than 3000.My wife and me are 70's seniors and that distance disappointed us.The apartment interior photos they show in the website were better than the reality, but for real, the place was good and clean.There was no information about the number combinations to go in and out through the gates and some doors but we solved that inconvenient.Maybe it was the season, too much rain, but the beach was murky. We love clear watersIn general, we spent a good time with part of our family.The appliances and a/c were nice

Judging from the photos, you can see that this part of the beach is very wide. Great Location and Lovely Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a pleasant experience with this property. It was clean and well equipped, and the management company was welcoming and flexible during our check in and check out. Although it wasn't a huge issue for us, it did lack a bit in terms of your usual expectations such as Wi-Fi, Cable TV with good picture quality, filtered water in the fridge, a kettle, a cart to take beach chairs to the beach (which is quite a trek). Additionally, I would recommend less reliance on the smart phone app and perhaps supplementing the app with clear and concise instructions on 1 sheet of paper. The last thing I want to do on my vacation is look at my iPhone app for instructions about the amenities and other rules of the property. Another thing I don't want to do is walk to another building to register and get another set of instructions. I recommend consolidations all of the rules/instructions (which seemed to be abundant)along with access codes on that 1 sheet of paper and pre-registering the guests ahead of time so that they have less processes to go through. Also, info on transportation/car service options would have been useful to have on that sheet of paper as well. Aside from the inconveniences of where and how to get information, our experience was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Very Nice Place

The condo is beautiful and well maintained, but we did have a few problems. The check-in process was tedious. We initially checked in at building 3 after passing through the guarded gate. Then we were told our keys were a mile or so away, off site, at Marco Properties, so we drove there and had to wait for 15-20 at the gate again for the guard to let us in as the line of cars was long and slow. The building had some plumbing issues for a few days, so we couldn't use the dishwasher for a while. When we were able to, fortunately a previous tenant left a tiny bit of dishwasher liquid in a bottle under the sink, but there were no dishwasher cubes as stated by Marco Properties.. We also didn't have a 2nd kitchen trash bag liner that was supposed to be provided. We had to ask for the liner. The maintenance guy was nice and very prompt in addressing our needs. I liked that we could text Marco Properties when problems arose. Worse however, was the water was turned off for part of 2 days, so we had to use the toilet on the main floor. This wasn't the condo owner's fault, but it made our stay rather stressful. During the repairs, which started early in the morning, the banging of pipes and such woke up one of my companions in the front bedroom several days in a row. The HVAC unit was in an enclosed space off the living room and was rather loud. Everything else was very nice. The beds, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, and TVs were great. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit, but didn't get to the shoreline often enough because of the long walk in the sand. Upon checking out, I complained to Marco Properties about our problems, and they apologized and said the plumbing issues were beyond their and the owner's control, but that I could file a written complaint, which I did. The owner graciously refunded 10% of our payment for our troubles and apologized for the inconveniences. Overall, we liked our unit and would consider coming back.

Called maintenance and then had to hang out while they tried to fix it. Also, the kitchen sink started to leak - ugh! The shower was to strong.

Walking distance to the beach easy to reach two bedroom apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very well equipped with lots of things you can feel at home. If I have to say something not as nice, the noise of the air condition is somewhat annoying because it is situated in front of dining and living area, and turns on and off, some people don't find this a bother at all. The swimming pool is more for relaxing, not to swimmers. The area is very nice and well taken care of, it was surely a pleasurable stay which we would repeat anytime.The walk to the beach is highly recommended for the sunset. On the morning be aware of that it is very hot. The apartment is very recommended.

Paradise

The condo is exactly as the photos. The condo has everything you will need. It was just wonderful. You will have to buy a beachcart if you plan on going to the beach. We bought one at Sunsation, which was not of good quality, but it served our needs. Here is the only issue. The walk to the gulf is at least a half mile; but having said that it is so worth it. Beach and water is gorgeous. South Seas is clean and maintained beautifully. We will be there next year!

Won’t stay there again

It was the farthest condo from beach area. Long walk and no cart provided to help carrier beach supplies. Cart rental companies charged too much and my husband had to drive into Naples to find a Walmart to purchase a cooler that was suppose to be provided and a trash can on wheels so we could tote all our items to and from the beach. Pool closed down at dusk and no smoking on balconies (only designated area was across the parking lot by grill area), really? And I’m going to leave my autistic 10 year old alone in the condo to do that?!? Didn’t realize it was rainy season and will be rest of summer so there wasn’t anything to do indoors around Marco or Naples (1 bowling alley, but there was a 3 hour wait) air conditioner in our room was making noises the whole time we were there off and on and our last day stopped working. No washer and dryer on the unit and only 2 on whole floor which cost us a lot to do. Air dryers in hallways and they used the dryer plugs to run them and told us we has to go to the 15th or 16th floor to use those washers (we were on the 2nd floor).

Amazing trip to Marco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the decor and how the condo was equipped. It had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils as well as starter items (IE. Hand soap dish soap a few garbage bags and dishwasher pods) I planned ahead and brought all that but it was a pleasant surprise that it was there for use. Very helpful. The unit faces the pool and we enjoyed that we could sit on the balcony every night (with the lights out due to turtle season) the only complaint was the tall dresser was wobbly in the twin bed room and it made me nervous with my kids. So I didn't put their clothes in there to avoid opening the drawers.
