Very nice property.

The condo was great, clean, easy to find. The neighbor below is seemed to be concerned about how many of us were staying and how she hears all of our footsteps. The television has subtitles on which is probably great for someone who doesn’t speak great English but we do and the settings were locked so we couldn’t take them off the screen. We had called and asked if the property had a grill and we’re informed there was no grill. Upon arrival we saw there was a small charcoal grill. We had steaks we wanted to bring with us but didn’t. Oh well. It was great having multiple bedrooms and all of them having their own bathroom. Overall experience was great and we would definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Condo Update

We found that the condo provided us with the room described in website. But there was no closet space available in the master bedroom. There was not sufficient drawer space in one of the bedrooms. The bed covering needs replacing. The throw rugs all need to be replaced. They are all curling in the corners. And lastly the sofa needs to be replaced. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils and sufficient dishes for dining. The only bad part of the location was walking uphill to the bus stop.

noisy- no ac - road resurfacing with unbreathable smell

temp adjustment impossible-if open windows unbearable highway noise and road resurfacing made the outside air unbreathable - unable to open windows for whole week / resurfaced parking had no issues/ did they schedule this for my week after i rented ? hm - it was not listed on the special of the place…..noticed received few days after i signed the rent! Not cool!

Hi Zsolt, Most condos in Vail do not have AC. But since we are at 8000 feet elevation, opening the windows works pretty well to cool off in the afternoon. This does result in hearing more highway noise, and some people are more sensitive to it than others. But my condo typically cools sufficiently by 10pm, I can close the windows before bedtime. Also, we forwarded the notice of parking lot work to you as soon as we got it.

A Great Vacation in Vail

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vail Management was a pleasure to deal with from the time of our booking to our departure. They readily provide the items we felt were necessary to keeping the property orderly, and even provided a Keurig coffeemaker because one of their associates said the property had one and brought over lounge chairs for the patios. The property is about a block from the bus stop which made it it easy to go into/return from the village to dance, jazz and symphony as well as the incredible restaurants in the area. It is in easy walking or driving distance from 2 great hiking ares: North Face and one off Sandstone Rd. The bedrooms were very comfortable as was the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils. The property comes across as a rental property...comfortable patio dining is lacking. We had a great time and would certainly consider renting the same unit but definitely recommend Vail Management.

Ski Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The house itself was nice but there were things that need to be fixed. The downstairs bathroom door wouldn’t close as well as the door to the upstairs master bedroom. Additionally, the guest bathroom to the right had a leaking faucet and a loose toilet seat. The fire alarm also started beeping due to low battery and we had to call maintenance to come and fix it by bringing a ladder.

Nice property, with some caveats

This was a nice rental and the communication was great. The property needs a few updates and could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The plus is that there are three bedrooms and all have their own bathrooms, plus a half bath on the main floor. The set-up of the condo was very convenient for a family of four. On the downside, the condo has no air-conditioning and the third floor where the master is gets VERY warm. There is a sliding glass door that can be opened, but it abuts a highway and is too loud to leave open all night. Also, there is a weird door problem with the master bedroom door and the bathroom door where the master bedroom door opens too far and bangs the bathroom door. When the master bedroom door is open, it blocks the entry to the master bath. Having said all of this, however, this was a nice, convenient condo which we were happy with.

Due to risk of bus covid constraints, we did the 5 min drive to Lionshead parking garage each day for skiing, and stopped by the nearby Safeway and restaurants each evening. Able to get a standard SUV in garage. Beds and baths good. A few minor problems in kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, DW). Plenty wifi bandwidth and TV channels. WD ok. Would rent again.

Nice House for a vacation

Good house for a vacation. The only drawback noted is the road noise from I-70. Leaving the windows open to cool the 3rd floor bedroom was difficult due to road noise; it was a difficult balance between road noise and an uncomfortably warm bedroom.

Great property and lovely stay

the property is superb, spacious and modern and a great place to stay for 6 nights. close to the Lionshead loop bus stop and convenient for skiing. Unfortunately the check in process was very poor and we didn't get into the apartment until the following day which was very disruptive

Exactly What We Needed

We had a great time at this property. Great location and it feels like being in a treehouse being surrounded by beautiful trees! We spent a lot of time on the 2 decks and the condo is very well equipped overall. The central location makes it easy to reach all the surrounding towns easily as well.

Description matches property

Plenty of room to move around, cook, put things away. Kitchen plentifully stocked with utensils, cookware, glasses, coffee cups, dishes, etc. Midweek cleaning was thorough. Easy access to property and Vail (Right above new tunnel near Lionshead. Enjoyed the decks and views.
