Amazing condo & location

You won’t be disappointed if you choose this listing!!!! Location is amazing, watch the sunset from the lanai, walk the beach right out front and catch the turtles in the beach. This is our 5th time renting on VRBO and this was by far the Best place we have ever stayed.

Our stay in July could not have been any better. The accommodations were as described and completely adequate. Without a doubt the sunsets were magnificent and having the beach in your backyard set it apart. We liked it so much that we intend to spend our 50th anniversary there next April.

Great location, authentic Maui living

Great location near many, many restaurants and a walk away from the grocery store. Loved enjoying sunsets on the lanai every evening after dinner. Will be returning in the future.

Fantastic location

A perfect location to watch the sun set. Access to an excellent beach and close to anything or anyplace you want to go to. The best stocked kitchen on the island helps you enjoy cooking and grilling at “home”. We would return without hesitation

Nicely upgraded condo in a good location.

It was well stocked with kitchen items and had snorkel and beach chairs available, etc,WiFi, TV, dishwasher, disposal, all worked fine. Everything was well maintained. We look forward to returning.

I loved staying here! Its clean, quiet, comfortable, with a kitchen very well equipped with all you need and more for cooking in style. I loved the beautiful artwork, the shade that pulls down on the lanai for privacy while allowing for a beautiful view of the beach. You can't go wrong with this place. Super location close to everything you need. I hope to stay there again!

Perfect Kihei Vacation

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, but never as perfect as this! From start to finish this one week stay was perfect. Excellent communication with the owner, easy check-in, fully stocked kitchen and a priceless view! We will be back at least twice a year, it was that AWESOME! Mahalo! Hugs

A piece of paradise

This was our second stay and it could not have been better. The beach is in the backyard with warm and shallow water. Saturday night at the food trucks near Kalama village and south Maui gardens(hidden oasis of Kehei). Live music and good food. A pleasant surprise. Just a great place to stay.

Perfect get-away

Sam and Armin were perfect hosts. They providing great advice before we arrived and were always quick to respond. Their place in Kihei is perfect for a relaxing get-away. The condo is quiet, clean and only a few steps from the beach (the photos are 100% accurate). The view from the lanai is spectacular. Their place is amazing! We'll be back.

Amazing Place!!

This is a well stocked comfortable condo right on the beach on a very quiet street. It comes with everything you will ever need to enjoy your time on Maui. We had other couples come over and they were very envious of our place and got the contact information of the owners so they can book this condo their next trip to Kihei. You can sit in the living room listen to the waves hit the beach and watch the sunset everyday. Simply amazing!

Perfect vacation spot!

We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our Jan. vacation...great location and stunning views from the lanai. We loved the town of Kihei because of it's quiet charm and lack of giant hotels overrun by tourists. We also liked that the beach was just steps away and it often felt like we had it to ourselves. Our two recommendations would be to try Kihei Caffe for their amazing breakfasts and take a walk on the sidewalk just south of the condo that snakes along the beach to watch the surfers. Every evening we had wine on the lanai as the sun melted into the ocean and the property manager announced the end of another great day with the blowing of his conch shell...quintessential Maui!

Amazing location

You can tell the VRBO owners who take pride in their property and Sam is one of those owners. I worked remotely from this condo for six weeks and it had everything I needed. I liked not having to carry a key with the key code entry and they power sunshade you can lower in the afternoon is great. I have been going to Maui for 45 years and this is one of the best locations I've stayed at; it is wonderful to be able to sit on that second story deck and watch the sunset every evening.

A little slice of paradise

What a beautiful place to stay. Sam & Armin are wonderful hosts... The bottle of Prosecco, the Protea, and the Hawaiian Coffee were just the beginning. We marveled at every sunset, enjoyed our walks on the beach and gave thanks for the opportunity to have our coffee on the lanai every morning while looking for whales. The entire experience was transcending, and we were grateful to have the privilege to press the reset button in such a beautiful location. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience.

Perfect condo in a perfect location. You are literally a 3 minute walk from grocery and drug stores, post office, hardware store, urgent care, dentists, car rental, gas stations and dozens of restaurants for any and every pallet. And the only thing between you and the beach is about a dozen palm trees. Mahalo Sam and Armin. We will be back.

Our dream has always been to retire to Kihei, but we never thought it was possible. However, this past spring, all the stars aligned and our dream came true. A condo at Hale Kai O Kihei? A condo on the sand? Are you kidding me!?! We love it, and we know you’ll love it, too.

As two people who travel extensively, we know what we like and dislike about our accommodations. So, we’ve tried to incorporate every must-have amenity into our condo. Binoculars for whale watching. Beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/etc. A complete, high-end kitchen to cook and enjoy meals in. Big, full bars of soap in the bath. The list goes on and on. We’ve even provided Hawaiian cd’s for your listening enjoyment. (There’s nothing like sitting on the lanai at sunset, listening to the waves and music.)
