Detta semesterhus vid vattnet ligger i en av de bästa gatorna i Sussex Inlet. Huset har tre stora sovrum, 2 separata vardagsrum, ett med utsikt över vattenvägarna och en elegant matsal. Utanför är den enorma undercover BBQ och underhållande område, där sommarnätter bara kan fortsätta och fortsätta. Huset har också en kaj för älskare av fiske och en slipway. Så om din båt och släpvagn passar genom en standard garageport, kommer du att kunna sätta båten vid din bakdörr .... hur bekvämt!

Wow. What an absolutely beautiful spot. Was fantastic being able to swim in tour own backyard

Will definitely be coming back here. So relaxing with the jouse backing onto the water way. Perfect for young kids and teenagers

Sussex '24 Fishing Stay

Great location and house is very well kept. Recommended, but be aware, no air con if you're there during very warm/hot/heatwave conditions. Jump in the river instead, just as good! :-)

Great fishing location

Having the private jet I was very helpful to go out on our boat at anytime. The garage doesn’t allow for larger boats, although there is a boat ramp very close by. The house is clean and spacious.

Lovely waterfront house

The house was great. Exactly as described in the listing. The weather wasn’t the best for a few days but the undercover area out the back meant that we could still cast out some fishing lines and spend some time outside. Caught lots of fish and made friends with the local pelicans and ducks! Great house for a waterfront getaway!

Nice, Quiet Getaway.

A nice place to stay for the whole family. Having a private wharf and boat ramp made all the difference. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the kids could still swim and run to the undercover patio if conditions got bad. The house itself was an older property but nonetheless was cosy and adequate enough. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. Plenty of ducks to feed with odd rabbit and kangaroos king an appearance. Overall would stay again.

Locked front windows

Great place for a holiday. Front windows locked and wouldn’t open. Kerri was very helpful. A locksmith came the next day , saying none of the keys from L J Hooker were the right key for the front windows and one lock had a key broken off in the lock. Despite all this Kerri did a great job helping us.

Great location

The house had all we needed and was in a great location being only couple of minutes walk to the shops. The jetty at the house was great for the boat and the boat ramp only a couple of minutes away.

Amazing location

Our family of 5 loved our stay. We wish it was longer. Plenty of room for us. Loved sitting on the chairs out back enjoying the water views and the peace and quiet. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Family Holiday House

Amazing and quiet home away from home

Stayed here for 3 days and loved everything about the place. Very quiet with a water body in the backyard. Great place to escape the hustle of the city.
