Dessa lägenheter har marmorgolv i hela, och båda badrummen har badkar omgiven av underbara marmor. De tubs var specialbyggd som var handfat områden. Diskbänkar är marmor med polerade nickel fixturer. Målning är färskt och det finns en diskmaskin, luftkonditionering, 42 "platt-tv i vardagsrummet och en 32" i sovrummet, och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dessa lägenheter var alltid bekväma och mysiga, och nu har en lite mer "gnistan".

Njut av utsikten från en av två däck i denna unika 1 sovrum - 2 bad bostadsrätt. Denna 2: a våningen lägenhet ger dig en utsikt över hamnen och stadens ljus, liksom en ofullständig bild av lugnet i Stilla havet. Enheten ligger nära parkeringen och kontor, vilket gör transporterar livsmedel mycket bekvämt. Promenad till poolen tar ca 60 sekunder, eller så kan du lifta på golfbil (absolut inte nödvändigt, men kul).

Detta rymliga enhet är ljust målade, levereras med lämpliga sängkläder, och kan sova upp till 4 personer. Sovrummet har en Sealy Posturepedic king size säng, nya soffsektion, och det finns en uppblåsbar tvilling och queen size madrass i skafferiet. Tack vare orkanen Odile, vi nu har stapla skjutdörrar (som gör det möjligt för en åtta fot öppning snarare än fyra), en fönsterplats i sovrummet, en ny glasskiva spis och vackra travertin bänkskivor. Orkanen fönsterluckor som ska installeras i juli, 2016, som kommer att förhindra varje framtida stormskador.

Terrasol är en av de få lugn och privata platser i Cabo, men är bara 5 minuters promenad till centrum av staden. Förmiddagskaffe är en behandling som du sitter på stolar på baksidan däck med utsikt över Stilla havet. Kvällen utsikt över hamnen och stadens ljus är spektakulära.

Terrasol är belägen vid den yttersta spetsen av Baja. Det ligger inbäddat mellan 2 orter, men stranden är mycket privata och ingen annan än ägarna och gästerna kan använda våra anläggningar. Det finns inga leverantörer. Motion utrustning är begränsad, men en promenad på stranden kan också vara en krävande träningspass.

Olika säsonger erbjuder olika aktiviteter och klimat i Cabo. Vädret är magnifik i oktober, när "säsongen börjar." Dagarna är mycket varmt och nätterna är svala. November erbjuder fiske turneringar igen med mycket varma dagar och svala nätter. Julen är en underbar tid i Cabo med ljus, dekorationer, och även fyrverkerier. Ta en jacka, det blir lite livlig på natten. Från januari till maj vädret är spektakulär. Du kan sola under dagen och vara extremt bekväm på natten. Luftkonditionering är inte nödvändigt förrän värmen i djupa sommaren.

Parkering finns på plats (med en hastighet av $ 5 per dag) eller taxi väntar vid grinden. Säkerhet och integritet är enastående; personalen mer än bra.

Close to the Marina

Wonderful place to stay. Walked to and from the Marina daily. Lots of restaurants and shopping! A bit noisy in the evenings as you can hear the music from the bars. Pools are relaxing and the cabana bar is the best! Enjoyed our stay.

Just the break we needed

After a long, cold, and heavy snowfall winter we needed a break and Cabo San Lucas is just the right place. We have stayed at the Terrasol condos 3 times previously and love the quiet, stress-free beach and reliable near perfect weather. This year we tried a different unit - #204. The condo is wonderfully decorated and appointed with more than enough essentials to make life near the beach enjoyable. 204 is near the condo office about as far from the ocean as you can get on the property but there is an ocean view and we were able to spot whales from the condo almost every day. There are spacious and private balconies on both sides that give an adequate balance between sun exposure and shade and provide a nice air flow so we didn't even consider the air conditioner. Appliances are all great, the kitchen is super for 2-4 people, and the TV entertainment centers in the living room and bedroom give more than enough after hours viewing. There is a great library with dozens of books from many of my favorite authors and the bed and furniture are all comfortable. Overall, the apartment is comfortable, perfectly furnished and provides a relaxing spot to hit the beaches and nightlife of Cabo.

Great spot!

We have stayed at Terrasol several years now and this is the first time at this property. It was just as described and we enjoyed it! Great view from both patios. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a great space to relax in the evening.

Walking distance to all adventures

The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Amazing night views of the city lights, and a small view of the ocean. Close to the hotel lobby which has patio out back giving you a panoramic view of the ocean skyline, (we stumbled upon this on accident while exploring). Great place to watch the sunrise or sunset. Walking distance to the pool, beach, and marina district (all adventures leave from here). Very safe and separated from the hustle of the city. The only downside of being near the city, is the late night (11:30+) noise of the nearby music and DJ events which meant we had to close all the windows and use earplugs to sleep. Overall this is a great place with private entry, smaller that most sprawling hotels nearby, parking available, and walkable to the scuba shop, even with all of our equipment. Highly Recommend

Heaven on Earth

This review may be a bit overdue as our vacation was mid November but not because we did not enjoy EVERY minute at Marina. The description of the condo on VrBO was on point and Carol is very easy to talk to and let us know everything we needed to know. The location is beautiful with ocean views out one deck and the city the other. The marina is close enough to walk to, which we did often. Added bonus of a 2nd full bathroom- the place could easily handle 4 adults. Terrasol is a beautiful complex with super friendly staff and a great pool with breathtaking water views. We even got a few peeks at some whales out on the horizon. We will not hesitate to book again next year! Thank you Carol!!

Awesome property

The place is great. The host super helpful and stocked the unit with most everything you can expect. It was clean and comfy. Serviceable kitchen. Short distance to pool and waterfront. While there are no ocean views, the multiple porches and windows provide nice light. Plenty of breeze. Perfect unit if you want to walk to town for action or have the quiet aspects of the ocean side of the resort.

Just What We Needed

Carols place is just what we needed. Our planned traveling companions had to cancel and my wife and I decided to down size to a one bedroom. The second bathroom was handy. It was perfect for our 9 night stay. We have vacationed in Cabo San Lucas many times and have found that the Solmar Beach location is our favorite. You can walk or sunbath on the beach without vendor interruptions and I like to fish the surf every morning at sunrise. Don’t attempt to swim at Solmar beach. Go to Medano Beach for swimming and other activities. The two pools at Terasol are great and you don’t need to worry about getting a lounge chair. The Palapa bar/restaurant is good and reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Thank you Carol for sharing and being the perfect host.

Great Location

We really enjoy staying at Carol's place! She was very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. The location of her unit was by the entrance which was great for us since my husband recently had knee replacement. We were able to walk to the marina daily with the close proximity. It was a very comfortable unit and will definitely stay here in the future!

Falling in love with Cabo!

We stayed at Carols place in Terrasol for five nights. The condo is so nice and well appointed. We seen so many whales right from the back balcony during the day and watched the city lights twinkle at night from the front balcony. It is a private condo complex right on the beach but nestled between two huge beautiful resorts. So quiet and private at the condo but steps alway from many restaurants at the resorts. The best of both worlds for sure. There are two lovely pools that are never over crowded. One is an infinity pool the other has a swim up bar. There is a large pool side papilla that serves yummy drinks and really cold beer. They have great food from 8 - 5 every day. The prices are really reasonable and the survive is superb. It is a short 10 minute walk to the marina however we spent most of our time hanging around the condo and resorts. It was our first time in Cabo and we truly fell in love. Lovely Condo Dec 2019 Vacation

My husband Joe and I really loved Carol's condo. We didn't have to use the aircon as we could open both of the balcony doors. I loved that it was on the second floor for privacy. The condo was perfect for our needs 2 washrooms were a bonus. I loved that we had a big large comfy couch a big TV which we didn't use we were to busy doing our fun stuff. The bed was amazing as soon as I hit the pillow I was out ! We had everything we needed and more , the kitchen was great but have to say we didn't use it that much as we were discovering Cabos restaurants. Carol provides loads of towels no need to bring anything. We walked everywhere in town only a few minutes away. We even found a back way to walk so that we didn't get hassled by the vendors. Thank you Carol for hosting our 1 month stay your place is beautiful warm and welcoming. We will return :) Joe and Wanda Happy New Year

Great value!

Perfect location in Cabo San Lucas. Clean, well maintained unit in a small, older development. Partial ocean view on one side, Marina view on the other. 5 minute walk to pools beautiful but not swimmable beach. Very quiet during the day, but fall asleep with the windows open, and the all night party that is Cabo will wake you. We had to use the AC to sleep. Friendly, well equipped pool restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and early dinner options and a variety of tropical drinks. This is not a 5 star party luxury resort, but shares the same great beach with them. Walk 5 minutes to the marina, or 10 minutes to town for all the food and drink options anyone could ask for. we rented a car, but did not need it. We drove to the grocery a couple of times, and to the shopping mall. Enjoyed long beach walks, relaxing poolside naps. Plenty of loungers, umbrellas. Perfect place for our 1st time in Cabo San Lucas.

Fresh and comfy!

We stayed in Carol's condo for one week and had a marvelous time! Everything was as described. The views are stunning and the condo is comfy. The only downside was the noisy resort next door, but that didn't bother me too much. This condo is located in the northeast corner of the complex, just north of the office. It was a short walk to the marina. I loved the fresh breezes and the swim-up bar the most. I actually saw whales from the beach at Terrasol. The food served at the restaurant/bar was delicious. All in all I recommend this place!

Very nice!

This lovely condo worked well for us. It's well equipped with everything you might need and more. Lots of kitchen items, plus many condiments. Plenty of towels, both bath and pool. We loved having 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies (great views of the marina, the town, even a bit of ocean). The pools are very nice. The one near the restaurant and bar seemed a bit noisier (though never very loud, no children), so we retreated to the second pool a few times. The beach is huge, but very steep (no swimming there). Good for walking. Having a restaurant and bar on site was a plus. The service is great (loved Mario), and the prices are reasonable. We had breakfast one day, lunch another, and drinks a third day. Carol was helpful, and the photos and description here are accurate. Walking into town was very easy. Lots of excellent restaurant options there, plus shops. Strolling the marina was fun. We took a whale watching trip, worthwhile and fun (didn't see as many whales as we'd hoped but did see some). We recommend this one! Enjoy.

Very nice and comfortable, little noisy at night with windows open - spring break was part of it!

Just returned from 6 nights at Terra Sol . Carol's Unit was very nice, unit is on back side of the resort so has ocean and city views, good view of Cabo and Harbor from LR deck and bedroom, view of ocean from the DR back deck. King bed very good, LR couches good sized and very comfortable, plus the resort staff was friendly and very helpful. Our first time in Cabo and hopefully can make it a yearly trip. We do not like AC but both units in LR and BR were new - we chose to leave windows open get fresh and breezes in the evening. Good value for the money. Bernie T

Love Cabo San Lucas

This is a lovely home and in the perfect location. Carol is awesome to deal with and a great communicator. She answered all my questions within a very timely manner. Her home is well stocked, although we only used the toaster and coffee pot...here with friends and had dinner in the marina and neighborhood every night. Having 2 full bathrooms is such a plus - I didn't think we would even use both bathrooms since it was just my husband and myself but it was great when getting ready or when he got up early to go out fishing...which was amazing for us this trip! Living room is very comfortable for relaxing and checking up on emails. Internet connection was great. Never even turned on the tv but it is a nice size in both rooms! When you open the windows, you get an awesome cross breeze and you can here the ocean. The marina and neighbor hotel can be quite loud late into the night but still a lovely wind that comes through. Great view of the marina off the main deck and a nice smaller view of the ocean on the other deck. We were down at the pool or at the ocean most of the time we were on sight so the views were awesome no matter where we were. Pool is great, we never even made it to the other one, but it looked wonderful also. Breakfast at the bar was pretty good, lunch is a little bland and we saw the staff very welcoming to most...not sure what we did or didn't do but we didn't feel the love with them but they certainly weren't rude either. This is a lovely home that I was lucky enough to stay in...can't wait to come back. I love Cabo and the atmosphere and staying here just added to my love of Cabo. Thanks for everything Carol! Lovely condo in a perfect location.

We spent a week in this condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo layout is open, with great views from every window. The king-sized bed is comfortable, and there is plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in (or just making snacks and margaritas). There are extra nice touches, like plenty of towels and several power strips so that you can plug in your grounded (three prong) polarized plugs without adapters. In addition the owner is super responsive and helpful, and the staff at TerraSol also were helpful and friendly. The location was spectacular - a wonderful beach for walking and sunset viewing was right outside our door. The activities and restaurants at the Marina, neighboring resorts and in town were a short, well lighted, walk away. We didn't use taxis but noticed a few parked near the entrance to TerraSol. I definitely recommend this property for any couple looking for a one-bedroom in Cabo.

I discovered Cabo in 1996 and was immediately 'hooked.' I bought a time share and didn't use it for a while. A few years later, I went to Cabo three times in the same year...a time share and hotel were not sufficient. In 2004 I made an offer on my condo. Because I knew of Terrasol, I went to closing without ever seeing my 'purchase.' I knew Terrasol was a treasure, and it didn't matter what the condo looked like. With a little paint and elbow grease it would be fine. Well, I invested a little more than paint, but plenty of elbow grease, and the condo is pretty wonderful these days.

Terrasol is located on the very end of the Baja on a private beach. There are few resorts, hotels, or even private condos that have the features Terrasol does. It is a life within itself. The staff has been around for a long time. They remember my guests and treat them very well. It is truly a home away from home. Most of my guests return each year, and it has become part theirs. They treat my home as if it was their own. It would be nice for all of us to get together in Cabo at the same time!!
