Lägenhet på översta våningen ligger i centrala Traverse City. Gångavstånd till strand, restauranger, shopping, bryggerier och barer. Perfekt plats för en romantisk tillflyktsort, Cherry Festival, Film Festival, vinsmakning, Microbrew & Music Fest, Winter Comedy Fest, Fall Color Tour eller bara en Up North-helg.

Gångavstånd till teatrar, shopping, restauranger, marknader, bryggerier, barer och stränder. Stranden ligger mindre än en halv mil bort (cirka 10 minuters promenad eller en 4-minuters cykeltur). En queen size-säng och en drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet. Pack n play, baby gate, barnstol och andra olika baby artiklar finns också. Get Away

Well-located little condo

My husband and I decided last minute to book a weekend getaway and stayed at this condo. It was a great value and great location. We walked most places downtown, even though it was a frigid January weekend. The condo was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome chocolates. They were delicious! Only negatives, and it’s no fault of the property owner/manager is that parking is a little tricky and we screwed up the first day and used the wrong entrance to the closest garage so it was expensive. Also, this is a shared building with close neighbors. Neighbors that by the smell, really enjoyed cannabis. The smell was pretty strong, especially downstairs in the entry. So if you’re sensitive to the smell of weed smoke, this might not be the place for you. Communication with the property management folks was efficient and friendly. We’d stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book another Roost property in the future if we wanted more space or a different location.

Great fall stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent, providing all the details we needed ahead of check-in and even sharing some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even better. The place was spotless, welcoming, and spacious, making it easy to feel at home. Although there was no on-site parking, we didn’t have any trouble finding spots nearby. The location was ideal—very walkable to plenty of spots we wanted to explore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wine and woods getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and bars and the Farmers market was amazing. We loved driving up the Leelanau Peninsula to the state park and the wineries on Mission peninsula were wonderful. Great Place to Stay!

Loved it! Clean with great attention to details like clearly labeled items and lots of extra amenities like coffee/filters, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels. Also, a nice selection of games that were really fun. Good location - about a 10 minute walk to downtown/Front Street and even closer to several nice bars/restaurants (like the Parlor, which had amazing cocktails and live music). We also drove up to Mission Point Lighthouse, which took only about a half hour (hanging out at the beach there and visiting several wineries on the way back). Apartment view was not great, as it was another building's walls on both sides, but lots of windows for good light. Parking a bit of a pain and expensive ($20/day), but Carrie was clear on how to unload the vehicle so luggage didn't have to be carried too far. We were very happy with our three night stay here and would recommend it!

Wonderful Location and Easy Check-in

This condo in Old Town was adorable and within walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and shops. The check-in and check-out process was also very simple and I appreciated the communication from the host. One thing that was confusing at first was the parking situation. I feel a map showing us where to park would have been helpful in the communication or the listing.

Great location and host

A wonderful condo in a great location in TC. A short walk to Front Street - shopping and restaurants. Also really accessible to local restaurants. Condo was very well equipped and quiet. Great for a couple - I worked from the condo for several days...Wi-Fi was excellent. Make sure to do your grocery shopping at Oryana (walking distance) - amazing food! I love My secret stash for wonderful Michigan based products that aren't the usual touristy junk. Both super close by. I will come back.

Loved it!

The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The parking situation isn’t ideal and a little confusing. We ended up paying to park in the nearby parking ramp that we thought was free, but it wasn’t the end of the world. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great VRBO!!

We found this to be the perfect spot for our stay. It's conveniently close to downtown, yet offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The availability of a nearby parking garage was extremely convenient. The owner's attentive maintenance of the property was evident, and their clear communication ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We're already looking forward to returning here in the future!

Great location to town, restaurants etc.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, everything was perfect. We did not cook, but loved that they supplied things like coffee, filters, olive oil, spices basic things. Only neg thing is there is no view, just the neighbor building. But we were not in the apt much during the day. Thank you!

End of Summer Quick trip!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a quick couple night get away before school started. We VRBO everywhere and this was the perfect spot downtown to walk anywhere and have a great trip! They even provided coffee, toiletries and laundry detergent. Very impressive! Thanks for a great stay for our quick trip!

5 Days in Michigan

The 1 bedroom condo is located just south of the downtown area and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars. Rare Bird Brewery is a 2 minute walk. Unit was clean and quiet. Parking is located 2 blocks north in a flat lot. Owner communicated regularly via e-mail and text during our stay. All in all a pleasant experience and we would recommend as an option for a stay in Traverse City.
