Fastigheten är bekvämt beläget två kvarter från "House Creek" spår åtkomstpunkt Greenway Trail systemet. Bekvämt för alla centrala aktiviteter, (1) mil från Crabtree Mall, (3) miles till Carter-Finley Stadium och 2 miles till NCSU campus.

this was the third time we’ve stayed @ jeff and ellen’s property.it’s a fabulous place — very clean! and u will not find a better stocked kitchen in any short-term rental. if u’re going to a game or event @ pnc/lenova/carter-finley, u cant beat the location.that said — the place is on a busy street, not really walkable. but we didnt care abt that.we did care that the fireplace wasnt yet available for use on nov 1 (they turn it on in mid-nov) it might be good for the listing to reflect that. they also allowed us to arrive early (for 75), which was nice.it’s worked really well for our group of friends! hope 2 be back next football season!

I have only praise. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My family was in town for my daughter's wedding, and the house allowed us to spread out and choose how we wanted to spend the time between festivities. The spacious floor plan allowed for the readers to read in their own quiet space and the game players to gather at the long table. My husband allowed reading outdoors and watching the birds. We chose this place over the hotels because we wanted to be able to have healthy breakfasts and lunches without getting restaurant food for every meal, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we wished to find and more! The entertainment options were plentiful, from televisions and books and games and workout equipment to bicycles. There were more amenities than we could enjoy in the 5 days we were there. When we arrived, a light was on, and pleasant classical music was wafting from the living room. It was a lovely way to be welcomed into the space. I would definitely recommend the place and would happily return if an occasion arises in the future. I'm grateful for the chance to stay here.

The house is well decorated and maintained, all rooms and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. There were some temporary road construction during our stay but we did not hear any noise inside, and it is very quite at night. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed everything! The house is very tastefully decorated and well taken care of. Plenty of room for all us to spread out. Some temporary ongoing curb construction on road out front but that did not bother us.

10/10! Absolutely wonderful house with lots of room and very comfortable. Definitely one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented and incredibly well stocked with everything you need. So close to everything you want to do in Raleigh. Highly recommend!!

Lovely and spacious home. Very close to NC State, restaurants and shops. The house is thoughtfully stocked. Host was easy accessible and communicated well. Our pup Raven also enjoyed the stay and close walking options.

Wonderful Property

NCSU graduation weekend

This was our family’s second time staying at this property and it was wonderful. The house is very spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient for all we wanted to do. We visited NC State campus, downtown Raleigh and Carter Finley Stadium. Communication with the owner was seamless! We would definitely return to this property in the future.

In Raleigh to visit family.

We traveled with my Wife, Daughter, Mother and her two dogs. The house was very clean and ready for guests. Upon entry we were greeted by the soft souds of classical music. The house was immaculate inside and out. The bedrooms all very comfortable. The sitting areas were very relaxing and open which allowednfor great conversations and down time after the days events with family. We had an amazing time and a very comfortable stay.

My wife and I have managed our own personal rental properties for the past fifteen years and understand the importnance of a well maintained property. We are trying our hand at the short term lodging market.

My wife and I fell in love with this property because of its architectural detail, floor plan, and proximity to city trails. Best of all, our location is just 2 blocks from the Greenway Trail. Our family loves exploring the trail network in Raleigh as well as the walkability of the surrounding neighborhood.

Very private setting with a great back porch, deck and patio. The setting feels like you are tucked in a mature forest. The two story wall of windows in the family room allows a great indoor view of the trees. The backyard is very secluded, quiet, and private.
