Tropical Pool Home. Föreställ dig semestrar i din egen privata utväg? Vår solvärmepool med dimma, dimare och fiberoptiska däckstrålar får dig att känna dig som i Las Vegas. Gör dig fri i spaet ovanför marken under vår palapa-bar medan du tittar på tv och tittar på stjärnorna. Lita på mig att du inte ens vill gå in i hemmet. Backyard har en inbyggd BBQ, kylskåp och diskbänk för alla dina behov utomhus middagar! Windsor Boat lanseringen är precis nedför gatan. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum och soffa drar ut för en annan säng. Inomhus kök och bad som nyligen renoverades med bänkskivor i granit. Helt hus nymålad februari 2017.
Kakelgolv överallt. Husdjur tillåtna mot en avgift på 50 $! . Garage är nu tillgängligt (32 fot djup). Du kan parkera 2 eller 3 kombinationer av lastbilar / båtar framför huset / uppfarten och även en 32 fot djup sidogård med 10 fot grind. Poolen värms bekvämt från Solar från mars till november (80 eller högre i genomsnitt) med ett vattenfall och lyser upp däckstrålar på natten. Amazing back yard. The host was very responsive. The solar heated pool was perfect. This back yard really has it all! The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. Having use of the garage is a bonus. We really enjoy our stay!

Very nice place, the only thing the wife and guest did not care for was the beds being to high. the back yard was above nice, nice pool water fall, misters and fans. Bar area and nice grill, outside TV. hot tub if you wanted, but the outside was so hot you did not need the Hot Tub. (not the owners fault). I would definitely stay again, also dog friendly.

Relaxing get away

We spent part of our honeymoon in this home, spent most of our time in the backyard, felt like our own private resort.

Amazing place to stay. Danny was very helpful with ensuring we had everything needed being very responsive and respectful. I would definitely stay again. The misters thru the backyard are a total game changer while it’s hot out.

Beautiful Backyard

This house was perfect for our quick river trip with friends. The pool was perfect and looked like we were somewhere tropical. The house is a little worn down but didn’t bother us in the least as we were either on the Lake or in the pool the majority of the time. Would definitely stay there again!

Love this place

this is the 4th or 5th time we stayed here, so amazing we try to do it at least once a year. Shooting for twice this year! Super communication from Danny and as always a absolute amazing home!

Rent this place!

Excellent home with fantastic owners. The backyard of this home is incredible. Kids and adults alike will love this place. Inside the home is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Rent this place and you won't be disappointed. We have stayed at many places in Lake Havasu and this is our new favorite. Kids had an amazing time playing in the pool. Owner was acceptable and made sure our stay was a good one. Can't wait to stay here again!

great back yard rough beds

The back yard for this spot is amazing a great place to hang out after the it really makes the house worth staying in. But the beds were so bad in every room really tough on the back you better bring your own pillow. Not that big of a house no garage acess for your boat but like I said that back yard makes it all worth it !!! Very clean pretty much has everything you need except for bed situation

Nice Lake Havasu Hideout

This was a nice, clean home to stay in for our week long stay. Check in was so easy, and Dan, the owner, let us check in early. The house was super clean, the rooms were nice, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The backyard was awesome with plenty of shade, misters that cooled the temperature down 15-20 degrees, a built in bbq in the shade, tons of seating, an outdoor TV(we used to listen to music), and a pool with a waterfall. The pool lights up well at night and beautifies the pool area. The landscaping is also very tropical and very nice. There is artificial turf that works well for doggies, should you bring them. The house has a deep garage for parking out of the Arizona heat, and has a washer and dryer that works well. The house is close to grocery stores, AND close to the Lake. We ended up using the pool in the backyard and staying at the house the majority of the time. Dan, the owner is very responsive and quick to get back if you have questions. This place gets a 10, or the highest star rating of 5 from us. We will always try to book this place first on our future Havasu trips. Thanks Dan.. John and Cyndi

This has become our go-to place whenever we visit Lake Havasu, and we absolutely love staying here! The property is always comfortable, clean, well maintained, and has everything we need for a great trip. It truly feels like a home away from home.Danny is an excellent host and is always friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The entire experience is consistently smooth from booking through checkout. We look forward to staying here every time we come to Havasu and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The house is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. We brought our 2 pugs on the trip. Our dogs are potty trained, and they would stay outside in this amazing backyard with the water misters and the pool, they loved it. My only concern with this owner is that we got charged 500, when we left the vrbo. They said there was EXCESSIVE cleaning that had to be done because of our pugs. Let me set the stage... these pugs are so well potty trained that they will whine, when they need to go outside to use the bathroom (at night, when sleeping). Everytime those pugs went outside, so did my husband. Washing the patio and using the pooper scooper. When we'd get back from an excursion, he'd be in the backyard doing the same, cleaning it up. Our pugs were outside ALL DAY, and inside at night to sleep. There was NO EXCESSIVE cleaning that had to be done..... is this done to all dogs that come on his property? Just beware, that you might get a 500 charge for EXCESSIVE cleaning, outside the scope of the house cleaner if you have a dog.... there was NO PEE or POOP anywhere. My husband and I are neat freaks and we respect people's property. His other complaint was a smell of cigarettes, all smoking (vaping) was done outside..... that was just a flat lie. There was no smoking inside. He allows smoking outside, rinse off before entering his home?? Future renters, be cautious...If you don't smoke or have dogs, this is your vacation home, quite beautiful.... otherwise, you've been warned.

Michelle left our house reeking of cigarette smoke so much that our guest that was due to arrive a week after had to cancel because of the smell. The $500 did not even begin to cover the cleaning, ozone rental, and all the linens we had to replace. Not to mention the income lost for the next guest who cancelled. We submitted images of the urine on the floor to which Michelle acknowledged and apologized. And I sincerely hope that she did not leave her pugs outside all day, as we had triple digit temps and that would be so cruel to the pug breed who already suffer from breathing issues. Please read our other reviews before you form an opinion based on her story.

Tropical getaway

We spent 2 months at Danny’s place and would not hesitate staying there again , the house was well equipped with everything that you could need , but the back yard is really the gem ! It really does feel like your at a Vegas resort, from the outdoor kitchen , the hot tub is amazing, the pool is very refreshing and the misters and lights at night make you feel like your in your own private tropical retreat 😎

The backyard makes this house

The house had everything we needed! The backyard had everything we wanted!!! With summer temperatures well over 100, we spent much of our time in the pool. The palm trees, waterfall, lights, and misters made it like our own tropical resort!!

The yard is absolutely beautiful! The house itself was bigger than I thought it was going to be compared to the online pictures. We hardly had to do anything outside of the house because we enjoyed staying in and enjoying the yard. Will be returning

Even better than we anticipated

Like all the reviewers have noted, the backyard is incredible. The numerous misters kept us and our pups cool despite the extreme heat. The house was very clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our three-night stay. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay again.

Nice house

This was a nice place. Not as convenient to get to the lake as we thought. Also, a little confusing on the checkin. One place says there’s a lockbox and the other gives the code on the door. LOVED the backyard!!!

Sorry for the confusion. We no longer have the lockbox and VRBO was supposed to remove that from the instructions . Not sure what you mean by confusing to get to the lake though . Guess it depends what part of the lake you are going. I will try to provide maps at the house for future guests! Thats for staying at our place!

Backyard is the best oasis for all ages! I absolutely love that they have mister all over the back!

The owners were super amazing and very accommodating. The location of the property was very convenient to the marina and a grocery store nearby. The property has a big enough garage to be able to park a boat in or a side yard to park extra or vehicle. The home was very nice and definitely laid out really well. The kitchen was very quaint and cute lots of room in the fridge as well. The backyard was absolutely the seller point for us! It was an oasis for sure best place to sit outside and at the end of the day have a drink with a misters going and enjoy the giggles from the kids! The owners were so awesome with working with us on dates and trying to figure out what works best for them and US during this time of covid! I highly recommend this place especially if you have kids and even adults it's a fun backyard for sure. Most definitely will be back! We can't thank you enough for the memories!
