Ariyana är ett modernt hem med två våningar i gamla Dunsborough. Huset ligger bara några minuters promenad från den lokala stranden och en 15-20 minuters promenad till centrumskaféer och andra bekvämligheter.

De två vardagsrummen och 3 sovrum gör detta hus lämpligt för 6 vuxna eller en familjär grupp med 4 vuxna och 4 barn.

På övervåningen har du utsikt över havet och inkluderar ett generöst sovrum med en privat badrum och en sittgrupp med minikylskåp och handfat.

Öppen planlösning matsal, vardagsrum och kök öppnar ut mot uteplats och trädgård genom dubbla trädörrar.

Nere sovrum delar badrum med separat toalett. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med dubbla dörrar som vetter mot uteplatsen. Thrid sovrummet har en enda våningssäng och en dubbel våningssäng.

Undercover parkering finns i det dubbla garaget. Det finns en 3: a parkeringsplats framför huset.

Weekend away

Had another great weekend away, as it was within walking distance of the XTerra triathlon we didn’t need the cars at all. House was clean and has all the amenities we need.

Dunsborough Getaway

Suitably priced- clean and tidy property with well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to beach and walking distance to town. Great for teenagers to go off and do their own thing. Thank you for letting us stay.

Delightful

Excellent - the property was a short walk to the beach / boat ramp. The accommodation was very comfortable and the garden secure for my little dog. The kitchen was well set up. Enjoyed a most relaxing time, it couldn’t have been better. 💐

No major problems with the property, it’s a little small and pokey however good for a weekend away. There is nothing in regards to oil and condiments, no extra towels or other little things that you would expect from an stayz/ bnb, you will do very literally need to bring everything from home. And make sure you read the entire add, they charged an additional… cleaning fee because our check out was a Sunday, very sneaky and deceitful charge after the booking confirmation in my opinion

Comfortable stay

This house is extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and it is a few minutes walk from the country club and beach and all those amenities. The 4 star rating is due to cleanliness which is generally good but a few minor issues e.g. dirty oven and a bit of debris near bedsides etc We were two couples and found the separation of the two queen bedrooms an excellent arrangement.

Great location for adventure race we didn’t have to drive all weekend. Only issue was that we found broken glass under the couch. May have been an issue if we had younger kids.

simple review

Overall in a great place and tidy enough. Easy access. Easy walk to the sea and boat rampl. House is a little unfinished though which you don't see in the pictures - lack of painting, skirting boards just knocked in, all feels like its been done in a rush to get it online. Also very much worth pointing out that there's a building site next door so if you go in the week it'll be noisy during the day. Overall an OK place to stay, clean and tidy.

Construction noise all day every day of our holiday, we are disappointed!

There is ongoing construction (for the next 12 months) next door that we were not made aware of prior to booking. We were in Dunsborough for a family holiday, we left the house most days to avoid the noise and had an infant to get to sleep through all of this. To add to this disappointment, the property manager was unable to be reached for a couple of days due to no coverage. The house is lovely, but not the cleanest cobwebs on cushions of the couch as well as dust everywhere! The yard is like others have said just tan bark, so not much fun for young kids. Also, it’s a minimum 20 minute walk to town, whatever path you take (beach included). Lucky the beaches of Dunsborough are beautiful because we are disappointed about this accomodation and our stay!
