ROYAL KAHANA NYHET OMFORMAT 2016! Oceanfront!

* Det kommer att finnas ett poolkonstruktionsprojekt från och med 23 september 2019, och tills projektet har slutfört de angränsande bostadsrätten, Hololani och The Valley Isle Resort, har kommit överens om att dela användningen av sina pooler och poolområden med alla som bor på Royal Kahana.

Royal Kahana är en av de främsta badorterna som ligger halvvägs mellan Kaanapali och Kapalua. Vårt hem omfattar 1287 kvadratmeter boyta med wrap runt lanais som visar vår spektakulära havsutsikt. Vårt sovrum med havsutsikt har en king size-säng, privat badrum, TV, ett mysigt hörn med en fåtölj för bekväm läsning och har egen privat tillgång till havet Lanai. Nämnde jag att vår Lanai är enorm! Gäst sovrummet har också en king size-säng, privat badrum och TV.

Vi har ett mycket stort vardagsrum som har alla havsutsikt, en PIANO, storbilds-TV, DVD, CD-spelare och piano om någon är så benägen att underhålla. Vår matsal ger gott om plats för upp till sex personer och vårt kök ger alla nya moderna apparater med gott om köksredskap och sedan några!

Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i köket i ett verktygspantry för extra bekvämlighet. Och vi har också ytterligare en halv bad som ligger strax utanför vardagsrummet. Vårt centrala AC-system körs KOLD och vi har två separata enheter så att du kan anpassa sig efter din egen personliga komfortnivå.

Drottningen sova soffan i vardagsrummet ger extra sängar att rymma upp till 6 personer bekvämt. Eller om du föredrar spjälsuthyrning finns tillgängligt via vårt förvaltningsbolag.

Vi njuter av en ganska lojal repetsklient som motiverar oss för att hålla vår enhet väl underhållen. Vi brukar hyra hemmet själva som hjälper oss att hålla enheten i toppform. Vår prisstruktur vi tror är ett fantastiskt värde så snälla kom och njut av vårt hem så mycket som vi gör!

Everything about this place was perfect! The views were amazing, we watched sea turtles all day and whales at night. The sunset was unreal!The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet perfect place for my mom and I for a week.

Our group of two couples enjoyed the condo and working with the host. We had no issues and spent hours on the beautiful lanai. We stayed at the Royal Kahana before and love the views from x10 and x11 condos.

The area is quiet, the property is well-maintained, and the view of the sunsets from this beautiful unit are breathtaking. It was the perfect location for my husband, me, and our two adult children who were looking for a peaceful vacation, well away from the frenzy of a resort!

OUR GO TO PLACE IN MAUI!

We have stayed here several times and will always return to this unit. The LOCATION is right on the ocean! Love sitting on the lanai watching the ocean activity.

We loved this VRBO. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time there on the lanai. The only complaints I have is the bedroom nearest the ocean was way too hot for comfortable sleeping even with the fan on. We did figure out that it had its on thermostat but that didn’t make a difference. Second complaint is the furniture is super old & not comfortable at all; especially the couch! Get a new couch please!

Perfect for Whale Watching!

Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Short stay away

Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Saw so many turtles but no whales this trip! But i will be back and hopefully stay here at 510 Royal Kahana!!’

Quick Family Trip from Vegas to Maui

This property looks exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue but the management company took care of it right away. We loved it so much, we rebooked for January to whale watch. My only complaint is that the birds leave their calling card on the balcony and in the house, so keep the screen closed😉

Paradise View!

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .

Hot Week On Maui

Condo matches the pictures but is very...very dirty. Major bug problem with ant and roach traps through out the entire condo. We counted and found 17 traps. We saw roaches every day. The condo is very dirty....it needs a major over all deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Dear Robert, We made immediate inquiries regarding your references and have been assured by our rooms inspection team that in spite of our efforts to eradicate pests we are as you pointed out still experiencing sightings. The property management is aware and have scheduled repeated pest control services and have assured us that increased frequency of treatments will be continued. Island wide we are seeing more of this activity due to the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing. We do apologize if we fell short on any cleaning issues. We make it a standard practice to communicate and respond to any guest needs throughout the duration of their stay. Our records indicate you had communication with our office manager, but apparently no mention of any cleaning issues. Know that we would have acted immediately to correct any needs had we known.
