FullstÀndig beskrivning: Rymligt och bekvÀmt, det hÀr hemmet har en avslappnad atmosfÀr som passar familjeförsamlingar och spenderar tid tillsammans. "The Arches" ligger pÄ ett lÀtt sluttande parti ner till kajen, utan nÄgra steg. Docken har tvÄ tÀckta bÄtslipsar som Àr tillgÀngliga för hyresgÀsterna, samt en baddocka med stege. Natursköna bergkanten leder in i vattnet, pÄ vardera sidan av bryggan. Det finns en ramp pÄ fastigheten, men den ska inte anvÀndas. NÀrmaste bÄtlansering Àr Rock Creek Marina.

Expansiv dÀck med utsikt över vattnet, med en skuggad och en solig del, och gott om stolar att sitta och njuta av utsikten! Det finns en trevlig Weber 22. 5 "kolgrill för hyresgÀstens anvÀndning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family gets together each summer on Smith Lake and the Arches has enough room for our large group. Each room having a bath room is a big plus. Suggestion for improvement: For what is charged for rent for a week, would expect better quality grills or to at least replace existing with new. Makes grilling for a large group a challenge. Also downstairs kitchen is very poorly stocked with silverware, cooking pans/pots, etc. Not convenient to go upstairs to take from upstairs kitchen inventory

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property with ample space for families with their own privacy/solitude within. The only minor shortcoming was there were items not available; tea towels, vacuum, scissors; only small items that probably just haven't been replaced/reported. Freezer on 2d floor did not freeze, only cooled and fridge handle on 2d floor was loose.

Great place for ladies retreat

The fans were all dirty, they needed bath mats for stepping out of the tub or showers, and more regular towels for each room. we do love it here.

Great place

Everything was great. There could have been more towels and washcloths. there were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. There also was not a fire pit. Other than these 3 things it was great.

We were last minute looking for a place to grieve the loss of our dear mom/nana. This place was available. It was nice, large enough and a definite blessing. The fact that it was still available last minute is likely because it’s a fairly remote location and is not as nice as many others at the same price point. Almost zero amenities. really just bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and outside seating with water access. Most places at this price point will have a game room with pool table, a fire pit, nice grill, kayaks/paddle boards, etc. this one only had a ping pong table and old charcoal grill. like I said, it was a great last minute find and a blessing for sure. But for the same money, there are much nicer spots with more amenities and better location if you can plan ahead. Oh, one more thing to note, the customer service was great. We had a breaker trip in the kitchen and someone was there to access the panel for us very quickly after calling the help number. 
just thought of one other thing. Some local dog likes to knock the trash cans over at night and get into the trash. So beware, there’s a daily effort of cleaning up strewn garbage. :( All in all, we would recommend this place, hence the 5 stars. Just being open about a few of our observations.

Beautiful lake house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views of the lake were breathtaking. It is far from any convenience store, so I strongly suggest you have everything you need upon arrival. The closest Walmart is closer to Birmingham, and the closest Dollar General is about 30 mins away. However, if you have everything you need, you will have an amazing time. This was by far the best stocked-up kitchen I have ever seen. Plenty of cooking wear, cutlery, plates, etc. I would suggest bringing a broom or Swiffer to be able to clean up, as there was none on the property, we had to purchase one.

Great place to stay. Property is for sale and had several showings during our stay. Owners were great at giving notice before showing.

Nice home. Should include in description that basement living is off limits/not in rental agreement.

Overall nice and spacious. There was trash out side and on dock. Water and soda bottles, fishing poles, empty bait container etc. One door to the porch would not open and another door handle was in need of replacement. Would be an awesome house with a little TLC.
