Belvidere Cottage ligger vid strandpromenaden i pittoresk Pretty Beach. Bara 10 minuters nivå promenad till Hardys Bay Waterfront Village med café, restaurang och specialaffärer.

Detta eleganta fritidshus har utsikt över de pittoreska Brisbane Waters och dess snygga design gör att du kan dra full nytta av de lugnande vattendynerna från de flesta fönster.

En vacker däck inbjuder utomhus mat och hemmet lämpar sig för underhållande i en avslappnad miljö.

Det handlar om avslappning - gästerna kan inte låta bli lockade till dem och skämma bort på en eftermiddag, antingen läsa en bra roman eller beundra den ständigt föränderliga duken framför dem.

Det finns en varm och inbjudande känsla till huset och ett fullt utrustat kök med överlägsen apparater och moderna moderna möbler kompletterar bilden.

Om du känner dig energisk kan du gå ner bakre trappan till vattnet som förbinder Pretty Beach till Hardy's Bay. I en riktning är den offentliga tennisbanan och båt rampen och den andra riktningen erbjuder mat, vin och shopping i Hardys Bay.

Surfa, simma, bushwalking och fiske är några av funktionerna på denna vackra halvö.

Pretty Beach är det charmiga centrumet av Bouddi-halvön med fantastiska bussturer genom nationalparken.

Pittoreska och fridfulla, Killcare, Pretty Beach och Hardys Bay erbjuder en idyllisk kyststämning. Invånarna har stränder och bushland vid sin disposition, de tar största möjliga nytta av båda. Putty Beach är en fastfavorit, och Bouddi Coastal Walk, som sträcker sig hela vägen tillMacmasters Beach, är en lokal go-to. Bouddi National Park är en naturlig del med vandringsleder, mountainbike spår, fiskeplatser och vackra stränder som är en värld bort från den dagliga slipen.

Killcare Village tillgodoser grundläggande shopping och service behov och featuresan konstgalleri, butiksaffär, frisörsalong och butiker. Det är afaktor i lågmälda, känner samhället att förorten är känd för, andbigger köpcentra ligger bara en kort bilresa bort. När det gäller att döda, är Killcare och Hardys Bay en dold hotspot. Det finns finedining restauranger som Manfredi (belägen inuti Bells at Killcare), liksom avslappnade beachside matställen som The Fat Goose och HardysBay Bistro.

I highly recommend this property

I highly recommend this property because of the location, ample space for those looking for a house for six people, and stunning view from the balcony to the lake. The only thing that needs to improve is the property's cleanliness, two examples: the utensils in the kitchen were dirty and greasy, and those who are allergic will suffer from dust and mite.

Lovely Stay

Lovely home with amazing views. The home had all the basics. Some surfaces and floors were dirty but we were fine wiping and sweeping before use. The beds were comfortable and electronics worked well. The biggest selling point for us was the views and the outdoor garden space. This retreat was much needed. As in previous reviews, you must be warned about the driveway. Our standard SUV was fine doing down the steep driveway so long as you go slow. The Corolla hatchback was damaged despite going slow and entering at an angle. No issues exiting the driveway. Be sure to have a spotter stand outside and guide you. Otherwise, nice accommodation and would stay again.

Cute Coastal Retreat

Beautiful water views. Very clean. Lots of utensils. Aircon Unit x 1 worked well. Mattresses on beds bit thin, and Laundary looks rough but everything works. Very recommended

A lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the Central Coast.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was a real joy sitting on the deck with the views and the bird life. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, disappointing house.

vely location. However, disappointing in other aspects. Basic supplies did not exist, eg. paper towel, dishwashing tablets, hair shampoo, condiments. Also, the house needs updating and more precise explanation in advertising. Ensuite is an added shower over toilet virtually on top of basin. Cracked toilet seat and leaking taps in 2nd bathroom. House needs overall attention. Not to mention washing machine under the house, as explained, however, very uninviting to wash in that environment! Weather was perfect so we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful outlook.

Overall great stay

We had a group of 6 friends and we were more than satisfied with not only the service but the overall stay experience. We would definitely go back even if it’s just for the great view over the balcony alone. Thank you!

Great location, spacious open plan feel!

Home is in a great location within walking distance to the bay and beaches. Great water views through a line of trees. Double volume living area with a long spacious balcony makes for easy entertaining while looking into the water lapping below! The property was very well appointed with all kitchen appliances/utensils and gadgets supplied! While it worked for us, the main ensuite was a little small and could be uncomfortable for larger people. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

In a nice little spot

The property has a very cottage feel - small, neat and cosy. The balcony that backs onto the waterfront and bushland is definitely a highlight. Internally the furnishings are showing their age and have obviously been well loved. Overall our group of 4 didn't believe we received value for our money - the location and surroundings is what you pay for here.

Great weekender!

This gorgeous cottage is located in a beautiful spot on Hardy’s Bay. It’s has all of your basic amenities, including kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend!

Beautiful, quiet home in great location

Lovely week in this lovely home. The deck is the best bit with a beautiful view out over Brisbane waters and lots of wildlife around. Great walking tracks on your doorstep and great local things to do like tennis and kayaking. Breakfast spots just moments away! House was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing to be aware of is no wifi but that didn’t bother us! Thank you for such a great trip!!

Lovely house, beautiful view

This was a lovely little house, the view is absolutely gorgeous and the location pretty good. Unfortunately it just wasn't very clean. We enjoyed our stay, but arriving to dirty floors was a bit disappointing. I'm sure it was probably just a glitch, would recommend it on all other accounts.

Relaxation with a view

We had a rainy weekend here and the place was perfect. Between showers we did lots of walks exploring the beautiful area. When it was raining we sat on the balcony admiring the view and reading. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would like to return some day and we will stay here again.

Great holiday house

We have stayed here on two occasions in the past month and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little skeptical after the reading a bad review however the agent assured us we would love the house. To their credit we certainly did and returned with our Book Club friends. We will be back again.
