Inget behov av bara en kock i detta kök! Ett stort kök med gott om bänkutrymme och den nödvändiga semestern, en diskmaskin. Med öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum är detta ett bra hus för familjen att samlas. Matbordet har 12 personer bekvämt och köket är välutrustat med elektrisk matlagning och gas, mikrovågsugn och kyl / frys i full storlek.

LÖNNING & UNDERHÅLLNING
En stor "L" -formad lounge med bönpåsar är ett utmärkt ställe att samla och chatta eller koppla av medan du tittar på den stora väggmonterade TV: n. TV: n är redan ansluten till Netflix eller så kan du ställa in på dina enheter med WIFI. Loungen har också en vacker gaseld för att värma er själva under de kyliga vintermånaderna.

Comfortable and well equipped

A practical house which was perfect for our family group, comfortable beds, effective heaters and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery etc. Good quality dishwasher was much appreciated. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family place

Great Location & Great Pool

We were able to bring our dogs and they had a big secure back yard to run around in. We enjoyed lazy days around the pool, walks into town, & barbecues in the great entertaining area. Great location - to wander into town, or walk along the river, very dog friendly, pool (very clean) was used, even though it was freezing! Very comfy beds although we couldn't get the panel heaters working. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, and took advantage of charging our car :). Maybe recommend an upgrade of kitchen pots/pans and utensils

spacious for the whole family

Friendly staff/landlord helped to make our stay at this lovely home very enjoyable. large open areas, closed in garden for our pooch and a lovely swimming pool for the kids. A short walk to river, garden and town. Perfect position. We will be back.

Great location, but in need of some loving.

Reviewer Comments: Disappointed as we stayed here 5 years ago and saw great potential, but nothing has changed in that time. Terrible water pressure, cleaner needs to do a better job - cobwebs and dust everywhere. Garden terrible, with weeds and overgrown shrubs. Bunks beds are dangerous - 2 split heads.

It is in the heart of bright, walking distance to the bright brewery and into town.Our 2 dogs loved the fully secure backyard.We even got to utilise the pool.All in all it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back.

Lovely. You will be happy

This property is lovely. Super spacious home. Well maintained indoors and outdoors. Well equipped with kitchen and cleaning essentials. Excellent location walking distance from town. I really would have liked to give 5 stars. The mattresses on all beds are awful. If this is important to you it will matter. If not the choice is excellent. The other list star was for lighting. More than half the light globes were out. I let this go bc I did not want maintenance coming whilst caring for my ill child. I still highly recommend but cannot give five stars with 2 major comforts disturbed.

The set up is perfect for large groups (we had 8 people - but you could easily and comfortably have 2 x families of 5). Back yard perfect for the dog. Great house - will stay there again.

Good not great

We stayed for 3 nights with our families and the house set up was great. Open kitchen/dining and lounge area was perfect for our family. The heating was excellent and didn’t feel the cold at all. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the backyard space. The house was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed, it was just the small details that let it down a bit. The mattresses are not comfortable, the communal toilet didn’t have a lock which was not ideal for the amount of people in the house and the lock on the outside gate was broken which not safe as the dogs could have escaped. Communication with property manager was excellent & key pick up was made very easy. Everything was nice & clean. Location is amazing! Just a short walk to town. Overall it’s a good place to stay with families and I would stay here again if the mattresses were more comfortable.

The facilities are great for a large group with numerous bedding options and a large family dining/lounge area and backyard with BBQ. While we didn't make use of it there is also a pool. The property is also well located being close to the river and the shops.
