Great for Travel Baseball Families

We had a tournament in the area and split the house between 3 families. The home was spacious, clean, and a great fit for us.

Group golf trip

Great property for the purpose of our trip. Everything was as described and we had no issues. Plenty of beds to accommodate our group. Jose was very easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to book the property again!

Our team of 12 stayed and had a great time. The host was really attentive and helpful with our group and patient with all our questions. Having the extra games and the jacuzzi was great for the teens and we were easy driving to Orlando sights and close to our competition venue. Thanks so much!

Not what expected

I was first contacted by Jose about 12 pm about guests that were at the house before us had an emergency and therefore I would not be able to check in at 4 as allowed. He asked if I could push back as late as possible and offered a bottle of wine for compensation. He then called at 3 and said it was ready. After arriving at home, we did notice it was not as clean as should have been but ok, we tried to turn on a/c because it was stuffy in the home and it did not work, as well as picture shown it does not have the fridge or furniture in living room on site. Yes, it did have a frig and furniture just not the one shown. Anyhow because of a/c not working my niece tried opening the front window and a pane shattered. I called Jose and he said he was sending a technician out to fix a.c unit but that the window would have to be taken up by the company I reserved through to fix. Since the a/c was not working I felt I should not have to pay for window and felt like I was going to be charged. We did have 2 bathrooms to use but the spare bathroom tub was draining very slowly. Also, for the amount of people allowed to stay, the hot water heater is not enough. We were having to take luke warm showers. The beds had thin blankets on them, so we had to take blankets from the unused beds as well as having my husband bring blankets when he came over the next day. The tv in master bedroom never worked although Jose offered to come and fix it Sunday morning after I called Saturday night when internet and cable was out. I did not take him up on that offer bc my family and I were there for my son's wedding Saturday and did not feel like being bothered with it. There was no instruction on how to leave the home except for garbage and recycle when leaving. I went by previous stays and stripped the beds that were used and collected towels. I called Jose the day we were leaving as I was having trouble unlocking the lock box and was told what to do. He did tell me that he was covering the cost of the window at that point and not to worry about it. As for staying again, if I was there for a Disney vacation, no I wouldn't, for the amount I paid was not worth it, but I needed a place to stay for my son's wedding.

Clean, roomy, great for families

The pictures on the app were very accurate and the house is as good as it appears to be- tons of room and beds, fun ping-pong, pool, hot tub and badminton. We didn’t spend very much time at the house because we were visiting relatives nearby but I would definitely recommend and would rent again if I need that much room next time. No problems, but Jose was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended

Excellent stay

This was exactly what we were looking for, a neighborhood home, close to all that we needed for day to day needs. It’s also centrally located to the beach and theme parks. We needed an extended stay and it was perfect for that but it would have also been a great vacation spot if the desire is to visit some main attractions in Orlando. Excellent host too!

Lots of amenities!

Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! There was a volley ball net out back, fire pit, bunk beds in almost every room. It was neat.

Owner was great.

There were minor things but owner was quick to resolve. Wanted to sit outside by lawn was not cut. And the dog behind the fence barked a lot. Other than that everything else came together.

Celebrating brother's 60

Overall very good. Neighborhood was very quiet but extremely dirty. Lots of furniture, mattresses, debris out during our whole stay. Excellent and fast communication with owner. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe area to have a family outing.

My families first trip to Florida. This was a great experiance. Home was clean and very spacious. Wonderful neighborhood and so much to do in the area. Better then expected. Communications were very quick for any questions. Not a single problem. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling. Thank you again !!!

Great Host- need more places to sit and relax.

The host is very pleasant and answers any issues immediately. We had issues with the heat and the host repaired the issue the very day I informed him of the issue. Our family had a great experience at this property. This property is great for a family with kids as there are multiple bunk bed style furniture in the bedrooms and lots of activities for them to play. Our group was range in age from 65-80 and it was a little hard on the older family to get in and out of the beds due to the upper bunk. There were very little furniture to sit and just relax, The picture of the couch in the picture is not the one in the home when we stayed there (2/10-2/13). There were no end tables to sit your drinks. The house was very clean, great showers, great outside porch. We did not use the hot tub but it looked very clean. A big plus is it is in a safe neighborhood.

Good time in Florida

House was great. Everything was as in the profile. We came to Florida to see my granddaughter compete in a field hockey tournament but some of our party were unable to attend. The host Mr. Diaz was wonderful.

Wedding Win

My extended family were in town for my nieces wedding. The house had plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and the house was very clean. The grounds were well manicured. Check in was a cinch and we didn't have a need to contact the property manager for our entire stay. It's in a great location for grocery shopping and sight seeing. The neighborhood was nice as well. There was plenty of parking for a large SUV and minivan. The guys had fun playing pool and the teenagers enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables. There is not a lot of room for a large group to visit in one room (living room only has small sofa and chair, two bar stools at kitchen counter, and dining room table seats 6 which you cannot see from living room). We didn't spend a lot of daytime at the rental so it wasn't an issue for us but something to keep in mind if you plan on spending a lot of time socializing. If you don't want to be packed into one room with your family then this place is perfect because the entertainment spaces are broken up.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

The home was very nice and spacious. The backyard is a very good size to hang out with family. There is a community pool five minutes from the house that you can take your kids to. Daytona Beach is only about an hour drive. My family really enjoyed staying at this home. Definitely would stay here again.

Fun spot

Fun spot. Close to springs. Lots of room. Excellent and quick communication with owner. Local pool excellent. We came at the tail of hurricane Elsa and the ping pong, foos ball and pool table gave something more to do when it rained.
