Everything was great! Spacious, clean, easy process! My only recommendation is to add grips to the bathtubs, they were both slippery

Great Stay

Rick is very friendly and made the check in process easy. Condo has everything you could need and is within walking distance to the stadium as well as several shops & restaurants.

Great condo!

Third stay here at Rick's condo. I'm starting to sound like a broken record....This place is great. It has everything you need. Location is great. Don't tell anybody about it b/c I want to be able to stay here again and not compete with y'all.

Great place to stay while visiting campus

Great location with dedicated off-street covered parking. Easy walk to stadium, strip and campus. Perfect for a weekend visit and allows for dining as a family, running a load of laundry and relaxing. Way better than a hotel!

Parent weekend at UA…

We found this little 2/2 gem on VRBO, and were shocked when we arrived. This place was so nice, and in an EXCELLENT location, being just two blocks walking distance to the football stadium. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay, it was very clean, very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, lots of space, and close to everything that you need to visit the University of Alabama. Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is convenient to everything and very quiet, despite being surrounded by student housing. Rick is great to work with we will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!

I can't say enough about this place! The owner, Rick, was super nice and very responsive. This condo was the perfect combination of location, size, parking, price, cleanliness, and Bama memorabilia! We will try to book this place every time we visit Bama!

Great Experience

This was a fantastic unit and we had a great time for the game. The unit is in walking distance of the Stadium and the Strip. We had our three sons with us (ages 16, 18 and 22) and there was plenty of room. The unit was in great shape and Rick was the perfect host. He met us at the unit and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

Quaint and Comfortable

Condo was exactly as advertised, very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for activities at University of Alabama “Role Tide” . Warning the owner may drop in just to make sure everything is ok!! That was a big surprise.

Short stay

We got in town late on Friday and the owner Rick made it easy for us to get in. He had sent us all the details for entrance. We parked went right to the room and had no trouble getting in. The condo is very nice with plenty of U of A memorabilia Roll Tide. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable. We spent Saturday at the Bama Rec Center and this unit is very close to campus. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for U of A activities. Thanks Rick

ADay BAMA game.

Perfect location for a game. Great parking. The host was waiting on us when we got there. He walked us through and made sure he answered all our questions. College kids live on all sides and partied both night so if music bothers you after dark than it might not be the place for all. We didn’t mind it so it was a great stay. Will stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to town and football stadium.
