Vi kan inte vänta med att välkomna dig till denna exceptionella egendom som ligger på den världsberömda Mauna Lani Resort. Palm Villas är ett litet, gated komplex inbäddat mellan den 17: e farleden och en historisk bevaring. Med bara 44 enheter i detta komplex kan du vara säker på en lugn och avkopplande vistelse borta från folkmassorna i större och mer tätbefolkade områden. Palm Villas har en egen vattenfallspool, bubbelpool och träningsrum. Om du behöver mer är resortets spa och fitnesscenter tvärs över gatan komplett med tennisbana, varvpool och cykeluthyrning.

Enheten i sig är designad med semestergästens behov alltid i åtanke och den är helt nyckelfärdig möblerad. Alla sängkläder, diskar, grytor och stekpannor tillhandah��lls liksom allt annat som behövs i ett välutrustat kök som kaffebryggare och kvarn, mixer, brödrost, etc. Köket i sig är vackert med bänkskivor i granit och härliga skåp. Den öppna designen skapar inbjudande samlingsytor mellan kök, matsal och vardagsrum, samt den mycket populära lanai med sin egen gasgrill.

De tre sovrummen har dekorerats noggrant för att säkerställa komfort och avkoppling.

Great condo, amazing location

The condo was great! It was literally across the street from the pool. And the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was amazing. Great beach for kids, clean bathrooms, and good shade. We ate dinner most nights on the lanai and watched the sunset.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Stay at Palm Villas

Our family had a great stay at this condo at the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani. The condo was great and very well stocked for kitchen supplies, pots, and pans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach, hotel, and access to the wonderful Beach Club. We absolutely recommend!

Absolute Perfect Location !!

We were so grateful that we found this property! Such quick and easy walks to nice beaches, or easy short drives to other nice beaches! I was surprised to see how much they had stored in their garage that I don't believe was on the listing, but truly made our vacation even better! Especially the wagon for our little one! Thank you, and we would 100% book again and next time we'll remember to leave the pool key!!!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of five. We loved the location (beaches, walking trails, shopping) and the condo had everything we needed (kitchen, beach items, washer/dryer) It was a beautiful space to spend relaxing time together as a family!

A wonderful week on the Big Island

Palm Villas is a wonderful place to stay when you are vacationing on the Big Island. Everything is within walking distance, and you couldn't ask for a better kept complex and units.

Lovely condo, quiet neighborhood

This condo was in a terrific location with beautiful beach close by. We enjoyed the pool and historical park also within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Will be back!

Nice condo in ideal location.

We’ve been to this area of a Hawaii a few times. It’s great for families with small children. We always enjoy the beach club. The condo was nice and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Cozy

Condo was great for my family of 5. Everything you could possibly need was included. Location was great. Pool was wonderful and steps from the front door. Beautiful walking path close by that leads to beach access. The private beach was excellent and a short drive away. Nice having a garage to use. Bikes were fun. Unfortunately a lot of the snorkeling gear was broken but that was no fault to the owners, just the last guests I’m sure. We would stay again for sure if we make it back to the Big Island in the future.

Quiet, peaceful, well-appointed

A lovely, quiet and peaceful 3 bedrm condo with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely lenai. Easy 5 minute drive to the Beach Club and 300 feet to the historic trailhead which winds down past lava tubes to the fish ponds. Easy parking, 2 bicycles, walk 100' to the pool. Tons of towels, beach chairs...the hosts have added many nice touches.

Beautiful location

I wish we had stayed for more than 3 days! The condo was perfectly situated to walk through the fish ponds and beach, and the pool was across the street. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopped at Foodland. I would highly recommend this condo. My only suggestion would be “cushier” and softer living room couches and chairs for relaxing. We hope to be back!

Convient location

short walk to pool/hot tub and gym. Walking distance to shopping center with coffee, grocery etc. Access to Beach Club is nice. Few maintenance issues with the unit, rental management company was prompt with response.

A special experience

Wonderful setting and location in walking distance to beach-clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach accessories including beach towels, bikes, snorkeling equipment. Beds very comfortable-AC welcome. Some minor criticisms-a bit dated decor, some lights were out, filter in fridge needs replacement and heard guests above walking and shifting chairs but overall a wonderful experience!

Big Island Getaway

Our overall experience was great. This place had all the amenities one would need which was greatly appreciated for a family of 5. The location was perfect, easily accessible to the beach and a perk to use the private beach for the club. I rated the place 4 star vs 5 because we had ants in the guest bathroom during our stay. However, I mentioned this to Jane the property manager when we were leaving which she was appreciative of the information and would notify pest control. There were personal toiletries there too which I wasn't sure if it was meant for other guests to use or just not removed from previous. The property management was very attentive and responsive in a timely fashion. I would stay here again. Mahalo!!

Great location in Mauna Lani resort, with tons of extras

We stayed for 11 nights, and this is a great property. Spotlessly clean and so well equipped! Not only did they provide lots of beach towels, 2 bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. - the kitchen was completely kitted out with blender, coffee grinder, lots of tupperware and utensils, spices, etc. Location is terrific and the private parking/chaise lounges/cabanas at the Mauni Lani Beach Club were heaven. It's a spectacular half moon of a beach with great snorkeling and calm waters. Honestly, the beach club was nicer than the beach in front of the hotel. We had one problem while there (something broke) and the property managers had it fixed in a matter of hours ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. I wish I could rate this condo 100 stars.

Beautiful Property. Bicycle Repair

We completely enjoyed our stay at Palm Villas (G2). It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and clean. The pool and spa were awesome and most of the time we had it entirely to ourselves. Unfortunately, both bicycles were un-ridable upon arrival but after a run over to BikeWorks in Waikoloa, my husband had the tube replaced in one and the seat post replaced in the other. They are good to go and provided tons of fun riding around the Mauna Lani paths and to the Petroglyphs. I still can't stop looking at our sunset photos from the lanai.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo is lovely but there are a couple of things that should be addressed. The living room couch desperately needs replacing, and the TV in the master bedroom. Also be aware that there appears to be very little soundproofing in the ceiling as we could continuously hear footsteps and kitchen chairs being moved in the unit above.

Well Appointed and classy

We’ve stayed in over half a dozen units at the Palm Villas. Our staycation began years ago. We enjoy how quiet the property is and how the pool is often left for our use. The convenient location to other amenities and restaurants is another plus. This unit was set up wonderfully. No hassle getting in, using a front door code was not necessary. The use of the keys, pool fob, garage code and the Beach Club gate access card, were clearly displayed and made easy to use. We were most impressed with how well appointed, classy and of a simplistic style this unit showed. All you need to be at home exists. We forgot our boombox but the Bluetooth speaker available to use, was more than ample. The unit is very clean and tidy, as was the garage. Our next stay? We will most likely select this unit once more. Working with Jane and Tiphany at Big Island Living, was a dream. They are super helpful and accommodating. They are prompt to respond and provide solutions with east. They are the best. Couldn’t have had a great time without them. Mahalo, Charlie

A nice and quiet place to be!

Overall, if you are looking for place that is away from the hustle and bustle of "resort town", but yet be easily accessible to the world's most beautiful beaches, this is the place to be! PROS: The grounds are lovely and tropical. We enjoyed the convenient access to the to the Mauna Lani Beach Club which is a somewhat "private" beach. "Private" in a sense that as a guest, you are given a pass to close parking to the beach and use of its cabanas and loungers (if available). But it's not completely private because there is a public access - which I believe everyone should have public access to Hawaii's shoreline, not just resort guests. This was great if you didn't care to bring a cooler of drinks and snacks because the Beach Club Restaurant is right there! Although the Mauna Lani resort area is very quiet and IMO a bit more exclusive than the Waikoloa, it has a great grocery store that is priced the same as anywhere else on the island (Foodland chain). It also has several high end restaurants in that strip mall, a spa, a coffee/juice bar, etc. -The kitchen in the unit had everything we needed. There were a few dry condiments left from previous renters. -The garage is yours to use! Most places do not have this convenience. -There are many beach items to use: chairs, towels, umbrella, sand toys. Thank you for this. Potential renters just need to get a couple of cheap boogie boards if you choose +Two bikes! Nice walking paths to beach! Close access to pool (not overly crowded) CONS: Some of the kitchen pots did not have a cover, including the rice cooker; The pool area is beautiful! Just keep in mind that it is not heated, but you don't need it to be after a basting in the sun; The fitness room is tiny compared to other complexes we've stayed at: cardio machines and a universal weight machine. No free weights; The back patio is very private - you are looking at an old lava flow and ancient caves. However, you really can't enjoy the grassy area because the sprinklers are on at night so it is soaked during the day! The living room furniture, although beautiful, was not conducive to relaxing after a long day. The couch is more "sitting room style" and the two chairs that flank it is so uncomfortable. We wished it was more comfortable for lounging with our children; The living room carpet is truly a disaster. It should be steam cleaned or replaced. It looked filthy (sorry). Mahalo!
