Vårt 2800 FT2 hem är 2 hem från PO Yacht / Country Club och Long Island Sound och har utsikt över vattnet från flera rum. Pine Orchard är en liten ocean sida gemenskap med bostäder nära varandra. Det är viktigt för oss att våra hyresgäster respekterar vårt grannskap och som sådan tillåter vi inte att parter hålls eller tillåter någon beläggning över det som anges i bokningen.

1: a våningen: Nytt kök w / Stony Creek granit bänkskivor, LR w / ny gas spis, TV / allrum, 1/2 bad och stor sluten veranda.
2: a våningen: 3 BDRM och 3 bad (2 w / badkar) och en walkout däck med utsikt över vattnet. Vi uppmuntrar månatliga eller akademiska vistelser så snälla fråga om priser.

Excellent property

Exceptional location, peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced yard with water views. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Perfect spot for a long stay.

Beautiful location, wonderful stay

Exactly what we were looking for…a quiet, welcoming neighborhood two houses away from the LI sound. We loved the large fenced-in yard with white picket fence. The house has gorgeous water views and plenty of space. Ryan was a super responsive and accomodating host. Hope to come back soon.

Great spot on the water!

My husband and I stayed in this house with my in-laws and 2 year old son. There was plenty of space for everyone and a large fenced in yard for our 3 dogs. The neighbors are very friendly. There is water access walking distance from the house.

Comfortable, spacious and lovely--perfect for families

Our family spent a wonderful month at Ryan and Marie’s comfortable and lovely home. It is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. We especially loved sitting in the screen porch, taking walks on the beach (30-seconds away) and barbecuing on the grill. The house was thoroughly cleaned (and disinfected) before our arrival and Ryan was always available to answer any questions by text. Also: There was an unusually strong storm that caused the power to go out while we were there and Ryan took great care of us: he had a generator set up right away, sent updates from the power company and dropped off extra flashlights. Thank you, Ryan and Marie — we loved our time in Pine Orchard and we will be back!

Marvelous comfort, beauty and convenience

Wonderful home with great hosts. Rooms and baths galore. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Equipped with everything you need. We stayed for over a month and had no issues, but Ryan and Marie checked regularly just to make sure we were happy. Beautiful neighborhood right on Sound and yet very convenient to downtown Branford, shopping, and I 95. Highest recommendations for long or short stay.

Great Family Vacation

My Family had a wonderful time at this home. Plenty of room for all of us and a great kitchen to cook family meals and then sit and spend time with each other. The back porch is a fabulous place for morning coffee (rain or shine) and the house had all of the things we needed to make this a family occasion we will long remember. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful Cape Cod style house one block from the water best sunsets ever green grass white picket fence and great neighbors I stayed there in the off-season it was nice and quiet I really felt like home was perfect for me if the owner reads this I want to thank him for you guys his name is Ryan and he’s The best 🐰😊

We had a wonderful family gathering and it was a great place for all of us.

This Is a charming roomy home in a beautiful quiet seaside neighborhood.

We were 8 adults in town for a wedding in Guilford. The house was well equipped with linens and all things needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful and the flowers in July were spectacular. We would love to get back and stay again at this charming house.

great location; nice house

We loved staying in Pine Orchard in this lovely home. The owner left us waters and adult beverages in the porch refrigerator, plenty of towels and soaps, and a well-stocked kitchen. The bedroom and bath arrangement was perfect for our family of five.

Property was well suited for our needs.

We used the house for some wedding guests and it was perfect in terms of size; multiple rooms, very well stocked with linens and other amenities, great location. Was in good condition and very clean on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Nice quiet area near the water

We stayed for 5 nights, and were very comfortable in this 4 bedroom home. It is a terrific, quiet location. The home is a short walk to the Pine Orchard Yacht Club, and near to the water, with a partial ocean view from some of the bedrooms. Nice large grass yard. Kitchen is excellent. Bathrooms perfectly adequate. Family spaces comfortable. Only minor glitch was that the wifi was out for the first few days. Also, the steps from the ground floor up to bedrooms on the second floor were a bit steep for my elderly mother-in-law. Overall, however, the house was perfect for our needs, and Ryan was very professional and attentive to our needs. I would suggest this property for a small extended family that wants to meet and have some quality time together. I did meet one neighbor who greeted me disdainfully as "Are you one of the VRBO people" which I thought was rather dehumanising!, but she made her point that it is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Not the place to have a big noisy frat party. Thanks again to Ryan. We hope to stay again. VTL, Honolulu

Excpetional place

This property is close to the Long Island Sound and very calm. The house is spacious and very convenient even for a larger party. Three bathrooms are nice. The landlord was always very helpful and friendly. Thumb's up for this destination. Jan & Beate

Exceptional location

This home close to the Long Island Sound is very spacious with a large kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Three bathrooms are nice for a larger group. The landlord was always helpful and friendly. Thumb's up for this property. Jan & Béate

It was perfect for our family. The location was beautiful.

Great experience. We were a family of 8 and everything was perfect. The home was beautiful and the owner could not have been nicer. Highly recommend it for a large group. Much better than a motel room.

Lovely stay at a beautiful property

We very much enjoyed our time at this rental house. We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of July/early August. We've stayed in 5 other rental houses in Branford over the years, and this is definitely our favourite in terms of price, size, location, and amenities - so much so that we're already booking it for two weeks for next summer! A big thank you to Ryan for making our stay so enjoyable. Many thanks from Betsy and Grant and family.

Very nice. Fit in perfectly with that area.

The house was nicely stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean.The owners were very responsive to texts and were very accommodating . It was a backdrop for a wonderful family reunion.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our entire family. The large backyard allowed sufficient space for the dogs to run. Although there was no patio to sit outside there was a nice big porch that we were able to enjoy. Majority of the windows unfortunately couldn't open due to holes in the screens, but with the air conditioning and fans we were quite comfortable. This is definitely a place we'll come back to and we can't wait to see what improvements they make to the house when we return!

Wonderful!

We rented the house for out-of-town family members at Christmas and were totally pleased with the location and the experience. The house is charming yet modern, in a great location, and Ryan went out of his way to provide for the needs of our group.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Pine Orchard. The home is tastefully decorated, retaining it's original charm. There is an ample yard which was a great place for my three children to run off some energy. I love that the owner thought to include some games and a few toys as well. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. He stocked many unexpected extras. He was also very prompt in addressing a couple minor maintenance issues that came up during our stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly, we especially enjoyed daily walks down to the bay and harbor. This was an ideal place to unwind after our daily adventures throughout the region. We hope to stay here again soon.
