Great location

Right near the beach and flags for swimming, tram stop and excellent amenities. Nice garden to enjoy, views and just at the right distance away from all the bustle:) oven did not work one day and was not fixed as promised until the following day, some commutation delays Hense 4 stars

Peninsula 12th Floor, Ocean View Apartment

Location was perfect and the layout of the apartment was fine for our family. However, the pictures do not reflect the actual apartment. The shower in the main bedroom ensuite was leaking water. Water damage to vanity was evident. Also, the main bedroom did not have a doona. Not sure what was in the cover. We needed to ask for extra blankets. The split system heating/cooling in all the rooms were not working. It was very cold at night and not pleasant without some heating.

It was great

I really was concerned about the unit being clean and it met my expectation but it could have been cleaner, mainly the laundry. Overall it was really good and the location was perfect. The only thing that dropped a star was the smell in the corridol from the elevator to the unit the smell of the carpet was disgusting. I had to hold my breath everytime i left the unit and got to the elevator.This was the only issue if i was to go again I would choose the same unit. Thanks Belinda :)

Great location

Accomodation was perfect for our family and had great facilities: the indoor pool was lovely and warm. The location is within walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants and the beach and yet still far enough away from the busyness for a quiet break. We all had a great break and know we will definitely be booking here again!

Whale watching heaven

Apartment spacious and was just as listed. I love it when there’s no “surprises”! Clean, and well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Comfy beds and sofas. Needed to ask for windows to be freed up so we could open for extra airflow, but that was dealt with efficiently and swiftly. Only negative, which can be remedied is; It would be worth asking the building management to shampoo the carpet in the lift well on the 12th floor, as there was a rather pungent smell which wasn’t just from the refuse shoot.
