Charmigt hem byggt 1890. Höga tak och trÀgolv i hela. En dörr frÄn köket leder till ett privat bakdÀck med sittgrupp och grill. Ett kvarter frÄn Hyde Park Square med Cincinnatis bÀsta glass, en vinbar, uteplats pÄ taket, en historisk fontÀn, en juicebar, omrÄdets bÀsta kaffe- och morgonmuffins och eklektiska butiker. Ett hörnparti som grÀnsar till en trÀdkantad gata med enfamiljshus och duplex. Intill kollektivtrafiken. En kort promenad till Rookwood Commons med fler butiker och restauranger. BekvÀmt belÀget nÀra centrum, Mount Adams och Eden Park med vackra vintertrÀdgÄrden och konstmuseet. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all we needed. Location was great . We walked to the square every morning. Didn't need to drive anywhere for breakfast or great ice cream.. Driving to various locations around and in the city was easy becasue of the highway infrastructure close by.

Perfect location

Stayed here with family for our son's wedding. Loved the location. Walking distance to big shopping area and restaurants as well as to Hyde Park's downtown area. Plenty of room. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it worked out. Enjoyed walking in the area looking at all of the beautiful old homes.

We love this fantastic home. Our family has been fortunate enough to stay here many times and we've always found it to be comfortable, impeccably clean, and located in a fabulous walkable neighborhood. Communication with the owner is timely and helpful. We love the Hyde Park Square Charmer!

Fun baseball trip

3 moms and 3 teen baseball players stayed. We all had our own space. Loved how close we were to the baseball fields and even caught a Cincy Reds game. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved the neighborhood. Excellent location!

Nice Place - Great Neighborhood

My family and I were in town for a long weekend visiting family. This was the perfect place to stay for the size of our family. The location was AMAZING! Short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. Close to the Wasson walking/biking trail. This place was worth staying at just for the area it was in and all of the places you can walk to. There were 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The beds were comfy and the rooms were all good sized bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed (except for a table to sit and eat together but my fault for not checking this in the listing). We used the kitchen for a lot of our meals and they had all of the essentials we needed. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms, but the hosts were very responsive about the issue. Unfortunately, it was unable to be fixed during our stay, but this was not a big issue for us. It was a very hot and beautiful weekend weather-wise and we were very disappointed that the outdoor patio area was dirty and essentially unusable. The outdoor area is a big part of the reason we selected this place to stay, but we did not get to sit out there. The other issue we had were the fruit flies. While I do understand that it may be the season and the place was clean overall, the amount of fruit flies made it somewhat uncomfortable. The host did bring us some fruit fly traps, but even with the traps being in the kitchen, at times, was unbearable due to the number of fruit flies.

Exceeded our expectations

Not only is this house darling outside and in, but its practical. A difficult combo to achieve. Entrance is a large room with plenty of seating and space for shoes and purses, jackets, etc. Nice to have two sitting rooms and a work desk is helpful, windows offer lots of natural lights. Kitchen is well equiped, though I never prepared meals so cannot comment on that function. Nice to have two bathrooms each with a shower. Basement offers space, washer dryer and ironing facility. Top floor has three bedrooms with very comfortable beds with enough pillow variety so everyone was happy. Plenty of well located plugs for electronic devices. Linen closet filled with towels/washclothes. Location is fabulous, a three minute walk to Hyde Perk coffee shop and 5 minutes to plenty of shopping including talbots, jcrew and restaurants. Minor notes: Second floor shower head needs cleaning/changing, could use at least one full length mirror somewhere, and driveway is short and narrow with walls on both sides making it impossible to get in/out of the car, so we parked on the street blocking the driveway which always required backing into as the frontside is no parking and the backside was always full of parked cars. Upon our summer arrival, ground floor was freezing, second floor hot, owner instructed us to close vents on ground floor which forced AC to second floor and successfully regulated the temp to comfortable. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great visit to Cinncinnati

This house was perfect for my family. My wife, two daughters, and a few extended family members all stayed here for a wedding in town and it was great. The location is great, Hyde Park was even having a street fair while we were there! And it is so close to more of our extended family, I hope it is available again next time we go visit. The house is beautiful and very well-kept. We didn't find anything to be lacking in the kitchen, and paper supplies were plentiful. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. I have no complaints. Thanks for everything!

Walkable to so many nice restaurants and coffee shops. Short car ride to beautiful parks and downtown Cincinnati. Super clean! Robin was VERY responsive! We were here for the Western Southern and enjoyed out stay.

The property was just as pictured. The bedrooms were all a really good size. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well equipped. Hyde Park is a really cute area and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Charmed Indeed!

It's title says it clearly-a charmer. Perfect location near HP Square. Cozy and well equipped, with comfy beds. Easy to find anything we needed. We were there for a funeral in Spring Grove and just a quick hop to get there.

Comfortable beds and great location. Just know that you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea etc.

We are California natives that purchased the home as a vacation property so that we can visit our daughter, Robin who lives in Cincinnati. She manages the property for us. We visit often and stay here, but otherwise we rent it to people like you. We have enjoyed visiting and getting to the know the Queen City. Hyde Park Square is our favorite neighborhood. We enjoy taking family walks to the farmer’s market, Ault Park and dining outdoors in the square.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Hyde Park square has a wonderful walking area full of shops, gardens, and restaurants. It has a wonderful farmer’s market on Sundays in the summer. It is a short walk to the hiking trails and playgrounds of Ault Park. It is close to Rookwood Commons, Eden Park, Downtown, Oakley and Mount Adams. In the square, try the black raspberry chip ice cream at Graeter's. By the river, enjoy a concert at Riverbend. Downtown enjoy a Reds or Bengals game, the Underground Freedom Museum, the Aronoff Theater and Music Hall. Union Terminal, which includes a children's museum, is a short drive away.

Cute house full of charm and character in a nice neighborhood. New stainless refrigerator and dishwasher and a gas stove. Central A/C and heat to keep you comfortable year round. The three bedrooms upstairs have hardwood floors ceiling fans, and new wonderful mattresses. Washer and dryer in basement with laundry tub. Parking in the driveway or on the street.
