Vår Studio PAROTA gör en perfekt rymlig dubbelrumslägenhet för 2 personer men det kan bli den lilla familjen perfekta semesterorten. Sover 2, 4 eller 6 personer med 1 drottning sovrum och 2 vika kan dubbelsängar i vardagsrummet.

Utrymmet

Vår byggnad är en 3 nivå med 13 vackra studior. Det är helt säkert och gated för din säkerhet. Du kommer att få nyckeln till ingången, så du får friheten att komma in som du vill. Du kommer att kunna njuta av dina måltider i det matsal och i full storlek praktiskt kök eller bara slappna av och njut av en fantastisk utsikt över Sayulita från takterrassen. Studio Parota är vårt största boende, med kapacitet för att passa upp till sex personer helt och hållet med det queen size-säng och två bäddsoffor. Ligger på 2: e våningen.

Inicial nattpriset är för 4 personer beläggning. Det är en avgift på 10 USD per natt för varje person upp till 2 mer till en total beläggning på 6 personer.

Alla våra gäster har full tillgång till vår takterrass med pool, palapa och solterrass där vi har wifi-tillgång till våra gäster. Också en gratis parkeringsplats i vårt privata garage i källaren av byggnaden.

Peaceful and Calming Stay

We had a peaceful and memorable stay at Villa Corales, specifically in the Parota room. It was spotless, and the décor had an authentic, local charm that made it feel warm and welcoming.Rodolfo was absolutely AMAZING! Despite our late arrival, he met us downstairs and gave us a great overview of the property. Throughout our stay, he remained incredibly helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, answering all of our questions.The pool and the view were simply picturesque—truly the highlight of our entire trip! Although the villa was a bit tricky to find at first, it's in a great location: close to all the restaurants, yet far enough from the bars and clubs that you don’t hear any of the nightlife noise, which was a big plus.After doing some research, we decided to rent a car instead of a golf cart (55 a day more expensive than a car rental), which worked out perfectly. Sayulita is a small town, but if you're staying for more than a day, a car gives you the flexibility to explore nearby gems like Nahui Beach and Bucerías. We absolutely loved Nahui Beach—Rodolfo recommended it, and it was heavenly. If you go, we suggest bringing a beach mat and using the room towels, as renting umbrellas and chairs can be pricey (they require a minimum spend of 350 pesos per person).Don’t miss Fat Boy Restaurant in Bucerías—they serve fresh, authentic seafood. In Sayulita, we highly recommend Yah Yah Café for breakfast, Rustica for drinks, pizza, and appetizers, and of course, Diaz Tacos!

Nice beach town , beautiful view

The place is spacious with two bathrooms for our family of four . The kids slept on futons in the living room , but they seemed happy with that . We were there Halloween and early November so lots happening in the town but it was quiet enough in the suite on the side facing the hillside. The rooftop patio is as lovely as the photos , and that is shared but we found it not very busy . Sayulita has nice beaches and restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Just be prepared to walk uphill and stairs a lot!

Absolutely amazing view, great host, and the infinity pool was a hit with the teens. Up a steep hill, so worth renting a golf cart. The kitchen literally had no ingredients, not even salt, so that's not easy. Also there is a shower on the first floor for washing off sand but nobody told us, so we brought a lot of sand in. Just ask for the downstairs shower if they don't tell you where it is. A little construction noise, but it's Mexico, so the roosters, local goat, and other birds noises start early. Maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Lots of restaurants, shops, and soccer field right near by. Would definitely return.

Close to town and GREAT rooftop.

This spot is so close to both town and beach. Very easy to get around. And being on the hill makes for incredible views. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop reading, swimming and playing cards.

Great Hosts

We just returned from a week at this Villa. We had a nice comfortable room facing into the valley and there was always access to the rooftop patio and pool that offered a 360 degree view of Sayulita and the pacific ocean. The hosts are on site and take great pride in their property -- as they should. Really well maintained, very clean and they look after all the details. We have stayed in Sayulita a few times and found this to be a quieter location than others so that was also appreciated.

We came to Sayulita some 25 years ago for our first visit when it was just a small fisherman town. We loved it and were always joking about one day living here; but, living in a big city in the center of Mexico, we never thought that it would one day become reality. Thank goodness we are here to help you enjoy the town we love.

We love to meet new people and make them feel at home. Helping our guests find the best way to enjoy a great vacation in Sayulita, offering them information about what we know about Sayulita and the region, and sharing experiences are some of the things we enjoy the most. Since we live on site managing the place, we are almost always available to be of assistance.
