Hemmet ligger på en 100 tunnland privat sjö. Lake McMeekin är en vårmatad, klar vatten sjö som är perfekt för fiske och simning. (Loaded med bass och pan fisk) Huset har en stor veranda som vetter mot sjön för att titta på solnedgången. Det är helt möblerat med allt du behöver. Wi if och satellit-tv, 2 kajaker, kanot och användning av kajen. Området är tyst, i landet. Beläget mellan Gainesville och Palatka. Båda 1/2 en timmes bilresa.

The property is as stated on-line; comfortable and clean. Cindy and Roger were welcoming and attentive. We will stay there again.

Beautiful view. Great owners!

Randy was so helpful. Our son is in a wheelchair and Randy brought a ramp over to get the wheelchair up the stairs. The view is so peaceful, looking out at the lake.

Beautiful lake view

The property was clean, quiet and all amenities were provided.! All we needed to bring were our clothes, food and liquid refreshments! Our hosts were super friendly, accommodating but not overbearing. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning in the evening..

Beautiful and Quiet spot in the country!

Our first night we were presented by the most beautiful sunset my wife and I have ever seen! We stayed at Cindy and Randys property for 6 weeks while travel nursing in Gainesville. Check in was a breeze! Great place to relax after stressfull days. We used the dock to swim several times a week, loaded up on vitamin D! C&R are so nice and accommodating! Nothing but great experiences throughout our stay! Located only 75 minutes from St. Augustine beach, 45 min from Silver springs, and 30 min from Gainesville! These locations are prime Florida fun! Thank you for everything!

Perfect for me.

It’s difficult to say enough good things about this property. The accommodations were more than sufficient, the hosts were wonderful and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, even fishing bait! I did not want to leave and plan to go back if I am able. Thank you, Cindy and Randy.

Extremely pleased

Went to visit my 2 sons who live 2 hours away from each other. This house was a perfect location between them both. It is 1 hour from Jacksonville, 1 hour from St Augustine & about 20 mins from Gainesville. Perfect location if you want to visit multiple locations while on vacation. The owners were wonderful, so helpful and inviting. They have a great set up for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the lake life. House was perfect size for the 3 of us. Normally when we vacation we stay at a Hilton, I am so happy that we chose to book at this house. So much better than a hotel, we didn't have to worry about other people running down the hallways, or slamming doors and much more affordable. We will definitely book with them on our next vacation to Florida.
