We loved the condo! It was roomy & spacious with all the accommodations we wanted, plus some. The walk to the beach was only 8 minutes, the location was perfect. We loved sitting on the spacious balcony every chance we got, and the view was lovely. Craig is a great host, he is extremely prompt at responding to any requests and is very helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Family trip to Clearwater Beach

We booked this property for our family of five who wanted to be close to everything at the beach. The owner, Craig, was very helpful from the start and straight through our stay, providing us with all of the needed information and more! We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Clearwater Beach!

Great condo and close to everything

We had a great time in this huge condo. It accommodated all of our needs and was very close to the beach as well as all the action. We flew in and walked or used uber for everything. Craig and Marge were such nice hosts and easy to work with. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the Dolphins entertained us several mornings. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc. It was an easy two block walk to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a large construction project going on between the condo and the beach right now so the view and noise level isn't the best but it didn't effect our stay. We had a great stay!

Clearwater Family Vacation

This condo is very peaceful yet still located only a couple blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Condo is huge! There are 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has their own bathroom - very nice for getting ready to go out. I would definitely stay here again if traveling with a larger group (5 or more).

This makes the 2nd time staying at Sun West Palms and my family and I love it! It is very spacious, quiet, and walking distance to the beach averages about 3 minutes. The location of this condo is close to everything! Our rental car was hardly ever used. My son absolutely loved fishing from the deck at the pool and actually caught several species of fish this year. He also encountered a continuous Great White Heron visitor from the dock who now has a name "Sir Stalks A Lot". Craig was quickly available for all questions that needed answers. We will return back for sure!

Perfect place for our family

Fantastic location in a quiet area but still close to everything. Craig was very helpful and responded quickly. Despite a few things being broken in the storage closet (umbrella and boogie boards) the unit was well equipped to swim, beach, or cook a meal. We will ABSOLUTELY be back to this wonderful unit!

Loved it here!

This condo was even better than the photos. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. The location was great, walkable to so many yummy restaurants and close to the beach. My kids had so much fun, loved all of the beach toys that were available, and slept great! It was our first time in Clearwater and we would definitely stay here again. Also wanted to add that my husband uses a wheelchair and the condo was very easy for him to access and maneuver around.

Easter in Clearwater Beach :-)

Large spacious apartment within easy walking distance to lovely Clearwater beach and the host of resort amenities. The good size balcony was shaded and a little cool in a March breeze. There is new construction happening in the area but no significant noise or disruption. Overall we enjoyed our week in Clearwater Beach.

family of 5 stay at sun west palms

Gorgeous. Spacious. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed heated pool. 3 adult children enjoyed the hot tub twice daily. Just a few minutes walk to Clearwater Beach. Ideal location. Family went to st. Pete Beach and Dunedin but realized we would rather just be around the condo as it is walkable distance to everything at Clearwater beach. So much nicer at Clearwater beach in our opinion! Craig and Marge were very accommodating and were able to answer any questions we had when we were there.

The space was genuinely huge and quite clean! The location is unmatched. You get a view of the water, a nice big balcony to sit on, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is on the smaller side with only a few chairs but it was never super busy. If you’re bringing tiny humans, they have a high chair, pack and play, and double stroller - all of which came in handy! There’s just so much room to spread out and also for our one year old to run around lol. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed.Craig checked in (via text) to make sure everything was to our liking, but otherwise made sure our stay felt private which we appreciated. If you have a big family that likes to have their own space but still stay together - this is genuinely the perfect condo for your vacation. We will absolutely be back in the future!

Beautiful condo close to beach

This is a super nice condo. The balcony was a great place to hang out, the open space in the kitchen and living room made it great for our family gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The condo is an easy walk to the beach and to a lot of restaurants. We had an incredible stay.
