Charmig, exklusiv svit inredda med amerikanska antikviteter och möten som speglar Bucks County djupa historia. Den pittoreska verandaen täcker fram till din egen ingång. Den sofistikerade vardagsinredningen inkluderar 18-talets vinge baksida stolar och möbler, en inbyggd tegel spis omgiven av inbyggd förvaring och bokhyllor, och ett fönster.

Ett välutrustat kök med ett generöst skafferi och tvättstuga ligger bredvid matsalen med franska dörrar som leder ut till din privata täckta veranda, möblerad med mysiga rottingmöbler för avkoppling och matsal. Stora rododendroner omger däcket och skapar ett privat utomhusrum.

The perfect Home away from Home !

Robin is the most gracious and wonderful host! The property is beautiful . The accommodations are warm, cozy, clean and so comfortable. It is decorated beautifully . You feel like you are staying with family! The attention to detail is what makes this a rare find. The added touches wine , cheese & crackers , milk & OJ and a quiche all waiting for us upon arrival.The cozy wood fireplace just makes your stay complete. The location is perfect for exploring Peddlers Village and beautiful Bucks county. Can't wait to return!

Simply Fabulous

This place exceeded our expectations for comfort, beauty, and quality of life style. You are in the heart of Bucks county Pa where the scenery is classical and the amenities are first (really first) class. Our host had even provided some welcome snacks and yes the bouquet of roses were real!!

Absolutely Perfect

This apartment, although attached to the main house, felt completely private and quiet, with its own entrance. The furnishings and ambience were very comfortable and took me back to another time when life was taken slower and every moment appreciated. I enjoyed getting to know Robin, my hostess, and there was no amenity that she hadn’t thought to have on hand for her guests. I would love to return sometime soon and see the seasonal plants and bushes in the beautiful gardens

A Wonderful Visit

Several members of my family stayed at this wonderful Bucks County property recently. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their visit and especially loved the magnificent property. Delightful Girls Trip

Perfection. That's the only word I can use. The perfect location, the perfect property, and the perfect host. Perfect for visiting New Hope and Peddler's Village, but also perfect for putting on pjs and watching tv.

Quintessential getaway

My husband and 2 young children had the pleasure of staying at Robin’s property over the Thanksgiving holiday. Wow- what a treasure! We had such a relaxing time in her guest home and were in awe at how beautiful it was both inside and out. The house had an elegant, private and cozy atmosphere, was stocked with every amenity, was very quiet and tediously clean. We particularly appreciated Robin’s attentiveness and care for our comfort. She checked in with us prior to our stay about any special needs (from groceries to a fire in the fireplace). Her warmth and kindness made my husband, children and I feel right at home. Thank you for a lovely time- we hope to return soon!

Fabulous weekend in New Hope!

This was a lovely B&B like experience but with the privacy of a rental home. The house was immaculate and the owner was lovely and helpful. Wine and cheese and breakfast foods were a lovely touch!

Girls trip 2020

5 women needing a great escape. Beautiful home and location. Very clean and accommodating including everything you need plus more! Enjoyed Rices Flea Market, New Hope haunted tour, Peddlers Village and the historic train ride.

Perfect weekend getaway

Looking for a weekend getaway with some different things offered and decided New Hope Pa was a good option.....only to find the inn room costs were not only out of control but hard to find. Found this gem just 10 minutes beyond the craziness of town. Hostess could not have been better. We were given wine and cheese and breakfast foods and the home has everythng you could ask for. We hit a nice foliage weekend . The property is beautiful. After walking around both New Hope and Lambertvillle we headed out to Wycombe Vineyards ...recommend...bring a picnic. Sunday we went apple pickiiing a Solebury Orchards...again highly recommend. We arrived a bit stressed...left very relaxed. A very pandemic friendly escape and only a little over an hour from the city!! High Recommend.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Beautiful

Our stay at Robin’s rental was exactly what we were looking for. Her place is beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Large living room with a wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed all weekend. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. Robin is a very friendly host. She was waiting for us as we drove up her driveway and greeted us with “open arms” which made us feel very welcomed. She even had breakfast food in the refrigerator along with wine and cheese for our stay. Her property is large & beautifully landscaped with many flower beds. She invited us to enjoy her gardens and admire all of her beautiful flowers which we need. Her rental is less than 10 minute ride to New Hope. If you’re looking for a very quiet beautiful place to get away to, this is the place. We will definitely be making reservations to stay here again.

Great hospitality in a picturesque peaceful setting.

Gene and Robin were great hosts during my five week stay. The house is clean and cozy and well appointed. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. I arrived late at night and Robin had snacks waiting for me. Gene made sure I had a newspaper every day and both were great to converse with. The location is quiet and secluded but convenient to all Bucks County destinations. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Filled with spirit and "New Hope"

Pull up to Woodbury and you know you've arrived at an extraordinary destination. Robin's warm welcome, followed by a walk through the spacious, beautifully furnished wing lets you feel settled quickly. Don't worry about tomorrow's breakfast; the fridge is stocked with essentials. This is not one of those Ikea-type stripped-to-withstand-abuse interiors. It is quality in every way, comfy, stocked with books, a cook's kitchen, jacuzzi and on and on. You'll see Robin and husband Gene overseeing their beautiful gardens, but stop and chat...they are lovely, interesting and interested. I'll want to return soon, as will you, if you travel to the Delaware River, Lambertville, or New Hope areas.

Beautiful setting, roomy space and gracious hosts

Five of us enjoyed this comfortable “suite” that’s more like a mother-in-law apt with a separate entrance and plenty of living space. It was perfect to have one bedroom on the second floor and the master on the main floor, where our daughter, son-in-law and their baby enjoyed a comfortable bed with plenty of room for their portable Crib. The bathroom has a large tub plus separate shower. An attached screen porch looked out on the owner’s gorgeous back yard. Robin was very welcoming and helpful. She and Gene live in their main house and this suite is attached but it was quiet and private. Their home is located in historic and beautiful Bucks County, about 45 mins from Philadelphia. It was well worth the lovely drive to get back and forth to the city. We look forward to future visits there.

Absolutely Wonderful!

When we found the Private Suite at Woodbury online, it looked like the perfect answer to our needs as a couple relocating to Pennsylvania but whose new home would not be finished for a couple of months. It turned out even better than we anticipated in every way -- a charming, spacious suite on a beautiful property in a wonderful, historic part of America. The owners, Robin and Gene, could not be better hosts. From our arrival, they welcomed us like family and throughout our stay they were always there when we needed something (or just for a delightful chat) but solicitous of our privacy when we wished to be on our own. We could not recommend it more highly, whether for a weekend getaway or as the long-term temporary housing solution we needed. Thank you, Robin and Gene.

Perfection

We used this property as a quiet get-away for the weekend -- it was everything we could have wanted and more! First, the location is perfect... we were a quick drive from all that we wanted to see in the area. The space is amazing-- such a gorgeous property with beautiful natural gardens and multiple sitting areas...so peaceful and inviting. The inside is nicely decorated with interesting books, darling artwork and precious antiques. Super spacious-- we felt like we had an entire house rather than just a suite. In the morning and evenings, we would cozy up in the family room and were right at home, it was so relaxing. Robin had the kitchen nicely stocked with thoughtful little extras such as basic breakfast items and a bottle of wine to enjoy...she is definitely a professional and thought of everything we would need and provided it. Such a delightful stay-- we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Friendly Woodbury Cottage

Everything about Woodbury is to our liking. The grounds and landscaping are picturesque and well maintained. Robin & Gene Schriedel have treated us like family for which we are very grateful. They are very nice, sharing, friendly hosts. The suite itself is very comfortable and smartly furnished. Vegetables from Robin's garden were greatly enjoyed during our summer stay. We were the first guests to use the new screened in porch overlooking the beautiful back yard landscape. Heaven is on Earth when having a cup of coffee on the porch listening to the warbling songs of the birds nearby each morning. We highly recommend Woodbury and rate it as worthy of anyone's consideration. Richard & Mary Lou Brunetti

Stayed a month & “OMG!” It was everything we hoped it would be and MUCH, MUCH more.

We are well-seasoned VRBO users and we can honestly say this was an amazingly comfortable and seamless vacation home stay. We had been traveling back East for several weeks but the “real” vacation began the moment we turned up the driveway to our new home away from home. The pictures and existing reviews are quite accurate so don’t hesitate to move forward on a booking. But here are our thoughts… If we could have stayed there forever we would have stayed. Not only is the property the most serene place you could imagine, we absolutely adored everything about our stay. Gene and Robin are exceptional hosts; they were relaxed, thoughtful, accommodating, generous and respectful. We just fell in love with them and our Suite at Woodbury. They have an incredible peace and compassion about them, there was nothing they have not thought to provide and there were so many special touches they added to our stay, as it progressed, that it was clear that they take their hosting very seriously. Living in Ojai, CA we thrive on the mountain and small town environment. Daily viewings of roaming deer, rabbits, squirrels, geese, owls and a variety of bird species should be expected. The property and the unit were immaculate when we arrived and show such pride of ownership, love and attention to detail. The home is well-appointed with quality detail throughout, a considerable library, luxurious linens and quality décor, and is plenty roomy/warm. The grounds are beautifully manicured and we are sad to miss the spring blooms and summer harvest. We watched movies, played games, took advantage of the wood-burning FP and had several small family gatherings during our stay. We thoroughly appreciated a fully stocked/functional kitchen, the private deck/BBQ area and regularly enjoyed the indoor Jacuzzi tub. Heaven! Coffee mornings, dinners al fresco and drinks w/hors d’oeuvres were divine sitting on our private patio enjoying the flora and fauna. There is much to do in Bucks County and the Welcome book/local magazines provided directed us to some of the best well kept secrets. It can feel risky to book a home you haven’t seen in person but rest assured, the Suite at Woodbury is at the absolute TOP of our list of favorite places. The home has so much love and attention, the hosts are a bright shining light to true love and this ground is full of life. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us Gene and Robin. We will definitely be back!

Christmas Gift

If you want a charming place to spend a quiet Christmas, this is it. The home was lovely, and decorated nicely with a full-sized Christmas tree and other holiday décor. Everything was very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Weather did not encourage outdoor wandering, but the view from the windows was tranquil and woodsy. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing everything we could want. It's also not too far to the amazing holiday lights at Peddlar's Village. Our stay was only a few days, but we were able to feel right at home immediately. If you are concerned that the reality won't live up to the listing, have no fear.
