Vacker, helt ombyggd, stuga på skogskanten. Njut av stadens bekvämligheter; men avskilt i landets miljö i skogen, på en privat väg. Bara några minuter från golf och Suncadia Resort-området, på 5 tunnland privat skogsmark; med fantastisk utsikt.

PETS tillåtna med extra $ 55 rengöring med godkännande; 110 $ utan godkännande och det kommer att tas från insättningen.

Vi har vilda djur dagligen i vår uppfart och strax under stugan. Det är fantastiskt att se Deer and Elk precis framför dig. Vi har också sett Turkiet, kaniner, ekorre, blå jays och andra fåglar.

Great getaway close to Seattle

We found this to relax near the mountains. It's quiet, clean, has great scenery and all the amenities we needed. Great place to stay.

Nice quiet place to stay after hiking the beauty of WA.

The house was great and private. There is just one window unit upstairs so if you plan to hang out there during the day it can be hot if temps are high Communication with host was great.

Heaven in the woods

We really enjoyed coming back to our home at the end of every Long Filled driving day. We hit: Ranier; Scablands; Snoqualmie Falls, Space Needle; northern Cascade National park and food and whale tours!

Cozy Snow Get-away

Our family of six plus dog had a great time in the cozy cabin. We found everything in the kitchen we needed to make meals, had fun on the sled hill after some fresh snow and enjoyed the beautiful view of the wintry wonderland. We had clear and simple check-in and check-out!

Great family vacation spot

Cute property that was great for a family winter get away. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable accommodations. The views of the valley and the stars at night can’t be beat. Easy access from I90, parking was ample. Master bath was lovely and the bath tub is great. You can tell that this home is a labor of love.

Peaceful beauty

Stayed a couple of nights while we moved into our new home. Perfect place for our family and pets. Warm and cozy home tucked into the woods. Lovely fall foliage, peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

Family Wedding Overflow

We used this getaway for a wedding overflow it was convenient midway between son's home and venue. Very clean, nicely supplied and a ton of wildlife walking through. Spent evening and sleeping, grandson and girl friend joined us over the wedding weekend and it provided privacy for each of us. Will return for other events in the Cle Elum area.

Nice out of the way cabin

Our family (2 adults 2 boys aged 4 and 8) had a great time at this cabin. The upstairs loft is very cozy with 2 kids beds and plenty of space to play. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nicely organized. This place served as a great home base while we were exploring the Cle Elum area, and we also drove to Leavenworth for a day trip while we stayed here. It snowed a few inches on our last night (in early December) and that was a nice surprise. The downstairs area has lots of large windows. One issue was that there's a gas furnace in the main hallway downstairs, and it's pretty loud when it's running.

Great Family Time

We came to play in the snow and we did! The property is in an awesome location. The kids could play in the yard, sled, and explore. The property is quiet but still close enough to get on the freeway and grab groceries or travel to do day time excursions. We had a glitch with the wifi connection and listing states that there is Dish TV, there is not. We made our hotspots and streaming services work. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and our little dog. Love how it is pet friendly! Thank you for the great memories!

Very Nice

The "cabin" was small on the outside, but roomy enough on the inside to accommodate our family. It sets back from the road and is surrounded by trees so very private as well. It was clean and comfortable. 4 stars instead of 5 on cleanliness because the garbage outside was overflowing from the previous guests so we had nowhere to put ours, and they left a load of towels in the dryer that we didn't discover until we did a load because we ran out. The owner was very responsive to all questions and definitely takes good care of the property. Will certainly rent from them again if we need to be in the area.

Great Thanksgiving In the Woods

My husband, our two year old son and myself had restful and relaxing Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful cabin in the woods. The location was perfect for our needs, 15 minutes to Cle Elum, in the woods, and a quite sunny road to walk on in the afternoons. This was our home away from home and it had all the comforts of home, even some things for our son to play with in the loft. The full size washer and dryer came in handy with our son after playing in the snow. My son LOVED seeing the wild turkeys on Thanksgiving day. Roger was great to work with and called the day of check in to make sure everything was working and we had arrived safely. He even turned the heat up for us before we got there! The beds were very comfortable with is always a plus and there was plenty of hot water. We were also able to BBQ one night and use the fire in the afternoons on the sunny patio. Thank you Roger for a memorable location to spend our vacation!

Great Quiet Getaway

This is our 3rd year staying at this cabin for our senior dogs to get away from our neighborhood fireworks. No medicine works for them and since they are super old now we don't want to drug them up. We found that this place is a perfect, quiet getaway for them. There is tons of wildlife everywhere. We saw 3 bull elk, a couple of blacktail deer, 2 female turkeys with 8 baby chicks, gray heron, hummingbirds and more. I'm not saying it was all perfect and nothing came up but evertime we have had issues the owners had promptly responded to us and have stated they will address things that we privately wrote them. The cabin had some interesting corks about it but I loved seeing the albumn of all the hard work and love the owners have put into this cabin for others to enjoy. We look forward to staying hear again next year.

Peaceful property but some things to consider

The good: It’s a quiet, nice place with easy access to Cle Elum and other nearby areas. The bad: No fans for the bedrooms to help circulate the ac in hot months, the beds were quite hard (I bought a mattress topper to use during my stay and that helped a lot) and when we arrived there were literally hundreds of ants in the main bathroom, main bedroom and laundry room. I took care of them and closed up some visible entry points so we didn’t have a big problem again but still saw a few here and there for the duration of the stay. Lastly, the appliances are extremely loud. You can’t run the dishwasher or the washer/dryer during the night or during the day when you are there. There are no doors on the laundry room to close out the noise either. Some attention to these details would make this place five stars.

Nice place, but other issues gave it a 3 star

The cabin is really nice. Nicely decorated and very clean! I stayed in the room with bird art, which was perfect for me since I'm a bird lover. I would give it 5 stars for that. It was very close to Suncadia, which was nice because that is where we played golf. And the price was pretty reasonable for the location. I gave it 3 stars due to communication issues with the owner. When I booked the place I had two people emailing me and texting me. It didn't seem like they communicated with each other because they both were asking me for the same information and asking the same questions. This was a little frustrating. On the day of check in I received a text from the owner that there would be a power outage during our stay from 8 am to 3 pm the following day. I texted the owner to let him know it was quite inconvenient to have power out and that I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered for the inconvenience. The owner asked me what I felt what an appropriate compensation, and when I told him, he proceeded to argue the point. He told me I should have either been "prepared" for the power outage by packing food I didn't have to cook, or I should have woken up early to fix the food before 8 am. First of all, I had already packed my food and was on my way over to check in when I found about the power, and secondly, this is my mini vacation. For me to get up early on a day I have off of work just to make a breakfast (and I don't even eat that early anyway) is quite ridiculous to ask of your guests. This text arguing back and forth ruined my last day of mini vacation. Finally I had to ask him to stop texting, because the amount of compensation he was willing to offer wasn't worth the trouble in my opinion. I have stayed in VRBOs quite often and I have never had that much communication with an owner, DURING my stay. I would mark it down to 2 stars for the neighbor's barking dog, it barked from sunup to sundown, but I won't.

we had no control over what the power company does and didn't know it was going to happen. as soon as we knew, we informed the guest 7:26am the morning they were to arrive from Seattle area. We even let them in early at noon instead of 3pm to be nice. she never acknowledged the text. this was for the next day. she asked for money. our cabin is 1 hour from Seattle, so i felt she knew before they left home; so they could have prepared. But since she didn't respond to my text; i have no idea. we did our best to communicate. i asked how much, she wanted and she said $100 of her 2 night stay; which i thought was excessive. i asked if $50 would be okay and if we could compromise and she told me i was ruining her vacation and told me not to text any more. i gave her $75 we want good communication and it is frustrating for us when people do not respond. Hard to make some people happy. see our other 20, 5 star reviews.

The cabin is off the beaten path but that is what we loved about it. The cabin is lovely and had everything we needed. A really lovely spot. We loved hearing wild turkey calls in the evening.

Great house

We had a very nice stay at the cabin. It was very clean and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. It was easy to find and close to everything we needed.

We have lived in the Yakima, Washington area for all our lives, but love to travel to the beautiful Cle Elum and Roslyn area. Not big on cooking, so glad we can enjoy the resort areas nearby, Antique and shops. We enjoy time with our 3 children and our grandchildren, having a glass of wine or beer, looking over the valley and mountains from this location

Far enough from the city to feel like you are in the forest, but minutes to resorts and small city life. This is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax
