Cirka 1 mil från Sunday River Ski Resort: s tillträdesväg hittar du en nybyggd "skidstuga" på 3 tunnland med underbar mark längs floden Androscoggin. Hemmet har strålande golvvärme, 3 sovrum, 4 enkelsängar (våningssäng), 2 drottningssängar och 1 drar ut fouton, och din helt egen 6-personiga badtunna bara ett steg från däck med utsikt över Mount Will. Två fulla badkar med en anpassad kaklat dusch och bänkskivor i granit i hela ger denna egenskap en känsla av elegans. Liten rum med stor storlek ger dig gott om utrymme för rockar, skidor och stövlar och inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Området är aktivt med vandring, fiske och UTV / Fourwheeler-äventyr för sommaren, och skidåkning, snowboard och snöskoter för vintern. Ta din familj och vänner och njut av de vackra bergen!

2) Är huset luftkonditionerat?
Vi har inte central luft, men för sovrummet har en fönsterluftkonditioneringsenhet, och det finns en annan bärbar luftkonditioneringsenhet på 10 kB i vardagsrummet.

3) Är floden tillgänglig?
Tillgång är diskretionär. Fastigheten gränsar till floden Androscoggin och har en lång spår längs den med vacker utsikt och fantastisk vandring, men mycket av detta område är en vall med en 10'-20 'släpp ner till floden. Om du styr till vänster när du närmar dig floden, kommer du att få tillgång mer möjlig för det äventyrliga. Var särskilt försiktig, särskilt med barn, nära floden, eftersom regn och säsongsbetingelser kan göra detta farligt eller otillgängligt. En kort bilresa ger bättre vattenåtkomst uppför Davis Park möter Bethel Pathway.

4) Hur är fisket?
Fiskare rapporterar fantastiskt fiske strax utanför dörren! Fiskarter som finns i Androscoggin Brook, öringöring, regnbåge, landlåst lax och en betydande befolkning av smallmouth bas. Öringfisketoppar på våren och hösten, men sommaren är den bästa tiden för stora flod små.

5) Finns det en TV i sovrummet?
Det finns en kabelkoppling men vi har ännu inte installerat en TV.

Sunday River Cabin

Very convenient to Sunday River ski resort and Bethel. Fireplace and hot tub were great! Large mudroom, washer/dryer and boot/glove dryer made it easy to deal with ski gear and wet clothes. Beautiful location and easy walk to the river.

Everything you want for a ski trip

Check in & out was as simple as can be. Property is immaculate. Heated floors are awesome on a cold morning. It’s minutes away from Sunday River. Very comfortable to relax after long days. Had a blast on our trip & everything about the renting process was as easy as could be.

Repeat Guest!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and the location to Sunday River is perfect. We were able to travel back and forth to the mountain in no time. We had teenagers and young children and everyone had their own space. The hot tub and fireplace are amazing, and was just the spot we were looking for!

Great spot for a ski trip

We stayed for a weekend to ski at sunday river. The house was really clean, and in a good location to get to the mountain. Enjoyed the hot tub!

Beautiful and peaceful

Fully stocked with anything you could need or want for a perfect vacation. Quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful little walking trail right next to the river... beds were some of the most comfortable weve stayed in. Host was attentive when needed. was attentive when needed

Great cabin, close to the slopes, comfy, stylish , modern

My family and I had a great time in this cabin. So close to Sunday River and restaurants. Big Flat Tvs in every room, great hot tub , fire pit , nice deck. It has everything you need for a great vacation.

ski weekend

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints. The location is a 5 minute drive to Sunday River. The property is clean, owners are very responsive and we love the hot tub and fire place. We will definitely be staying again

Perfect base camp

A very well equiped cottage and an awesome place to stay if you go trekking the presidential range (a bit far but was worth it). Please add better signs, it was a bit odd to find.

This was our third stay at this property. Location is great, property is clean and amenities are current. This year they added a generator in case the power goes out. We are looking forward to our next stay in March. My message to the owners is keep up the good work

Perfect ski house!

9 of us recently stayed at this property for a ski trip to Sunday River and throughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you’ll need and more. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The hot tub was the perfect apres ski spot. The house is situated in a quiet spot very close to Sunday River and restaurants. The host was accessible and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Christmas gathering place

After reading all 5 star reviews of this rental I had my hopes up. In all honesty this place is thoughtfully well stocked, and in a good location for skiing, and is generally clean. Unfortunately it feels like it’s had a few years of renters and is due for a deep cleaning, any brochures for local info are many years dated, etc.

Cozy cabin

Sean was super easy to work with. Once we found the cabin it was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to Sunday River mountain and was an easy commute. There was an issue with the water downstairs that was resolved. We will be back!

Better than expected

We traveled for a ski weekend with another family. At first I was fearful the space would be too small and too cabin-y. But I was pleasantly surprised! This house was plenty spacious and had everything and more! There were very thoughtful additions such as a boot warmer, snow shoes, a fully stocked kitchen, plus having large closets fulls of linens was so helpful in packing and saved us space. We really enjoyed our time at the house and the location was perfect! So close to the mountain but also very close proximity to a great hiking trail and as advertised the access to the River. The only reason I give this 4stars is because everyone complained about their mattress. Too thin, not comfortable, and there was a plastic mattress pad that was like, well, sleeping on plastic. Aside from that - We hope to be back!

Long Weekend Ski Trip

This is the second year we rented this property for a long ski weekend.. The property is in a great location, a short drive to Sunday River. Unfortunately the highest rating I can give is 5 stars. I would rate this stay 10 stars. The property is immaculate. There was snow in the forecast, Sean the owner reached out to us and offered us to arrive a day early. Sean is super accommodating. He really wants you to enjoy the property. We loved the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Love this place

We had the best experience staying at this house. To start with, Sean is very prompt with responses and so accommodating. My daughters school play had been rescheduled from thanksgiving to this past weekend so I emailed to see if we could come up a day late. No questions asked, Sean refunded us without issue. We ended up staying a day on the other side because we were loving it so much. The place is not huge but worked very well for us (2 adults, 4 kids, dog). As soon as we walked in it felt very welcoming and I could tell it was going to be one of my favorite houses. It was nicely stocked (I didn’t have to run out to get salt or even avocado oil!) which always is a huge huge plus for me. We were able to watch football on the main tv (it’s also a smart tv) and the three bedrooms all had smart tvs (although we couldn’t figure out the one but brought a fire stick which worked perfectly fine). The hot tub was great. Loved the mudroom. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. Location was super convenient to skiing.

Family vacation

The house and set up was great for us and 4 kids! Yard space to play, cards and games to play inside, the hot tub was fun, the walk path through the woods to the river was well marked but short. The only down side was the river was full blown river like, steep way down, deep and quick. The pictures were not the same to what is behind the property with no access, rocks, or low points to the water for any type of enjoyment. Otherwise, we had a great time, with a well equiped house with everything we could/would need.

My brothers and I have been skiing Sunday River for over 25 years. I would definitely call it my home away from home. My dream of owning a part of this priceless area has finally come true. We purchased the land from an old time friend's father and fell in love with the ski chalet style home. We added a few of our own touches to make it own and now we are excited about sharing it with you. We hope you find comfort and relaxation and make it your too, "a home away from home".
