Vårt privata pensionat är en unik semester hyra egendom på grund av dess praktiska läge, men det bästa av lugnt boende.
Enkel tillgång till shopping och bra restauranger centralt beläget i norra Peoria AZ omgiven av bergsutsikt över den naturliga öknen.

Gästhuset är 700 kvm 1 sovrum 1 badrum med egen uteplats på en tunnland egendom ca 200 meter från huvudhuset som gör det väldigt privat. Det finns en separat tegelbana gångväg som leder dig till ingången till pensionatet. Fullt utrustat kök, helt ny King size Casper Madrass nya lakan och handdukar, plattskärms-tv, Dish Network Satellite med DVR-spelare och Wifi. Mycket utrymme för parkering 4 fordon och RV parkering.

Wonderful Guest House

My husband and I spent a little over 2 weeks at this lovely guest house. Helen was wonderful and the home had everything we needed. My husband really enjoyed the grapefruit from her trees in the backyard. We would definitely go back if ever visiting AZ.

This owners were very nice and great communication and the rental was perfect in every way for our short extended stay in town for business. I loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every day and it was close to our job site. It had the amenities we needed and it was nice and quiet. Thank you! :)

Very pretty space

We enjoyed our stay so much. The check in couldn't have been easier. Everything was so lovely and comfortable; it's obvious the owners take great care with cleanliness and comfort for their guests. We hope to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of a quiet, pretty and airy space to stay. The only thing missing was a good pen in the drawer so that we could write Helen a very nice thank you note! :)

Desert Escape

We had such a nice time in AZ and this was the perfect place for us and our little dog. Helen and Ted were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The house was very comfortable and well appointed, and our pooch enjoyed the big yard and even dipping his feet in the pool. The location was great for us to attend spring training games, play golf and ride our bikes on the New River bike path. There are also several good restaurants in the area. We are already making plans to return next year!

The time was too short

The guest house was quiet, clean and well stocked with essential kitchen and toiletry items. Helen was welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival and during our stay. We would like to come back for another stay in the future.

Wonderful stay

We had wonderful stay here. The property is very nice, quiet, and in a good location for us. Our hosts, Helen and Ted, are very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out great from checking in to checking out. Would love to stay here again.

Monthlong vacation

This is truly a hidden gem! Helen was a gracious host and always available when we had questions. She provided all the comforts of home and more supplies than one would expect. The location was perfect for us and very close to highways making it easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area. I highly recommend this lovely guest home.

Excellent place to stay

By far the best VRBO rental we have stayed at. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Helen was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again.

Just perfect for two

This guest house was perfect for the two of us. We came to visit our son and daughter in law for a couple of days and the pool was a great place to visit keep cool and talk. Helen couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful yet gave us plenty of room to visit with our son. Highly recommend

Very comfortable and a Great value

The guest house is spacious and private. Has everything you need to cook dinners at home and well located to explore the area. My dog loved the stretch of green lawn out our front door for playing catch and just hanging out.

Wonderful Casita

This is a beautiful casita in a pretty yard. It was not missing anything. We loved the separate bedroom and bath and open floor plan. Helen made sure we had everything we needed and she was always accessible. It is only 15 minutes from the Peoria Stadium which was great for spring training games. Looking out on the large yard and pool felt like a real getaway for us. We look forward to staying here again.
