Everything as described and more!

We stayed here for a convention in Dayton and came away so impressed with the property. Everything is just as good as the photos, very clean and well stocked. I hope we can stay here again in the future!

Accurate Listing!

This is one of the most accurate listings in which I’ve stayed. The place looks just like the pictures. The host has thought of all your needs and provides many extras compared to other places I’ve stayed. It’s in a safe location and it’s very near Fairfield Commons for your shopping and dining needs. Definitely recommend!

A perfect place to stay

If you are looking for a roomy, warm and cozy place to stay this is it. I highly recommend. It’s close to Wilberforce University and Wright State. Also a perfect kitchen and coffee bar for the home away from home feel.

Lovely location, tons of restaurants nearby. The house was so clean and just as presented. Kitchen was so well stocked. Would be a great place for a longer stay, too. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any needs. Would definitely recommend if you are staying the the Dayton area.

Very Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very relaxing! Neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to everything nearby! We had a wonderful time being back in Beavercreek visiting family and friends and the home made it feel even better! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Comfortable home for family stay

The house was comfortable, with a nice backyard, including lots of trees. We would occasionally see a couple of rabbits and a groundhog. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was also located near many restaurants and shopping and the Air Force Museum. The kitchen had a retro feel, while the washer and dryer and dishwasher were modern.

Clean and Convenient

We came into town for WGI Percussion Championships. The location was convenient to UD, Nutter and the interstate to get back and forth to KY. The house was beautifully supplied. I don’t think they left a stone unturned, which doesn’t happen everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Very nice

The house is just like the photos show - very comfortable. The kitchen is well-supplied with all you need to prepare food. Lots of towels, extra blankets, as well as a variety of toiletries were available as well. We enjoyed seeing a rabbit each day and a groundhog one day in the back yard!

Oasis for us and our disabled son

This house was perfect for us and our disabled son to stay while we met and trained our son's service dog. The house was clean and uncluttered and had plenty of space. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and bedding. The property managers helped us immensely by granting a special request. We couldn't have had a better homebase!

Nothing but positives about the property and communication with owner! The house is immaculate and Lisa provides a ton of extra special perks with your stay. We left laundry and without any extra cost she FEdex'd to our home once discovering in the dryer. Highly recommend. Will stay there in a heart beat when back in the area.

What a great place!

The pictures actually don't do this home justice! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked with everything you need and even things you didn't realize you need or forgot (travel/emergency toothbrush!). Beds comfortable, linens are fresh. The home feels larger than 1200 sq ft! The location is outstanding. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to everything in Dayton including Yellow Springs, the Airforce Museum, Carillon Park all within just a few minutes. Appliances are new and there is a brand new gas grill and wonderful new gazebo on the deck (Which were nice surprises as they were not even in the photos when we booked!) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overcharged and Ignored

Was a great place to stay but we were overcharged $320 for an extra bed that we did not ask for or need. I have tried several time to contact the owner, but have been ignored.
