Cute East Pensacola Heights Cottage väntar på dig. Detta två sovrum, ett badrum hem erbjuder trägolv i hela med massor av fönster för vårt Florida solsken. Stor inhägnad bakgård för att hänga ut (stor trädgård "Matskog" bakom hemmet). Beläget i ett fantastiskt område, 7 minuter till centrala Pensacola och 15 minuter till Pensacola Beach (när strandtrafik är minimal). Alla är välkomna att njuta av mitt hem.

Cozy and Clean

The house was very nice and the yard was great. Our 4 legged friends loved the fenced back yard and playing with Boots next door. The neighbors were quite friendly, also. It was a nice size for the two of us along with our 2 dogs.

Home away from home

We felt comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We took many long walks and the location was close to the beach, stores, downtown and restaurants. We would like to visit again.

Great weekend and place to rest

Our long weekend in Pensacola, especially during the Blue Angels' homecoming air show, could not have gone better! Checking in and the guidance provided after arriving were simple, straight forward, and Cynthia was readily available for any questions. After a long day out enjoying Pensacola or maybe getting too much sun, this was a great place to wind-down and prepare for the next day! No need to worry about it not being on the beach, its located perfectly to be close enough to everything you'd want. Also, if you hang out in the back yard, you'll likely meet the friendly dog next door, Boots. Thank you Cynthia for a great place to stay this weekend!

Great Little House

My friend and I stayed at the Flamingo Pad for a short weekend sewing retreat. The house had the space we needed for our sewing projects and was overall clean. There were a few small downsides, which are to be expected when renting a private property, that potential renters might want to know about. The hot water ran out quickly and one of the beds was so firm it was very difficult to sleep in. Despite this it was an overall good experience.

Fun beach bungalow

Older but very cute beach bungalow. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. TV in living room only. Hostess provided a nice bottle of wine and advised us that early check in was available. A few blocks from Pensacola Bay. Very happy with my stay.

Comfortable and great location

This was a great place to stay with two dogs that require a ton of exercise. The fenced in yard and friendly dog neighbor was great for my dogs as well as the nearby parks and dog friendly beaches. We had a fantastic time and will come again!

Just a short trip

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, and very nice neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay again when we come back. I also recommend visiting Cindy's brother's home and touring his organic garden. It was awesome!

Great Location!

What we loved the most about this property was its location. Everyone knows Pensacola has great beaches, but Pensacola has so much more to offer. The beautiful old magnolia, pine and oak trees line the streets. There are beautiful old homes and historic sites. This property was warm and cozy. It was an easy walk to few great places to eat. The owner provided great communication. We hope to be returning to this property in the not too distant future. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Cozy, charming, quaint, & homey!

Met our expectations. We were previously Pensacola residence and very familiar with this area. VRBO home was as advertised. Cynthia was 100% on top of communication and assistance. Her brother lives behind the property and was very pleasant to talk to and was especially helpful after I broke the entry door lock key =) . Had a nice backyard to hangout with grill and patio heater, but we didnt get a chance to utilize it. We were able to enjoy the kitchen after shopping at Joe Patti's seafood. Best part was proximity to Agapi restaurant! Would stay here again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. East Pensacola neighborhood

Cute, cozy cottage

Fast and easy communication with the owner. Cute, cozy cottage that was close to hospital where I had a family member at. In a neighborhood with a church and school so felt safe.

Flamingo House

This is a must stay for someone who is not looking to stay in the craziness of the beach hotels or rental houses. Your just minutes from the beach and outer Island. Very close to great restaurants and bars that the locals go to. The neighborhood is very very quite and safe.

Awesome place

Truly enjoyed out stay. It was so nice to be able to take our pups with us. The back yard is perfect for the pups and relaxing. It has a firepit to build a fire and a grill for the steaks. Loved the colors and the theme inside the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook with. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication and ease of check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be booking again in the near future. Cynthia, if you ever decide to sell it, let me know. Great getaway place. Thanks so much.

A charming hideaway

Such a charming cottage! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the whole place felt cozy. I loved the flamingo decor and Cynthia's attention to detail. She really makes sure that you have everything you need.

Hidden Gem!

The location of this property is perfect! A nice quaint coffee shop right around the corner and plenty of eateries nearby. We had a couple of small issues, but the owner was fantastic/quick in fixing them and had top notch communication throughout the process. She then offered for us to stay in a nearby property if we wanted to leave while the issues were addressed. I'd definitely recommend this property/owner to any friends or family!

Great Location and a Back Yard for pups

We enjoyed our stay! We wanted a place that was dog friendly (including a fenced-in yard for our 2 pups) and conveniently located to Pensacola Beach and downtown and we got it! Very easy check-in process. Everything we needed. Thank you for a nice stay! We would stay here again.

I purchased this property primarily to be directly behind my elderly mom. She's 89 years young and going strong but I like being very close to her. This is my personal home but I rent it out to others so they may experience our beautiful East Pensacola Heights neighborhood.

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets. My brother also has a "Food Forest" garden in the yard directly behind. So mossy over and say hello, he'll give you a tour.
