Du kommer att njuta av den inspirerande bergsutsikten när du kopplar av i komforten i vårt radhus.
Vi har 3 sovrum på övervåningen med vardagsrum. Befälhavaren har en klädkammare och ett komplett badrum med separat dusch och badkar. Två andra sovrum på övervåningen delar badrum med badkar / dusch. Det finns en queen size-dölj-en-säng soffa på huvudnivån också.

Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis och 55 "HD-kabel-TV med bekväma sittplatser som vetter ut mot tiomile Range och Breckenridge sluttningarna. Matbordet rymmer enkelt åtta. Dessutom finns det sittplatser vid köksbänken för ytterligare 4 att prata med kocken eller ha en avslappnad måltid eller drink.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla matlagnings- och matredskap som du kan förvänta dig att hitta i ett hem som används året runt. Köket är utrustat med gasspis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys och diskmaskin.

Det finns ett halvt bad på huvudnivån. Golvvärme i hela radhuset ger lugna och mycket bekväma boendevillkor.

Vårt däck är utrustat med en Weber gasgrill och har en privat badtunna precis utanför vårt däck.

Great location

The house and neighborhood was excellent. A shuttle picked us up from the driveway to take us into town for skiing. I was under the impression this was a stand alone home, when in reality it is connected on both sides to another home. However, this is a very quiet neighborhood and no one was on either side of us the entire time we stayed. I am very pleased with this stay.

Perfect condo for fun and family time.

Three bedroom condo allowed our two adult children & spouses (and first grandbaby) to have their own bedroom. Enjoyed days of skiing, cooking, playing games & the private hottub.Garage access and the ski rack was helpful as well.Quiet and friendly neighborhood for scenic walks. Hope to stay here again.

Great rental

I really like the neighborhood Highland Greens. It is beautiful and felt like a ski village. Our unit felt clean, organized, and private. The ski shuttle is an amazing bonus!

Perfect for family reunion overflow

We had family gathering in Breckenridge for the holidays and found this property provided the perfect extra bedroom space we needed. The hosts were very efficient, clear, and helpful before and during our stay. The location was perfectly suited for our needs.

Love spot for ski vacation.

We and our friends really enjoyed this house. It was warm and spacious, with a full kitchen, relaxing hot tub and all the amenities. The surrounding development is quiet and the people are friendly.

Great Mountain Retreat

My family of 5 (parents + 3 teens) stayed here as a home base for spring skiing as it was the perfect location to hit Breck, Vail and Keystone (on EPIC pass) during our week stay. Clean, very cute and warm with everything a family would need, including in-unit washer and dryer and stocked kitchen. Hot tub was amazing after long day on slopes and grill heavily used. The owner was very helpful in giving advice on the area, grocery stores and was attentive to texts with questions. We had a few small issues that once the owner addresses it would take it to a 5-star from my 4-star: 1/ The A/V situation is fine but not great especially with teens and trying to watch Netflix. The audio on the TV is hard to hear and we have 3-4 times where the internet service was down so no streaming (started a movie but couldnt finish it), etc. The owner said it typically works perfectly so perhaps we had a one-off issue with internet? 2/ Small garage - the Tahoe barely fit and everyone had to get out before pulling in. Again, super minor. 3/The living room area, while a very nice space felt crowded during the week with 5 of us. Just a couch and 2 kinda formal chairs. A larger L-shaped couch for people to lounge around would provide a better feel. Overall a great place even with these small points and we would stay here again in a minute.

Fantastic vacation

We had a fantastic and relaxing trip. Easy check in. Clean and well stocked with all needed amenities. Easy to follow instructions for check out, hot tub and they were quick to respond to any questions. Loved the neighborhood, I had previously stayed in the neighborhood and love the closeness of Frisco and Breckenridge. Would highly recommend this lovely vacation home!

Summer 2021 Stay

My wife and I stayed at Noral & Cindy’s Breck townhouse for four months. The place was beyond as advertised, exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, well maintained hot tub, good location just outside of town near golf course with convenient access to many hiking trails. Great communication with owners.

Wonderful home & location

We already knew we loved the Highland Greens neighborhood. The location between Breckenridge and Frisco is ideal, the area is easy to get into and out of, and the square footage you get and the quality of home is amazing. The hot tub was icing on the cake. We felt like this was our own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, even some spices. And checking it was incredibly easy. The only thing we had issues with was the WiFi, at times, when most of us were on our computers trying to work. The owners were also great to work with and were responsive to all of our questions. We will be back!

Wonderful Breck Vacation

This location is beautiful. The views out the patio door is spectacular. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Home was well stocked and made for a very comfortable get away. Shuttle service made getting to the slopes super easy. The condo is just outside of the downtown area which was perfect for our family. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Awesome location!

We had a great time during our stay. Excellent location in the townhouse community. The private hot tub was a great treat after a day of skiing. The community bus was great when we didn’t want to drive to the slopes. The location is ideally between downtown Breckenridge and Frisco. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Above and Beyond

I rented this place as a way to combine a wedding and a family ski trip. The house is perfect, cozy and a great spot to explore the surrounding town of Breckenridge and Frisco. But the memories from this experience would not have been possible without Noral and Cindy who went above and beyond the call of duty to solve numerous (and I mean numerous) logistical issues that arose. We couldn't have asked for much more from them and they did it all with a smile. I highly recommend staying here! Jamie and Jaclyn.

Fabulous place and location!

We loved our 11 night stay and would love to stay here again. Great additions like a plug in strip by each bedside, a humidifier for each room, a standing fan, soap in each bathroom, etc. were great touches to make our stay extra comfortable and perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes/pans we needed. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and Keystone as well as a great trail to hike in the snow and take pictures. If we had any questions Noral was very quick to reply and help! We want to come back soon!

Great spot to gather for the week!

We stayed here with another couple for the week (4 total), to work remotely and enjoy all the Colorado has to offer. The space was well kept, perfect for each of us to have separate rooms when needed, and a great gathering spots (living room with fireplace and hot tub!). Great communication and hiking recommendations from the hosts. Loved the area and the place. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Views

The two week stay went way too quickly. The views from the rental were stunning, especially from the hot tub with the snow falling! The house itself was very clean and modern. My family and I hope to go back!

Perfect Getaway

We spent a a wonderful week in this lovely townhome. The kitchen was well stocked and we put it to good use too. They have a great deck with seating to relax and also enjoy grilling. We loved the peace & quiet of the neighborhood too. The location is perfect for quick access to fun Main Street and visiting Frisco & Dillon. This was our first visit to Breckenridge and we will return and hope to rent this Highland property again. Thank you!

Another Great Visit

We visit Breckenridge every year, and always have a wonderful time. We prefer to stay in the Highlands area because it is close to Breckenridge and easy access to Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne. This property is very comfortable and perfect for our trip.

Our central location allows you to easily expand your ski/ride options with Copper, Keystone, A-Basin & Loveland 20-30 minutes’ drive and Vail is 40 minutes away.
