Ljus och rymlig, är de två våningar lägenhet bara en kort gångväg till havet och några steg från poolen och tennisbanor. Condo was very nice. Needed some TLC but keep in mind it is a rental and others don’t treat it as their own. Needed plastic plates for children so they didn’t break theirs. Living room needs more seating. Would definitely stay again as it is spacious . Basically had pool to ourselves.

The host gave me all the information before I arrived and I had no issues accessing the house or the amenities. It was about a 4th mile walk to the beach. But there was a nice trail. Even saw a few tortoises. There were multiple well taken care of pools to enjoy. The home was pretty clean with just a few stains on the carpets. Would rent again.

Amazing stay in Montego Bay!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had an amazing stay at Montego Bay! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly spacious—perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The open-concept layout made it easy for us to gather for meals and games, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they needed a little downtime. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed to make cooking a breeze, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was, and access to the pool, tennis court, and beach made it a perfect location for our vacation. A supermarket, Starbucks, multiple restaurants and stores, are all nearby. And it was just a short drive to the historic downtown area where we found great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This home truly had everything we needed and more. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in St. Augustine!

Spring Break

The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 12 and 15) The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. The beach chairs, toys and wagon were helpful for the days we went down to the beach.

Delightful

We really enjoyed our stay at Montego Bay! There were a few hiccups along the way yet management was very quick to respond and resolve! The amenities were great and the kitchen has everything a family could need for cooking dinner in! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach! We will be back

Repeat Performance

Enjoying our 2nd “snowbird” escape to Butler Beach. Enjoyed last year so much we more than doubled the length of our stay this time. The unit is clean, well appointed, and in a fabulous location. The beach here is amazing and very enjoyable to walk. The unit is a very quick 10-15 minute commute to historic downtown St. Augustine which provides an abundance of things to do (live music, historic sites, quaint shops, fabulous restaurants, etc). The management team at itrip is professional, responsive, and a joy to deal with.

Enjoyable Stay

I think this is more of a 4 star property. The communication, booking process and service was great, the amenities were great, it had everything you would want and more for a beach stay. We loved the beach area and the pool. There were a few cosmetic fixes, mold in the bathrooms, rugs were more than gently used and the property is more lived in than the pictures indicate. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely home…

This was our first time vacay-ing in St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay at Montego Bay. It’s spacious, has lot to offer, and is exactly what you see in the pics. The owners are great and very responsive.

Great Location

This is the second year I have chosen to stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect! The pool is right out the back door and it’s clean, calm, and family friendly. The walk to the beach is quick and easy to access (even w the bikes we rented!). The condo meets all of the requirements for my family!

Fabulous

Our accommodations at Montego Bay were beyond our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, the home has such a comfortable, relaxing vibe and it was close to beach and a pool. And the laundry in the garage was a major plus as well. We definitely hope to come back!

St. Augustine Spring Break

Spacious accommodations for 4 teenagers and 2 adults, with lovely view of the beach, easy access to the beach and pool! The house was perfect for cooking, relaxing and close to plenty of local restaurants and downtown. We definitely recommend this location for any visiting St. Augustine.

Great Location

We really loved the condo and its location. The beach walk was gorgeous and the beach was too. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the garage and we made great use of the beach wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool was not heated which made it impossible to swim in and having two kids with us, that was a great disappointment.

Beautiful home, great location, glitchy app

Great experience and amazing customer service, once we were handed off from booking (VRBO) to accommodation. The place was very well stocked and anything missing was delivered right away. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Only reason for 4 stars is the issue I had with VRBO. The price was listed in Canadian but I ended up being charged that amount in USD, so the booking was almost $500 more than I was expecting. VRBO completely botched the issue and refused to refund the difference, after initially telling me they would. Will book with other services next time.

Was just OK

The neighborhood that the villa is in was quite run down and needs updating badly. The villas themselves are nice. We were told there had been roof work but that it should be wrapped up and not an issue for us. When we arrived there was a giant dumpster in the drive way, so we were not able to park there and active work on the roof went on almost the entire time we were there. Wasn’t exactly peaceful. Also water spots on the ceiling inside in the living room which was an eyesore. Mildew spots on the grout in the showers. Just a lack of attention to a few things. Overall it was ok.

Great Escape

Had a wonderful stay for the first 3rd of our winter escape from Maine. The location (easy access to a fabulous beach, close proximity to historic St. Augustine and numerous activities, restaurants, live music, etc. was just what we were looking for. The unit was as advertised.. clean, well apportioned, very livable for our extended stay. We were notified in advance of a roofing project going on at the complex, but with phenomenal cooperation and respect from the contractors, the project was not a big deterrent to our enjoyment of the unit. The owners/management company were extremely responsive to any requests or questions (the BEST we’ve experienced) and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo, well eqipped kitchen, comfortable beds, CLEAN! Short walk to the beach and pool is right outside your downstairs patio doors! Garage is full of beach chairs and wagon. Washer and dryer available in unit. Would 100% stay again!! Loved it!!
