'Sea Breeze' är ett vackert 1200 kvadratmeter stort tomtbyggt hus med två sovrum och två badrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. En tallsolrum hälsar dig när du går in i dörren. Ett utmärkt rum att koppla av och njuta av solen eller sitta för tyst eftertanke. Sea Breeze har nyligen dekorerats och möblerats till hög standard med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester vid havet.

Huset ligger i hjärtat av Yachats, med tillgång till stranden tvärs över gatan (se foton av tillgång till stranden) Njut av vackra promenader längs 804-leden både norr och söder om oss. En gång på den vackra sandstranden kan du utforska tidvattenbassängerna, jaga efter agater, njuta av vågen som bryter vid stranden eller bara koppla av vid det vackra Stilla havet.

Yachats Visit

Over all it was excellent. One small item. The picture showed a Keurig with pods. I ended up buying coffee. The unit was spotless and well maintained.I would go back and recommend it to others!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. With 2 generously sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the house was perfect for two couples. Basically across the street from the coast path, and a few minutes walk into town - the location is hard to beat.

Convenient to necessities. Great tidepools a minute away.

It's just a couple blocks to a grocery store and several restaurants. It's across the street from some nice tidepools.

Excellent Weekend

It is a well kept up property and had everything me and my two young kids needed. The location is really nice having it in walking distance of the coast line and places in town.

Great home in Yachats

We came to town for a wedding. This home was in a great location, quiet, and clean with everything we needed. We walked to almost everything. The little backyard was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio each morning. Overall a great play to stay.

Terrific Cottage Near the Sea

This is a fabulous house for a beach getaway. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax close to the sea. We took the short walk into town through the wetland nature park. Highly recommend staying here.

Get location right in downtown.

Near the beach and downtown. The spot is great, and the home was nice. I stayed with my husband, and my brother and his friend. Nice to have the two bathrooms and comfy bathrooms. Both bedrooms were a nice size.

Great house

Nice home close to beach. The beds were comfy. The baseboards were really dirty and it would of been nice to know the Keurig was broken since we brought our own k cups. Other than that we had a great time!

Fantastic location and comfortable home.

Enjoyed the easy walk to the playground and bakery, beach, food, beer, crabs, tide pooling, kayaking, and overall town. The house is in the perfect location and it was entertaining to check out the library. Most of the kitchen amenities were awesome. The place needs a quality bread knife. And that's about the worst critique I could give it, so overall not much downside.

Great location and well/equipped and clean home. We had a fantastic time.

Right near town center but quiet and peaceful. We could hear the ocean at night which we loved. Well equipped kitchen. We cooked most meals during our week long stay. Plenty of amenities and Nikki was quick to respond with any questions we had. Beds really comfortable and plenty of towels for the two bathrooms. Close access to the beach, too. We had a fantastic time and this is definitely a place, and a house, we will come back to in the future. Thank you, Nikki.

Gorgeous!

We loved Yachats! It’s a beautiful coastal town with amazing beaches. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It was walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It has two rooms and separate bathrooms, so the four of us were all very comfortable. In the evening we used the TV, DVD, and internet which all worked great. There are no direct ocean views, but a short walk gets you to amazing views. Niki was very easy to work with. We can highly recommend.
