Paia Ko, Tillstånd STPH 2015/0002, är en tyst, härlig, 3 sovrum 2 och en halv badrum hem med vacker havsutsikt och central luftkonditionering som backar upp till ett gammalt sockerrör fält. Med fördelen av en trottoar Det handlar om en tio minuters promenad till centrala Paia och stränder, och en två minuters promenad till ön Fresh Cafe och Maui Yoga Shala yoga studio. Downtown Paia är hem för Mana Foods, en utmärkt mataffär och några av Maui bästa restauranger - Mamas Fish House, Paia Fish Market och Cafe Des Amis. Bland lokala stränderna är Baldwin Beach, Paia Bay Beach, och Hookipa Beach - en världsklass vindsurfing och surfing stranden. Paia Ko ligger centralt, vilket gör det till en idealisk plats för att få tillgång till många turistorter - Haleakala, Bamboo Forest, Hana, Upcountry och mer.

Great Location

Nice place in a residential neighborhood. Sceninc view from the Lanai. There were beach chairs a cooler and beach gear. We really enjoyed it.

We loved the easy access to this place. We had beaches really close and also a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We had a great visit in Maui. Beautiful place to visit!

This is out 3rd or 4th time staying here. It's the best place in Paia and on the north shore. Great views and the best location. Monica is the best host on the planet.

Month in the sun

My husband and I spent a month at this home in Paia. It was perfectly located and convenient to everything. Our host Monica was very responsive to some early issues and the home was well stocked and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Great time in Maui

Host was so quick on the responses. Location was great. House was perfect size for 6 adults. I would just request maybe a couple of lounge chairs outside. I would definitely reccommend this house.

Paia comfort home!

This home is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and a short walk into downtown Paia…which is a lovely little town on the north shore. The views out back off the decks are stunning. This home works well for 6 adults or a large family. Thanks for sharing it!

Paia Perfect

First time visiting Maui. I wasn’t sure if I chose the right place in Maui for my family or not. Resorts vs rental home. After the end of our first day, I knew I did. We loved the little cul de sac this house is in. Neighborhood kids, chickens, roosters, wild pigs in field (behind the fence), beautiful sunrise & sunsets, close enough to walk into town and near by Island Fresh for breakfast - it was all wonderful. Baldwin Beach, lovely stores to shop, fantastic restaurants, gelato made it all perfect.

Great location for visiting Paia

The property was as described. It was very clean and ready for guests. There is a lot of room for a family and beds were comfortable. Everything was well thought out. We were challenged by the electronics but we are old. What do your expect? 🤪 and who goes to Hawaii for electronics? Go find the turtles! Communications were great and the location in Paia was very convenient to downtown and beaches.

Great Location - great place!

This property was nicely situated in Paia - within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen - well appointed Furniture - had everything we needed Beds - great! Additional notes: The outdoor shower is awesome - just remember the code to get back in the door! I tend to prefer to open windows and sliding doors in HI, rather than use air conditioning, but the house rules asked to keep them closed. The air conditioner worked well. It would have been my preference to open the windows, but (per house rules) this lets a lot of dirt blow into the house. All in all, the atmosphere was fine and a little hotel-ish (not in a bad way). The location and amenities were wonderful! Thanks much! -greg

Great location! Great house!

We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

This house was very comfortable and roomy. It is bigger than it appears on the outside. The bedrooms are decent sizes. I appreciated that they had luggage racks in each bedroom (I don't like to keep my luggage on the floor). The water pressure of the showers was very good. The outdoor shower was very helpful in washing the sand off of us. The walk to town is about 3/4 of a mile away, a very easy walk. There are a few restaurants, many shops, a grocery store, and many other places to visit. Our favorite was the ice cream shop at the traffic light intersection. If you plan on taking the road to Hana, this town is on the way. The beach we visited was less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Commercial/national stores and food was 15 minutes away by car, a very easy drive. The owner answered my questions quickly and was very easy to communicate with. The only negative was the neighbors' pets, sometimes we could hear them. I have pets, so it didn't bother me too much. Please don't let this deter you from renting this house. If we ever make it back to Maui, I would easily rent this house again.
