Stillwater's är en vacker 3 våningar, 2 973 kvadratmeter timmerhus. Hemmet ligger på en vik med utsikt över vatten från alla tre nivåerna. Det finns ett 28 "x 12" trädäck utanför huvudnivån. Glasvägg i ram, med picknickbord / bänkar, solstolar, tillfälliga bord och grill. Från källarplanet, terrassen ner till sjön för att hitta en 13 'X 28' VÄSTGIRGIEN FLAGSTONEPATIO MED FLYGARE OCH BRÄNSKAP! Bottenvåningen i källarplanet har en uteplats med bord och stolar och en 7 PERSON VARM TUBB !!!!

Kabinen har 4 sovrum: 2 kungssängar - en kung på huvudnivå med den andra kungen på källarplan, båda sängarna har nya Serta-madrasser. De två drottningens sängar är på 3: e nivån. Den huvudsakliga king size-sängen / badet har en klo fot badkar och en dusch. Bottenvåningen king size-säng / badkar har en dusch och det finns ett badkar / duschbad på den tredje nivån för de två drottningens sovrum.

Det finns en 77 "Samsung väggupphängd platt-TV med surroundljudsystem och sektionsdelar i källarnivån. Det finns också ett bok- och videobibliotek på källarnivå. Det finns en annan platt-TV på loftet med sittplatser i loveeat. Det finns också ett bibliotek på denna nivå. Det finns Starz, HBO och Cinemax kanaler på Direct TV pkg.

Köket har nya rostfria vitvaror med en 10 'lång bar för en bekväm matplats förutom matplatsen.

Clarksville, bara några minuter från I-85 vid Virginia / North Carolina gränsen, är bekvämt beläget cirka 45 minuter norr om Raleigh, North Carolina, en och en halv timme väster om Richmond, Virginia och tre och en halv timme från Wahington DC för enkel åtkomst med bil eller flyg.

We had a great time staying at this lake house and really enjoyed our trip overall. The house was comfortable and the lake itself was beautiful. A couple of things to keep in mind if you're considering booking: the house could have used a bit more attention to cleaning, as we noticed some spider webs, the freezer was a bit dirty and dog hair in a few areas(which we don’t mind at all, but others might). It wasn't anything major, but a deeper cleaning before guests arrive would make are difference.Also, be prepared for lots of stairs and a fairly long walk down to the private dock. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be challenging for anyone with small children, mobility concerns, or a lot of gear to carry.The host was very prompt at replying to our questions and concerns. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cool especially with it being 100 degrees outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location—it just helps to know what to expect before booking.

It is listed on the site that it is a gradual slope down to the dock… and that it is a bit of a walk… I wouldn’t call it far at all though. I also mention that if you have mobility issues, you may need help walking down. Yes, it is also listed that the cabin is 3 floors noting which beds are on each floor, so yes, there will be stairs. Regarding spider webs, believe it or not, you can have zero webs in the morning and webs in the afternoon, we are there 6 months a year, so just ask my hubby! Thats the beauty of being surrounded by woods I guess. I will mention to the cleaning lady your comment, but this is the very first time I’ve ever heard that the 10 years I’ve been using her. Thank you so much for staying at Stillwater’s!

House was great! Right on the water with a nice hot tub, fire pit, and grill! Easy and timely communication with host. House was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and beds were comfortable. Would rent again for a nice long weekend!

Brothers Weekend

Excellent place to relax and connect. Cozy home with plenty of space for 4 guys. Loved the fire pit and the big screen to watch the World Series. Definitely would return especially with proximity to Biggs Island Brewery!

Great house for a family vacation at the lake!

We loved staying at Stillwater’s! It had everything we needed and more! We made a nice campfire one night and the kids made s’mores. Easy access to the dock down a nice path. The water was high when we first got there but gradually came down as the week went on. The hot tub is an added bonus! Our host, Ada, was very quick to answer any questions we had and I enjoyed chatting with her. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to any family groups for a great lake vacation!

Lovely Cabin

Beautifully decorated for a December stay! Charming and cozy cabin. Clean and well stocked with appliances needed for cooking/baking…we are a family that loves to cook! Super quiet neighborhood and convenient to Clarksville. Can highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the house. It was perfect for hosting our daughter’s little birthday party. Very convenient to the lake, gas station, dollar general and Clarksville shopping. Super nice property owners. Very accommodating!

Wonderful Stay - Beautiful Cabin!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old, 1 year old and my parents for three nights and were so pleased! It it more beautiful in person. The cabin was spotless, great location, peaceful and serene. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exactly as described. Have nothing but positive things to say about it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

A serene retreat

Our stay was wonderful! The host was exceptionally responsive from day 1 and eager for everything to be perfect. We had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. Everyone enjoyed having the space to enjoy nature, fish from the dock and indulge in conversations in the kitchen and around the fire pit.

Spacious cabin. Great layout for families!

Great cabin on large lot right on the lake. Perfect spot for my wife and me, three teenaged boys, and a four month old black lab. Loved the huge fire pit, fishing from the dock (though didn't catch anything :-)), and views of nature form the deck, and so much more. Owner - Ada was great work with. Beautiful place/spot!

We had a wonderful week staying at Stillwater. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The property is beautiful and we loved the lake. It feels very secluded, yet you are only 15 minutes from a grocery store which is very convenient. Thank you for a peaceful week's stay.

I grew up in Virginia and built this home as a retirement home. We currently live in Florida, but are blessed to stay at Stillwater's at least 5 months a year!

I absolutely LOVE Clarksville. The beauty of the Lake is breathtaking and the folks are some of the most hospitable I have seen. I chose this property to build the cabin on, because it is on a cove and gives you that private, cozy, feeling my husband and I love! The water view is beautiful, but the trees are equally so.....like being in a treehouse!
There is a large circular driveway that makes it convenient to park trailers and cars.
There is close to an acre beside the cabin for family football, soccer, volleyball, etc., so bring your equipment!
I really enjoy looking out the kitchen window and seeing all the woods and the fact that there are no houses on either side of us for compete privacy.

We had always loved log homes and wanted to eventually retire in one for part of the year! I am an interior designer by profession, so the home was great fun to furnish by "antiquing" locally for some of the furnishings. We spend at least 5 months a year now to be with our daughter and family!
The hot tub was a must for us and we're certain that our guests enjoy that amenity too!
There is a great surround sound system to companion a 77" Samsung TV with a large sectional and wood burning fireplace (logs on site for your use) on the ground level. A walk up bar competes that interior entertainment area with a table and four chair on the outside patio beside the hot tub!
Another great area is the large flagstone deck with cedar gliders and a fireplace. There is wood by the fireplace for your use.
The main level has a large deck that offers picnic table and benches, rockers, chairs and occasional tables! The Charbroil grill is located on the deck.
A gas fireplace is on the main level with ample seating for family gatherings.
During the holidays this room has a 9' Christmas tree with mantle decorations too!
The kitchen is GENEROUSLY stocked with any utensil, pot pan you may need to serve a lovely dinner at the 10 person dining table.
The white claw foot soaking tub in the master bath is a real luxury too to enjoy after a day of boating!
We have been so grateful to the many guests that have treated our home as their own and look forward to hosting YOU as well!!!!!
