Denna vackert renoverade bungalow på 1920-talet har en underbar öppen planlösning perfekt för underhållning eller avkoppling. Det soliga däcket är lugnt och privat, en fantastisk plats att njuta av ett glas lokalt vin i slutet av dagen.
Det vackra kålfotsbadet i det andra badrummet är en fantastisk plats att varva ner och komma bort från allt.

Riverhead Retreat ligger i hjärtat av historiska Riverhead och är väl positionerat för en trevlig vistelse. Bara en kort bilresa till Hallertau Brewery och olika Kumeu-vingårdar eller en 250 m promenad till Riverhead Tavern (och Boat House-bröllopsmiljön) innebär att du har gott om alternativ att utforska under din vistelse. Om du inte vill åka någonstans är huset en vacker miljö för att koppla av och varva ner.

Huapai golfbana ligger också bara en kort bilresa från huset, och det lokala fyra torget ligger precis runt hörnet.

OUR STAY

WAS A NICE TIDY HOME WELL RENOVATED WE DID HAVE TO UNCLOG THE DRAIN IN ONE OF THE SHOWERS ALOT OF LONG HAIR HAD BLOCKED UP THE PIPE AND THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR NEEDED ALITTLE CARE THE GLASS IN THE DOOR WAS NOT FAR OFF COMING OFF HAD BEEN BARRED WITH SOME WOOD AND A HOLE IN ONE OF THE WINDOWS HAD ALSO BEEN TAPED OVER WHICH IM GUESSING THESE THINGS ARE PROBASBLY DUE TO BE REPAIRED OTHER THAN THAT ID RECCOMMEND WAS JUST UP AND AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE WEDFDING WE WERE GOING TOO SO LOCATION WAS PERFECT

Perfect Jem

Beautiful House It is rare to find a house that feels like home; however, this is definitely one of them. We stayed at this location as we were getting married at Markovina Estate, and this home was the perfect location to stay at as it was beautiful in and out, modern where it needed to be but classic everywhere else; it reminded me of my grandparent's place just with more posh / up to date furnishing. Highly recommend and in the words of my 9-year-old son, "this place is a VIBE".

Charming villa

From the time we arrived until the time we left it felt like home. The villa was exactly as advertised with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The grandchildren loved the toys and books and the big back lawn to kick a ball around. The location was great -easy walking distance to restaurants or a few minutes drive away. The back deck was a fabulous space to hang out and relax

Beautiful villa

Beautiful property to stay in, we booked this as a place to get ready before our daughter's wedding and to stay after the wedding. Would highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Amazing villa in Riverhead

Amazing renovated villa with open plan dining and living. The place was spotless with easy check in instructions and everything you need for your stay. We attended a wedding at the boathouse just down the road so the location was perfect for getting to and from. The claw tooth bath and beautiful backyard deck was awesome. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay

What a beautiful house! Just loved the charm and style of the home. Very spacious and perfect for our busy boys (5yo & 2yo). We enjoyed this property for 4 nights while over from Australia attending a family wedding in Kumeū. Such a lovely area with lots to do as a family also. We would return. Louise was lovely and very prompt answering any questions.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place and location

Everything about this place met our expectations, and then some. Enjoyed our short walks to the Beekeepers Cafe and once to the little grocery store after dinner for milk. The large kitchen was full of light and well stocked. My family was very comfortable.

Lovely NZ Villa

Perfect location for our needs to visit family and friends. Very comfortable house. Just a 5 minute walk to the Riverhead pub, the local shops and restaurant. (The Bee Keepers Wife is very good). Easy, short drive to Hobsonville to catch the ferry into Auckland. Also an easy drive to either coast.
