Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin

Das Miniloft war sehr schön, sauber und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein sehr bequemes Bett. Besonders toll fanden wir die hervorragende Lage, in 3 Gehminuten ist man beim Checkpoint Charlie. Es gibt die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu parken, was auch ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Great location.

Excellent central location yet very quiet. Large spaces and airy with windows that opened and nice light. Well equiped kitchen. Communcations with owners was excellent. Would stay there again.

The apartment is very nice and because of the huge windows very light. We appreciated the architecture and the design of the apartment. Everything is in walking distance- which is phantasic. We can truely recommend it.

Excellent suite for 2 person, excellent location

Conveniently located near historic Checkpoint Charli, clean and convenient place. Kitchen is a bit too small with less than optimal kitchenware, no washing machine and washer drier, so you can’t stay longer than few days but otherwise ok. I’d come back and recommend for short trips of 2 adults or one adult and one kid. Too small for more than 2 persons in my opinion, although there are 2 sofa beds in the sitting area

A bit of concern and annoyance at check in as we never received a separate email with door code so we waited outside the building for an hour trying to get a hold of owner. After we got in everything was fantastic. Perfect location for our trip, loved the roof garden.

On the whole, the appartment was great for 2 but it shouldn't have been marketed as for 3. The extra bedroom in the living space didn't have full curtains, so the room was light bery early and not good for sleeling. There was also drilling next door before 9am on our first morning. But a good stay for 2 of us and i would recommend it.

Great location for Berlin Trip

The mini lofts are a great place to stay while visiting Berlin. Close to trains, food, and the grocery store. Be sure to choose the correct number if guests. Not all lofts are 2 bedrooms. I would message the owners to confirm what unit you are getting. The owners are very good at communicating. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The property was convenient to Checkpoint Charlie and public transportation. It was an extremely easy booking and check in process. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for a base to come to Berlin and go and see all the sights, sounds, history, culture, and cuisine. We will be back. I highly recommend it.

Great Place. Nice Neighborhood

From check-in to check-out had a great time. My son and I enjoyed the layout. The corner unit was great for views. The unit was stocked with things needed for the stay. Trying to figure out the windows was tricky for someone not from Europe. Would definitely stay at this property again. The weather was nice and slept with the windows open every night.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location of Check point Charlie gave us an anchor for discovery of the city. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. When using Uber, give location of Bessel Park.

Great views and spacious apartment

The stay was good, as the flat was very clean and tidy. There was issue woth the heating as we could not get the flat warm since there is only floor heating and maximum was not enought to have proper heat. Another thing that was missing was a proper touletries set. athe shampoo and shower gel is 2 in 1, and that was a bit odd. Orher than that the stau was great and comfy.

Not what's advertised

A friend and I booked this place. We noted that the listing shows "2 bedrooms" and that the pictures also suggest multiple rooms. Unfortunately, the unit that we were given was a studio (ie, just one room, slightly bigger than a hotel room). We called the property manager immediately and agreed on a refund but only got a partial refund. They argue that we should have told them that we aren't a couple so that they'd know that we want two beds/bedrooms, *even though the listing says that there are two*. Look somewhere else if you want confidence about what you are going to get.

Tolle moderne Anlage leider etwas schmuddelig und nicht fĂŒr vier Personen geeignet

Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön, super modern. Die Betten waren gemĂŒtlich. Das Appartement war nicht sehr sauber. Auf den Ablagen war es sehr staubig, Zuckerdose CafĂ©dose klebrig. Im Wohnbereich wo unsere Jungs schliefen schien die Sonne ab 6 Uhr voll rein man konnte leider nicht abdunkeln und nicht weiterschlafen. Die Handseife war leer. Alles zusammen coole Wohnanlage nur fĂŒr derzeitige Aufenthalte zu viel teuer.

This property has a central location, comfy bed, nice shower ( bring your shampoo). It was a bit stark for us. Be aware there is construction all over Berlin and this property is near working sites.

We really liked the property and the room. Especially the corner with a good view in the future. The building is not finished. We planned on a elevator. the construction noise was loud and disturbing. The room was vey cleaning the host was very friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with our luggage. It will definitely be a 5 star property when construction around their building is done and their building is in working order.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Vor allem die super zentrale Lage und der Loft Stil waren wirklich ĂŒberzeugend. Die Fußböden Heizung und die Betten war absolutes „Highlight“ der Wohnung. Leider sind die Kratzer am Tisch wohl entstanden als wir die Koffer zum auspacken kurz dort abgestellt haben :(. Das war nicht allerdings weder böswillig noch grob fahrlĂ€ssig. Waren diese nicht zu entfernen? Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe
