Kabinen var nybyggda under 2014 och avslutades i 2015, som ligger på 5 tunnland mark. Dra dig tillbaka till landet med modern komfort. Det finns två sovrum; Ett rum har en queen size-säng och den andra har två enkelsängar. ett stort kök med matplats ger allt utrymme du behöver Stock mat och laga mat. I vardagsrummet finns ett gasdrivet spis Omgiven av bekväma sittplatser. Det finns en tv och dvd-spelare i vardagsrummet, satellit-TV och begränsat internet. I källaren har ett pingisbord. Front Porch Har Rocking stolar att sitta och njuta av landskapet och titta på Hills and Wildlife. Tillbaka i kabinen har ett All Season Room rubrik ut på baksidan däck och Hot Tub Area.
utomhus är en stor gård för underhållning - Fotboll, whiffle boll, fotboll, Etc .. Det finns en utomhus kolgrill och eldstaden. Tvärs över vägen är mer mark och tillgång till Creek.
PLATS: Rexville, NY ligger söder om Rochester och Buffalo nära gränsen Pennsylvania. Ca 20 miles söder om Hornell, NY och 20 miles öster om Wellsville, NY.

We booked this as a romantic getaway. I didn't feel a sense of romance walking through the house, but it was very well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay completely!

Beautiful

This was our fifth annual stay. We love the peacefulness this cabin provides. It is just a lovely place. The hot tub and fire are our favorites. Highly recommend at least 2-3 days here for maximum relaxation.

Relax and enjoy

This was the perfect cabin for our family of 4. We couldnt have asked for a better spot, easy to find. The cabin had everything we needed, made my husbands trip to see a coffee pot and a kerguri. We even got to play in the creek.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy the mountains. Great place to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Spending time with her at this cabin was awesome. The grounds and cabin are pristine.

Memorial Day Memories

This wonderful cabin is one of the best places we’ve had the opportunity to stay at! It was spotless upon our arrival. Everything worked perfectly. We had a great three night weekend. The Country Store just 2 miles south was a welcome treat with great food and friendly staff.

Great Rental

We frequently use VRBO for rentals. This rental was by far the best we have had. Location to many hiking locations was great. Coming back to a hot tub was a hit. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful place this is our second time here and will book again. Very quiet. Saw deer a few times in yard and field across road. Creek is very relaxing, and love the fire pit.House is one of the best and cleanest one we have been in. We did not use hot tub this time which we regret

Great cabin!

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully organized. The basement game room was perfect for rainy days, and the hot tub and landscaping added to the relaxing atmosphere. We loved the occasional visit from a friendly neighbor cat and spotted lots of birds and wildlife around the property.The main bedroom has a window AC unit and there are plenty of fans — we were very comfortable on the main level and in the basement. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom, so can’t speak to the temperature up there.A peaceful, cozy spot close to some of our favorite places — we’d love to come back in the fall!

Great place to get away

The cabin is a great place to get getaway. Everything is there to cook any meal you want, the hot tub is awesome and its only 30 minutes away from the store. Will be renting again

Great relaxation trip

My husband and I came for a few days to relax and unwind and this place was absolutely perfect for it. Read a book by the fire and relaxed in the hot tub. Cant wait to come back!

For what we wanted a base camp travel to and from and return to the most relaxing place with our own hot tub fire and barbecue pit it’s what you should you deserve as well. Great responsive host Dan. No worries just enjoy

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is so beautiful, cozy, immaculate and overall awesome. The pictures don't do it any justice. The fireplace was my favorite part. I also enjoyed sitting by the firepit and the front porch while drinking our coffee and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in and out process was easy. The instructions as to what is expected of you as the guess is easy to understand and not trouble at all.
