Great stay!

Loved our stay here! Loved that there were 3 big beds and space for a family. We enjoyed the nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Check in and communication was awesome.

Copper Chase ski condo at Brian Head

Overall, our stay was fun. The communication from the host was excellent and easy to understand. This condo complex has some good amenities but I would say they are a bit rundown. There was quite a a bit of repairs and upkeep needed in general. It wasn't quite as nice as the pictures made it seem.The biggest drawback was that the condo was advertised as ski in/out but it's not. You have to drive yourself or shuttle to the mountain. We've vacationed a true ski in/out at Brian head before and this was not it. We have younger kids (10y.o.) with us and we're hoping to be within skiing distance considering lunch time and snow gear to make it a easier day on the mountain.

We always love staying in Brian Head. Scott is one of the best hosts, highly recommend any of his properties you can book through him. Such a great trip we had once again, we go every year and love it. Thank you for making it a really nice visit, easy and comfortable.

The property was clean and very cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but when I called the owner they were very quick to respond and have the issue fixed right away. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

Great Place!

The condo was a great place for family, especially with the amenities (pool, sauna, locker rooms, air hockey, etc.) offered in the building. Our kids had fun sleeping in the solarium. The condo was not actually ski-in/ski-out, but the shuttle system wase extremely efficient and helpful! We never had to wait long. With the condo located between the two main lifts, it was a great place to stay for skiing at Brian Head! Thank you!

Wonderful!

We rented two units. One was directly below the other. They were clean and well maintained. It worked out perfect for our group of 17. Jill was really great to work with and was so willing to help make our stay perfect. We were very close to everything at Brian Head. We went tubing, snowboarding, sledding and shopped at the local shops. The kitchens were well equipped for everything we needed for food preparation. It was great having the pool and hot tub close. We all enjoyed time swimming and relaxing. I was hoping for a wonderful family experience and we all got that! The family is already talking about "next year"!

Well location is good. Ski in out debatable as others have said.I wish this let me post photo's As I have some great ones to prove my claims.Firstly when we arrive door code was wrong. Host did figure this out quickly.As others have mentioned if you read copper chase reviews on google. The building is in some serious need of maintenance and updating. Which really isn't the hosts fault more the HOA.When we got to the apartment all seemed well. Other than looking dated. We did notice the advertised connecting door from the kitchen to the guest bath was broken and presumed it was recent. (it's not) It lists it as a feature of an access door in the listing but also shows the door taped shut in the listing. "One of the master bedroom bathrooms opens to the kitchen so it can be used by guests" The host is aware of the broken door. Which means people who sleep on pull out couch or visiting have to walk through one of the bedrooms during the night to use the rest room waking the other guests. Which we did twice during the night and again in the am.Secondly the host lists the hot tub. The hot tub has been having issues for a few years and currently broken since before I booked. Again host did not inform us Sofa bed was dirty and caked on something no sheets.black mold in bathroom. Ended stay a day early. Tried to reason with host for 50% refund with vrbo. Host didn't see issue. Said I shouldn't get anything

Cozy and comfortable

This condo served our family well, about a quarter mile from Brian Head ski resort (a shuttle picks up right outside the garage), well stocked kitchen and cozy, comfortable space for eating and lounging. Slept eight, the couch bed is. . a couch bed. . better for small people, but the other three beds were super comfy, and the enclosed balcony was a treat--sunroom during the day, and amazing views of the mountain and ski lifts (be sure to get instructions from Jill in case the heater shorts out--easily fixed, but good to have on hand in the middle of the night). Facilities (pool and gym) are dated but adequate, and again, wonderful views from the pool. Jill was very accommodating--we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thanks Jill!

Great Location

We always have a great stay at Royal Vista II. The location is great to both Navajo and Giant Steps. We love the access to the pool, spa, and fitness room. We also enjoy having a kitchen a bedrooms of our own.
