The Best Reunion Location

This home was Amazing! I love the full sliding glass wall leading to the lanai and pool. There's ample bedrooms/bathroom for 20 guests, easy! The upstairs is an entire home! Our adult kids loved the spaces and our granddaughter loved the princess themed room. I would highly recommend this home and plan to rebook for nexy year.

Great location

Great location, house nice but needs to be worked on. If verbally it is ok but. Many little issues keep it from becoming no a great house. Needs more cookware, general maintenance on little things, etc… Overall would stay again

Never Again at this house

First of all this wasn’t the house we paid for. Two days before our trip they started that they sold the house and gave us a time limit to approve the house that they picked for us to stay. The house they gave us was less living space and was told this house was more. Also the house was not clean and sanitize we sanitized it ourselves it had stuff in the floors and under the beds trash. Hair was in mostly all the showers. We couldn’t use the pool it was dirty I did call they stated that they were sending somebody don’t know if they came or not cause when we got back from the park it was still dirty. We had to wash the towels before we leave so we were gonna be charge remind you we had to buy the detergent. Iceworker on the fridge didn’t work. This place needs a lot of care.👎👎👎

A Fabulous "House"

The bones of this house are great. Our family had a wonderful month vacationing together, but I want to give a fair review. This house needs a ton of work. We loved the pool, and the neighbourhood pool/lazy river. The house is spacious and the beds & bedrooms are great (except for 1 main floor shower) but whoever is managing this property is neglecting it completely. It's listed as "Luxury" living but it needs a detailed cleaning and some upgrades. So many items are broken, walls everywhere need patching and painting, towels should be used as cleaning rags, the kitchen needs retrofitting with new pots & pans, cutlery, knives, new oven/range, and the wiring needs repair as many outlets in kitchen do not work. We had to buy cleaning products, frying pans, mop & bucket, cutlery, steak knives, wine glasses and more in order to function in this home. The home owner needs to come spend a week in this house and then hire someone to bring this place up to the level expected for a home in this gated community and rental price.

House needs work!!

The location is good. The house needs a lot of updating,stove door fell apart during our stay. Furniture worn. The biggest issue is the communication with the owner. We book at least 9 months out and it took at least a month for some of my questions to get answered. I even had VRBO contact him and they didn't get a timely response. Please check the host fees during booking to make sure you are not being double charged for the spa.This would be a great property with a little TLC,and even better with some communication by the owner.

Not At All What The Photos Show

Well the house it self on the outside is beautiful but it’s not at all what it looks like on the inside when we arrived at first we were so excited the house was beautiful when we went in on the other hand the house was not at all up keeped the down stairs bathroom shower was missing one door 4 of the 9 bedrooms the closet doors were eather completely off the tracks or one was on and one was half on their was only 1 pool stick for the pool table and the tip kept falling off the original pictures we saw said the house also has a air hockey table but it was down stairs in the garage on its side against the wall it couldn’t be used the upstairs couch had a giant hole in it exposing the Cotten and so did the down stairs coach in the living room then we move on to the outside grill that we tried to use one night but it was so disgustingly dirty that we tried to clean it and turn it on it cought fire and we had to put it out then let’s move on to the night mare of a kitchen at first the dish washer and garbage disposal wasn’t working we needed up getting only the dishwasher to work the refrigerator was set to hotter setting to were milk and stuff wasn’t getting cold had to change the setting on fridge to correct that then the worst we went to cook in the stove one night and the entire door fell apart and on the inside it looked like they tapped it all up to keep it together no if you look past all that cause we just felt with it cause we were their to celebrate my daughters graduation that we just had a busy schedule and didn’t have time to worry about all issues we had a great time the house was perfect other then the issues I mentioned that are Easley fixable

Family Disney getaway

Very close to Disney, restaurants and highways. The communication is slow but make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, condiments and all daily necessaties like dish soap and laundry detergent. The house is huge, air conditioning works and the pool is great. We bought the pool toys but there is a room with lots of pool stuff.

Great location poor mgmt staff and cleanliness

Arrived to the property with paying a 150 early check in.. the house was not ready at all.. the cleaning staff was extremely rude. Unit was extremely dirty which staff stated the previous renters left the house a mess.. we offered to help by getting the laundry done and was told they don’t remove all the linens just the top sheets after clearly seeing stains they remove them every 4 weeks.. closets were off the hinges carpet was nasty active roaches in the unit things were definitely broken. The cleaning staff swept the floor out the front and back door without picking it up.. pool did not appear to be clean very cloudy pool lights did not work ice maker did no work so many issues with this rental we did try to make the best of the unit for the stay. Took several pictures just to cover us.. Definitely poor management…

Beautiful but to much wrong for a VACATION home

The Location and the house itself were 5/5 beautiful as can be. We entered the home and immediately noticed multiple things wrong with the house. Such as light switches not working, some dents in the walls, bed frames broken, the outside garbage being full of garbage with no garbage bag left from the people who stayed here before us. We wrote down everything wrong and called the property manager and told him everything wrong so we would not get blamed for any damages. The property manager was very hard to get in contact with and when you finally did get in contact with him he would be rude a say stuff like, “what’s wrong now”. He said he was going to contact the offices to pick up the garbage and nothing happened. I had to get garbage bags and put all of the garbage in bags and back into the can again but once my son and I started we noticed maggots were in the can. I should have not had to deal with that on my vacation at all especially with the money I was paying for my week and a half stay. You should also know you have to pay an extra $70 if you would like to use the grill. The fee is not mentioned in the description given in VRBO. Also the pool was beautiful but the filters were turned off and the pool got cloudy very quickly. My family and I made the best of the situation although these are things that should have been taken care of by the property manager before you have your guest get to the property. Should you guest contact you regarding any problems you as the manager should be able to take care of any concerns making sure your guest are happy.

Everything was lovely, I love the space and the cleanliness of the home! Only thing wrong the downstair AC never cooled the bedrooms off, other then that I loved it. Thank You for letting us stay in your rental!

Checking into the home was simple. However, the cleanliness was not so great.

When we arrive to the home, the trash bin was full of trash and trash without bags. So, the trash people for the property would not pick up the trash.There was a black and mild on the side of the pool, confetti and a straw wrapped in hair. The remote controls for the television batteries was dead and some tvs we couldn’t find the remotes. The refrigerator was leaking as well. When I called the property manager about the trash, he said he would fix it. Never fixed the issue nor did he call me back. Two of my family members informed me they seen roaches in the bathroom and bedroom. I reached to the owner two days after I returned to inform him of what happened and showed pictures. No response as if he didn’t care.

Memorial Day Family Gathering

The house met our size needs, everyone was comfortable. The game room did not match the description and what was there was in very poor repair. Needs new pool queues and accessories. The air hockey table needs a switch repair. Those were the only two indoor entertainment items provided. The dinning room furniture is in need of maintenance as one of the chairs broke a leg due to loose bolts. I managed to hand tighten the others enough for use. No baking dishes, bring your own. Other kitchen cookware was available. Other than that it was a nice place for the size of our family to be all together. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful Property in dire need of pest control, deep cleaning and interior painting...

This property is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, in a gated community that is fairly new! Clearly this home has been rented many times before me is why it's imperative to invest in the upkeep in order to maintain it's beauty. The issues that take away from this beautiful property starts with the entry door, it's full of holes from previous lock changing which is an instant disappointment. The carpet is filthy, the interior walls needs painting and the most disgusting part is ROACHES were seen upstairs and in the kitchen!
