Cute Stay in Salisbury

Super cute place with a gracious host who lives next door. Enjoyed playing board games & reading on the screened-in porch while watching & listening to the birds. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great place

The owner was so kind and walked us through everything, even setting all of us up on the wifi and streaming apps. The house was really clean, and had a perfect location for our visit. Will definitely be back next year

Quiet and Comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and historic. Plenty of space and clean. We all slept comfortably in the beds.E.C. Lives right next door and is available if you need anything. He was super informative and such a nice host! The property is quiet and well maintained.We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in town. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, great location

We had an weekend event at the Wimoco center, and booked this house. The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner was communicative and helpful - he lives next door, but never intruded. The walk the the Wimoco center was about 3/4 mile, and was almost completely on sidewalks. We would definitely rebook in the future.

Quite and Relaxing. EC the host very professional and resourceful.

The house was very homely, comfortable. The event that I attended the location of the house was excellent for me and my son. The host is very nice very professional he was resourceful and I really like the way he greeted us when we arrived.

This home fit us perfect. The property is fantastic with side and back yard for little football. We came for a weekend long event and found everything we needed very easy to access.

The perfect home

This house was wonderful. The well organized home was perfect and my stay was wonderful. From pulling into the driveway to see so many plants in bloom, to the comfortable beds I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Awesome

Stayed here for 2d time to do Salisbury Marathon. EC great host and it's a great house in a very convenient location. Close to stores, and close to town.

Very nice house

An attractive, restored, clean 1930s house that looks like a farmhouse from the outside, with a big front porch, set back on the street on a large grassy lot. Nice wood floors and finish on the inside. Very homey. It’s the second time we rented there, we wanted to go again. Much better than a hotel for same price. A great home base to go to Assateague beach. The city has bars and restaurants to go to. It’s a nice getaway.

Great place to stay

House was clean and comfortable. The owner supplied us with a variety of snacks and a drinks which was a nice surprise. Everything we could have needed like hand soap, laundry detergent, etc was supplied, too. Loved the front porch. Would rent again

Great place

This is the second time we stayed here. This place is so nice. It is minutes from Salisbury business area and only 30 minutes from Ocean City. E.C. is a great host. He is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend this house.

cute farm house w screened in porch. the property was lovely. it was perfect for our needs, sheets were high quality, we were in town for a sports tournament and it was 10 min away, we really enjoyed having a spacious house instead of a small hotel room. easy to get around. there is a great small pie company close by making small indiv pies, highly recommend (the ugly pie).
