Nice house

Thanksgiving at the beach

Location is excellent for those who like to walk, .9 mile to beach and 1 mile to shopping. Very spacious open and clean property.

Walk to the beach!

We had a lovely week at Sardinia. Walked to the beach every day and enjoyed the outdoor space in the eves. Everything we needed was provided and location is great for shopping, restaurants and things to do. Had a small maintenance issue which was taken care of immediately. Recommend for sure

Great stay!

The house was clean and spacious. Our family had a great time. The garage contains several beach chairs, a beach cart, floats and even some beach toys for the kids. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, mugs and cups. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

This is a beautiful and relaxing home. Everything needed for our stay. The walk to the beach is not 5 min, more like 10 but still nice. Would have liked a few more kitchen dishes as we cooked most dinners at the home.

Walk to the beach

Walking to the beach is more relaxing than driving. Each of us could come and go as we please. There were beach chairs and a wagon.

Great Week

We loved our week at this house! The space was clean and new and the appliances worked well. We rarely used the pool but drove to beaches nearby every day. The walkable beach was very crowded (during Winter Break week) and a bit too long of a walk with kids. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the beach chairs, towels, coolers available for the beach. Only issues were: ice maker didn't work so no ice, no salt/pepper/olive oil or anything in cabinets so we ended up rarely cooking. Nice location down the street from Whole Foods and tons of restaurants, safe neighborhood.

Spring Break

Decent property but one of the 4 rooms doesn’t have windows. The walkway around the pool is sinking so for older folks be aware. The walk to the beach is a min of 15 mins not 5 as written. Overall, we would come back. But they do nickel and dime you with a lot of fees so maybe investigate the area throughly before you decide on a place.

Good but Many Unresolved Issues

House was nice, spacious and great location. As a rental the experience was far inferior in many ways to other rentals we have had in the area, rentals that were also less expensive. Most of the issues we had were identified by previous guests so it seems that the feedback although consistent has been ignored. Squeaky bed in MBR, bug issues, broken ice maker, no cable channels, cold pool have all been identified before and have not been resolved. Overall we were satisfied, but the persistent issues are not consistent with the high price of this unit. The WiFi issues was particularly problematic since we were assured in advance it was resolved when in fact it was not.

Great Property

1. Newly remodelled . 2. No privacy from next door rental. 3. Reported lighting not working in back yard to be able to use barbacue after 6.30pm . Was never fixed even though we complained a few time. 4. Coffee cups missing although coffee maker in residence. Reported this but no response. 5. Three days before we left people came to clean the premises as they believed we were leaving that day.. 6. Asked for a broom but never got one. Summary _ Great property . Crummy organization except for Steve who is great

Great Vacation Home

This was a great house. We were there for a family trip, 3 adult couples and a 1 year old grand baby. Everything was as advertised. Our only major issue was lack of an ice maker..at all..of any kind! A beach town in Florida- an ice maker is a must! I had read on reviews it was broken months ago so we did buy bags of ice. Inconvenient to have to keep buying ice. Note to OWNER.. fix or buy an ice maker! I would've put 5* except for the ice maker. Other than that, great place! We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect everyday! Close enough to walk to Vanderbilt beach. Beach chairs and umbrella, ice chest and cart were a plus! The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and as advertised. Kitchen, dining, and living areas were plenty big and had everything we needed. We had a great time!

Renter Beware

House looked just like the photos, clean and renovated. Property listed they had cable TV - only 4 local channels - nothing else. TV in living room would lose cable connection and you had to unplug and plug in the cable box to get the signal back. Hot water in shower ran out after first shower. Ice Maker in refrigerator did not work - they could have it fixed after I left - unacceptable. Internet was not secure - no password. My Facebook account was hacked the second day of my stay. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinets so it wobbled every time it was opened. Plus, one of the main racks inside dishwasher was broken so stacking dishes was cumbersome. Window screens were bent and did not work - could not leave windows open since bugs came in. Floor was not level-as you walked thru the house you would go up and down with the floor. New laminate flooring had gaps between the boards - poor quality. Bottom Line - when you pay this amount of money to rent a house - everything should work perfectly which was not the case at this rental property. Sent an email to the rental company regarding my concerns and still no response. Tried leaving a voice mail message - mailbox was full. Motel 6 has more cable channels than this house did - deceitful advertising. Very disappointing. Would not rent this house again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Perfect place for family trip with 2 kids and grandparents with us! Everything was clean and as described. Pool was good enough size for young kids. Since this is managed by company, there is nothing for cooking so bring the basics like salt, coffee filters etc. but so many stores close by so easy to get and all the local restaurants deliver if you don’t want to cook or go out!

Vacation

The property was nice, but there were some disappointments. The pool wasn't very clean and we had to have a hose pouring water at all times bc the pool would have enough water. The TV's had no cable to watch cartoons, see sports. We ended buying a cable to connect to the tv and our phone. Other this is was nice.

first reservation cancelled 20 hours before check in this rebook beautiful

Our first reservation for property 7339632 was cancelled less than 24 hours before check in. The property manager did not return emails. After contacting Home Away we were rebooked into this beautiful home in Naples but not before spending 2 nights at a hotel. Would consider booking through another agency next time.

Great stay

The house was well appointed and spacious for our group of 7. The walk to the beach was closer to 15 min not 5 as stated. The kitchen had adequate supplies as we cooked several times. The screened lanai was nice but the area around the pool is tight. Overall would recommend it.
