2 Queen size-sängar, plus en Queen Size Aero-säng för vardagsrum, 6 sovplatser. Gasgrill i full storlek på däck, alla apparater, inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare, lagerfört kök med alla bakverk, grytor och kastruller, etc. Sängkläder och handdukar, 2 TV: er, Internet, DVD & VHS-spelare.

En bra granskad enhet med uppdateringar! Från och med februari 2019, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, nytt golv i badrum, kök och entré / hall, ny färg och uppdaterat träverk och konst för en varmare känsla.

Vår lägenhet har två himmelljus och en mycket privat hörn inställning. De flesta enheter i detta komplex har däck som tittar på andra däck - vårt är mycket privat, med utsikt mot sluttningen och inga andra däck eller enheter som tittar på våra!

Vi delar gärna vår enhet med dig och hoppas att du kommer tillbaka igen och igen! När du "kassar" på VRBO kommer det inte att finnas några "ägaravgifter" som tillkommer administrationsavgifter. Du betalar vårt angivna pris, städning och erforderliga skatter, plus VRBO hyresavgifter.

Perfect location

Stayed for our hike thru the Enchantments. Perfect location to town and the trailhead, yet off the main road enough to have peace and quiet. Can walk to town or stay in as the property is fully stocked with all you need in the kitchen. Would stay again.

Great place and location

Very much enjoyed our stay at this place. The rental is well equipped and the location is great. We love that the living room window looked out towards the Alpine Coaster. We were traveling with our 11 month old infant who is a crawler and explorer, other than having a move a few cords, this place was likely safer and more baby friendly than our home. Would absolutely recommend this place and we will book again if we are going to Leavenworth.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The property was very clean which is important to me. It was great being able to walk across the street to the Adventure Park. The parking spot was convenient. Having an A/C in the living room was nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The location of this property was perfect for a nice walk to the Christmas lights, in the downtown area. Easy check in, the heaters were amazing after being out in the cold! The adventure park is down the street, which was fun as well!

Great location and excellent owner!

We had a great stay at Kirk’s condo! We had two couples, so 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. The place was clean, well appointed, and it had everything we needed. Kirk was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again for sure! Thank you! Mike and Tanya

Great stay

Great location. Easy walk to downtown Leavenworth. Has all the amenities, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, Stove, laundry, etc. , which was nice for our little family.

We had a great stay at condo. Location is good and condo was clean. Only suggestion would be to have coffee for guests and extra linens, (pillow cases) for pillows :-)

Perfect lodging

We rented as two couples, old friends since high school. This was a perfect place to stay and visit with each other between Leavenworth adventures. We were able to walk to town easily, enjoyed the woodsy/island route into town for the nature and serenity. Everything was a breeze for check in and out. We even enjoyed the audible excitement of the passengers on the nearby mountain coaster. Thanks for a great stay!

Memorial day weekend in Leavenworth

We had a lovely stay at Kirk's condo. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The unit was also very quiet and we appreciated having the ability to walk into town. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed at and we would absolutely stay here again.

Honeymoon Trip!

We had a great time overall in Leavenworth. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn't figure out how to lock back up the security box so putting the key back in was hard. Had to reach out to owner and it still took 2 of us to get it. Also, we had somebody try to come in right after we got there. They started banging on our door for a few minutes. We think they might have been at the wrong place, but it definitely scared us.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this condo in 2012 to be used to getaway from Western Washington to the great weather and recreation of Leavenworth. We use the home as base for skiing in the the winter and river rafting, golfing and hiking in the spring and fall. We don't use it as much as we expected because of our schedule, so we enjoy sharing it with guests through VRBO. We are very pleased with the reviews we have received to date, and hope if you rent our home you will be leave a review and let us know if anything needs attention.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We think our condo is distinguished from others in the complex due to its uniquely private location. There are no buildings or units facing our deck or living area -- no decks looking across to our deck (which was important to us when buying). We can look out over the lawn and trees and in the distance see a beautiful hillside, rather than other units! The two skylights, also unique to our unit, provide added light, another feature that we love -- we love the light bright unit, which I was not able to capture well in the photos!
This unit should have everything you need for a comfortable stay, We have pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking dishes, dishware, keurig, etc. Fast internet, 2 TV's, DVR, VHS, radio, washer, dryer and covered parking for your car.
