Det stora sovrummet / har en queen size-säng och TV, de två ytterligare sovrummen har full storlek sängar. Den inhägnade bakgården har en eldstad, gasgrill och en uteplats med 4 stolar. Central luft, WiFi och kabel ingår. Sängkläder, handdukar / tvättdukar, matlagning och matvaror tillhandahålls. Det finns en TV i vardagsrummet. Matbordet har plats för 6. Holloman Air Force Base ligger 25 kilometer västerut. Sevärdheter i närheten inkluderar Space History Museum, Alamogordo Zoo, White Sands National Monument, Oliver Lee State park, Rails to Trails Vandring i Sacramento-bergen. Bara en 50 mil bilfärd på motorväg 70 är orten staden Ruidoso som erbjuder hästkapplöpning och vandring på sommaren och skidåkning på vintern. Quiet & Comfortable Home in Alamogordo

Our family of 4 enjoyed the clean, quiet spacious and comfortable house. It was well equip with a variety of complimentary snacks, Keurig coffees, teas, condiments for cooking. It was a convenient location for visiting White Sands and there were sleds in the garage for us to use on the dunes. We highly recommend this property when staying in Alamogordo.

The house was wonderful! Quiet part of town, spotless, comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountains out back! And the garage was the icing on the cake!

Awesome place to stay

This has been the best place we have rented, so far. Everything was extremely clean & well organized. Very clear instructions on everything, plenty of necessary items were provided, including drinking water & snacks.I would give them 5 stars, but the beds were not the best. The 2 smaller beds (listed as full size) were too small, only one person fits comfortably. My oldest had to sleep on the couch.. The master bedroom bed (listed as queen) is only a bit bigger than a (true) full size bed. It's very tall, overly soft & very loud. Each time my (restless) husband moved, I woke up from the noise & I would roll to the middle of the bed. I was awake every night, multiple times. I was not comfortable on this super soft/wobbly bed, I had upper back, neck & shoulder pain from it. We are not obese as to think we were just to big for these beds. My boys sleep on a twin each and we have a regular queen sized bed at home.

Clise to home

We didn't spend a lot of time at the home, sinxe I was in town visiting family. But, it was a very peaceful and nice home to spend our nights in. It was wonderful having a garage to pull into and walk into the house easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base for a family vacation

Having a washer and dryer available was nice. Also appreciated 2 bathrooms. Sleds for White Sands was a nice touch.

Temporary home during PCS

Holloman AFB didn’t have TLE availability when we moved here. Stayed here for a couple weeks and it was great. Carol was very accommodating and made my transition here a lot less stressful. Definitely recommend!

An Unforgettable Family Getaway Amidst Natural Wonders!

We loved our stay at this Alamogordo, New Mexico VRBO! The cozy property had a relaxing atmosphere, with well-maintained interiors in neutral tones. It offered amenities like popcorn, sleds, coffee, a fire pit, and a grill. The highlight was sliding down the stunning White Gypsum Sands nearby. We also enjoyed visiting Pistachio Land, exploring orchards, and savoring treats made from fresh pistachios. Although minor improvements like a queen bed and a small front patio roof repair would enhance the experience, we highly recommend this exceptional VRBO. Thanks to the hosts Carol and Michael for their warm hospitality. We're excited to plan our next visit!

Nice Property/Convenient Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house is a convenient "home base" for all the attractions /areas we visited. White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyphs, Cloudcroft, Las Cruces, and Organ Mountains National Monument just to mention a few of the areas we visited. Carol is a great host! The house is stocked with all the basics you need plus extra items like snacks and sleds for sledding at White Sands NP! The garage even has a vacuum cleaner to use after the trip to White Sands. The back patio has a nice mountain view to enjoy. The property is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back soon. There is so much to see and do in this area.

Amazing rental!

Needed a place to stay until our house was ready to move in and I couldn’t have picked a better place! It’s a duplex but didn’t hear any renters next door when I knew people had arrived! Nice area close to town for travel convenience! Amazing renter quick to reply and help when my husband locked the keys in the house as well!

Wonderful place to stay

I had a wonderful stay here. The home is in immaculate condition and is most comfortable. Air conditioner works great. Nice little back yard. I felt cozy like I do in my own home. Snacks left for my family to eat. Two nice tvs for evening entertainment. It was the best!

Is a great home away from home.

Carol was very communicative. The place was immaculant. Beds were super comfortable. There were snacks on the table as well several different varieties of kuerig coffee flavors for the coffee pot. It was nice touch with being decorated for Christmas. I would definitely stay there again. And the garage was an added benefit.

Central location!

A few friends and I came into the area for a wedding and were surprised at how central this home was to everything. It was clean and comfortable. The view off the back was even prettier than the pictures. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re back in town!
