Det är trevligt att bo på vattnet! Det är lugnt och fredligt! Den lugn och ro som den ger är vacker.

Detta är en 3 BR sjö hus ligger precis vid vattnet. Sovrummen är rymliga och rymmer 6 personer. (svit 3 har en king size-säng, drottning i svit 1 och enkelsängar i svit 2). Wi-Fi och kabel medföljer. Fullt utrustat kök som inkluderar kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn och rätter som betjänar upp till sex. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i tvättstugan tillhandahålls.

Njut av att du kan parkera din båt, släpvagn och fordon på en trevlig privat uppfart! Enkel tillgång till båtlister ligger vid sjön Nasworthy!

Observera endast 2 vuxna per sovrum. Vi lägger inte mer än 10 personer (6 vuxna totalt plus upp till 4 barn) i vårt sjöhus.

Inga långa promenader som du kan litterally komma in i vattnet med din kanot, rör. Njut av simning, paddling, båtliv, rör, dag och natt fiske på en utsökt brygga med utsikt över en fantastisk utsikt över sjön Nasworthy. Nedre bryggan har hitches för att docka din båt på vattnet.

Privata uteplatser med gasgrill, grillplats och vedeldad grop. Utemöbler på uteplatser och brygga. Njut av att äta middag precis över vattnet på bryggan!

Great family trip

Great weekend getaway!

This property was a great place to stay for the weekend, the amenities were spot on. Great location to the grocery store for quick runs. Access to the lake was quick amd easy with a public boat ramp just around the corner. Thanks for the hospitality we certainly enjoyed the property.

Perfect weekend getaway

Met friends for a reunion and it was perfect location for convenient dining and shopping. Evenings on the deck were lovely. Comfortable beds! Could stand some updating but had all the amenities we needed.

Great Staycation

Wonderful location for a local staycation. Everything we needed to relax and recharge. We sat outside every morning and watched the neighbor leave to go fishing and then we watched the skiers on the lake in the evening. We will be back.

Lovely lakeside living

Older home but very comfortable with nice outdoor space on a quiet area of the lake. 6 slept very comfortably and Anna was very helpful with information and recommendations about town to make sure your visit was nice. Convenient to University, shopping and restaurants.

Everyone enjoyed the time there we were all comfortable the dock over the water was great and so peaceful. We rented a boat and was easy to hook to the dock. Played with the on-site toys

Excellent, wonderful experience all together

All around perfect! Location, amenities, owner communication were all perfect. Anna made it all so much easier and fun! She responded immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Tom and family

This lake house is a great alternative to a motel in town. My grown family came from different directions to share my grandson's 1st birthday. It was very accessible to town and had everything we could possible need for our stay. We enjoyed the sun on the boat dock deck and the rain on the back porch. We hope to return many times. Anna, our host, was very accommodating !!

Had a very relaxing time.

Anna was very accommodating and really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The house itself was beautifully kept and very comfortable, the backyard is by far the reason we chose to stay at this vacation spot. The covered dock and deck along with the fire pit and the grills really made the trip. My only complaint was we didn't catch anything while we stayed there (the next door neighbor had mentioned it was still a too cold this time of year). We will be coming back.

Steps Into The Water

We had an amazing stay! Anne is great! always quick to respond to any questions :) beautiful home had everything we needed … And the lake omg literally you walk out and jump in! And we all enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks! So much fun we can’t wait to go again.. I walked in and did not leave until checkout:) also convinced by Instacart I hate to go to the grocery store and had them delivered to our doorstep. We also enjoyed BBQ that we picked up for the whole family so as a mom I also had a vacation 😊

The lake house was perfect for our family gathering

Our family had not been together in 3 years. Our mom is 91 and we wanted to all be together with her. The lake house was the perfect venue. There were plenty of places for everyone to hang out either inside or outside. The water was great and it was easy to float around the doc and get wet when it got to hot. The house was well furnished and most everything you needed in the kitchen. The grounds were lovely. So happy we were able to be at the lake in this lovely home.

Relaxing family time on the lake!

We loved this location on the lake. Our adult children met my husband & I here for the weekend for a wedding. I wish we could've stayed one more day! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the dock in the morning, and enjoying sitting outside in the evening with the pretty lights Ana has strung up! It was just so peaceful and relaxing! We had fun taking the paddle boat and kayak out for spin. There was plenty of places to sit and relax outside. We would like to return and take advantage of the grill outside.

Relaxation at its' best

I can't say enough great things about the peace and tranquility that are provided at this property. I was in San Angelo for a rather stressful situation; being able to enjoy the evenings at this wonderful retreat made the stress of each day slip away. The kitchen is well supplied (Loved the large single serve coffeemaker). Lots of spices to choose from. Being able to do laundry was great. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you Anna for allowing me to enjoy the serenity of your home.

Great place to stay at lake Nasworthy

The house is big with 3 bedrooms 2 baths as advertised. The interior is nicely furnished and decorated. Great scents to smell all over the house. The sunroom is very nice, the double deck with the hammock was a great hit. Barbecue grill outside. The bike boat and exterior lighting. Anna the owner is as great, friendly, and kind as can be. Very professional and has high customer service skills, goes above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Anniversary Vacation

We spent 6 wonderful nights at Steps and LOVED it. It's a beautiful property, pictures do not do it justice by far. Home away from home, plenty of shopping near by and did not want to leave. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch, listening to the sounds of the lake. Grilled out steaks and enjoyed the comfort of home. Had a blast fishing right off the dock! Anna & Richard are wonderful hosts, made sure everything was in place, prompt communication and felt like we'd known them for years. I'd give it 10 stars if that was possible. Looking forward to going back!!

My paradise

The best VRBO I have stayed at. It is true that it is just steps from the water. My husband, my sister, and I needed a place we could go relax and have fun. Fishing is my favorite activity. We caught numerous catfish. It is a beautiful place to sit outside and the yard is immaculate. Anna was available any time we had questions and upon arrival shared all the information we would need for our stay. We text her a few times just to let her know how much we were enjoying ourselves and pictures of our fish. This home was the best I have ever stayed at as far as feeling at home and was very clean and accommodating. Anna made us feel welcomed and we felt like we could call her at any time during our stay. This was truly the paradise we needed to rest, relax, and enjoy ourselves. Thank you Anna for sharing your home.
