Chimney Pot Cottage är en avkopplande tillflyktsort för gäster som besöker Tybee Island! Denna charmiga stuga har en privat brygga och avskärmad veranda med utsikt över den tysta viken och myrgräset. Du kommer att njuta av integritet och lugn i en avkopplande atmosfär på en över 1 tunnland hemsida. Denna söta stuga har fantastisk utsikt över den omgivande tidvattenbäcken. Du kommer att njuta av lugn avskildhet, fiske, utmärkt fågelskådning och möjligheten att starta din kajak (er). Koppla av med en bra bok på verandan med utsikt ��ver bäcken. Ett perfekt litet paradis undangömt från resten av ön.

Inne i hemmet finns det 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV och en bäddsoffa för extra sömn. Köket är fullt utrustat. Det första sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng och en platt-TV, det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng och en platt-TV. Det finns två badrum och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gästbruk i hemmet.

Njut av uteservering och underhållande på fastigheten i en separat skärmad och täckt grillplats med en gasgrill och sittplatser för 6. Detta är perfekt för uteservering och matlagning vid besök! Great weekend getaway - convenient to great eateries, relaxing porch and dock, well stocked kitchen, super comfy cottage.*** Not sure why there's a question about a winery on this review, we didn't visit one and never knew one existed!

Beautiful, private spot

This was everything we had hoped for, and we were lucky enough to have weather that cooperated, so we could spend time relaxing on the beautiful screened in porch. Well organized kitchen, a location that’s close to everything. . .perfect!

We love this little white house. It was a beautiful private little cottage .

It sits on the marsh with beautiful views beautiful sunset and sunrise. Convenient location to everything. We walked every day for 2 to 3 hours and enjoyed all the local places. The house was perfectly clean just what we needed. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed it. We will come back and we will tell everyone great things about this little home. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Nice visit

The property was nice. We had an issue with the toilet backing up when we arrived Saturday. The plumber came out on Monday and took care of it. Also, the property wasn't ready at 4PM. But we had to be out by 10AM. We left at 10:15 and they were waiting for us to leave promptly at 10. The cable package did not include any sports channels (ESPN, Golf channel, etc..) Overall, though, a nice vacation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house has great features and charm, and it was a nice location on the marsh. But it was not kept up, and the beach is not easily accessible. The screens on the porch were busted and flapping in the wind. There were cockroaches. And the grill doesn't work. Part of why we chose the spot was for the grill and planned an evening around cooking to no avail. It's also advertised as close to the beach, but you have to jaywalk across a very busy road and through a neighborhood with a stinky water treatment plant right in the middle to get there.

Nice older house, but major issues. Proceed with caution.

House is very generously depicted in pictures, older and in worse shape than represented. Thermostat was locked out by owner, management company could not resolve it during the stay. Torn screen flapping in the wind, broken glass duct taped on front Door, dead roaches in shower, dirty sheets upon arrival. Dock is in really rough shape but enjoyable. No hand soap, shampoo or basic amenities supplied unlike other homes we've stayed in. Tybee Island was very nice, great people and very friendly. We will return but with another property management company.

Bungalow getaway

Loved this bright, fun, quiet bungalow on the marsh. Beautiful sunsets and easy access from the mainland within a short walk of the lighthouse and North Beach.

Perfect getaway

This was an amazing property. Centrally located yet still managed to feel separate from the hustle and bustle. Property was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Perfect for families.

We stayed here before it was recently sold . Everything is the same except the chairs , sofa, beds. The guest bedroom is no longer a queen size and it is not comfortable at all. TV in guest bedroom is small , but it would not come on, so it was fairly moot point. We have rebooked for August... hoping they make a few changes before then

April 2019 Stay

We were very impressed with our trip and our dealings with the company. When we arrived on the 16 of April I told the girl at the counter that I was here for a marriage proposal. They were very enthusiastic about the news. That same day after a successful proposal we returned to find a bottle of wine and a card from the company congratulating us on our engagement. We both thought that was very nice of course and my fiancé plans on putting it in our scrap book. As far as the cottage it was great. Cozy, very clean and exactly as it was explained on the description. Thank you TBR for making our engagement very special. See you all soon.

If the peace and serenity of marsh views is what you enjoy, this cottage is for you. The screened porch gets morning and afternoon sun and you can even enjoy sunset from the porch swing. I loved this cottage and plan to rent it again.

This quaint little cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. My daughter got married on the beach and this was the perfect spot for us to retreat to after an eventful day. I see another weekend getaway to tybee soon!

July 2018 Stay

The picture sums it up. Our children has such a blast at this picturesque marsh front cottage. From the moment we got there, they were stuck to the dock fishing and crabbing. They just loved it. We could not have been happier with this cute cottage and will definitely rent again. It was very rustic and beachy and gave you the vibe you want on a Tybee vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for the size. The 2 bedrooms are large and bathrooms great. It is not an elegant beach house. It has more of a homey vibe. The porch view is inspiring. Our only complaints are that the AC does not work very well (it easily gets hot in the cottage), there was some peeling paint on the walls, and there were ants in the kitchen. All of which we could manage. Tybee vacation rental company makes rental easy and carefree. We rent at least 4 houses a year even though we only live 10 minutes away because we have family that come often. We will be sure to continue to give them our business. See you next year!

July 2016 Stay

Chimney Pot Cottage is an adorable house in a beautiful setting. Even though it's just off the main road, it feels like it's off the beaten path, in its own little hideaway. The cottage is clean, charmingly decorated, and very comfortable. The large screened porch is relaxing and offers beautiful views of the marsh/waterways. We brought our own kayaks, and had fun paddling around and exploring the area. There are several shops and restaurants a short walk away, and the public North Beach area is only a five minute drive. I would recommend Chimney Pot Cottage for anyone who wants a home away from home, with some alternate adventures, while visiting Tybee.

May 2017 ~ We LOVE Chimney Pot Cottage!

In all our trips to Tybee Island, our stay at Chimney Pot Cottage was our first experience with what it feels like living on a marsh. The dock is an awesome spot to experience all the marsh has to show! From oyster/mollusks beds to crab life to birds & just the ebb & flow of high & low tide. My husband & son saw a baby sting ray on out 1st day! Chimney Pot Cottage is AWESOME! We absolutely LOVED everything about this quaint fish camp cottage! The large wrap around screened in porch was our favorite place, such beautiful scenery to wakeup to while drinking our coffee in the morning & relaxing on after a day long excursion. The wind made this really cool whishing sound that sounded so familiar....then I remembered I had heard it as a background sound in the movie, "Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil" I expected to hear KD Lang singing, "Skylark" any minute after the wind blew. 😊 On the interior of the cottage we loved the original wood, shiplap, I think it's called & the original double doors off the guest

We had a wonderful time on Tybee and in Savannah. What a beautiful island and city! Staying at the Chimney Pot made everything easy and convenient. We loved sitting out on the porch and taking in the view.
