Gäster till vår Välutrustade, Multi-story hem har ett lugnt läge i en eftertraktad Beach gemenskapen. Ner Our Private Lane hittar du en stor tropisk Lot Hidden Bara 400 fot från Världsberömda Lanikai Beach.

Tre sovrum (Master Bedroom King, andra sovrummet drottning och tredje med full storlek Daybed) och två fulla bad på bottenvåningen öppna direkt till en täckt Lanai vid sidan av Natural pool och spa. Takfläktar och Ocean Breezes Cool Alla rum. Vi har lagt luftkonditionering i västra läge sovrum (med full storlek Daybed).

Vår stor gård är professionellt anlagda med fruktträd, palmer, blommor och Ferns. Pool leksaker, spel gräsmatta, en Grill, fåtöljer, och matplats Komplett utomhus bekvämligheter. Vi satte ett kylskåp i bottenvåningen tvättstuga att förkorta denna promenad till fylla på poolen drycker.

Vid utformningen av huset, vi placerade vardagsrummet på andra våningen för att dra nytta av Ocean Breezes och Treetop säkerhet. I köket finns Gas Ugn / intervall; Två sänkor, Diskmaskin; Mikrovågsugn; och stora kyl / frys. Den formella matsalen plats för sex, ett stort bord spel och full storlek Daybed Anchor The Living Room. En utomhus Lanai mot öst Innehåller Living Möbler annan matbord, och en spiraltrappa till taket. Outdoor Lanai mot väster Inkluderar en spiraltrappa ner till poolen, en Café bord för två Och gömd bakom Louvered Folding dörrar / fönster, en sovande veranda med en enda hängande säng. Väggarna Längs båda sidor av det stora vardagsrummet försvinner i fickorna för att skapa en omfattande inomhus-utomhus.

En avskild, kassett, Luftkonditionerade Study, en ½ bad, och ett litet loft slutför andra våningen. Unga eller barn på hjärta kan klättra på en stege till loftet, Följ en dold trappa till taket. Andra kan ta spiraltrappan från öst Lanai.

Really lovely stay

Steve and Chris’s house is very special. The listing actually understates how nice it is. It’s clearly a much-loved home in a gorgeous little slice of Lanikai. We had a really wonderful time. The hosts’ son and daughter-in-law, who acted as local contacts and fix-it folks, were delightful. We did get the impression that we were the first short-term tenants for a while, after a long period when the house had been rented out and the owners not around. As a result, there were some maintenance issues that I don’t think the hosts anticipated initially (a washing machine on its last legs, for example, and some misbehaving pool equipment). But they were so responsive and helpful; those issues were all eventually worked out. Overall, we loved the house and would recommend it enthusiastically.

Amazing month in Lanikai!!!

We loved out stay. House was gorgeous, location was perfect. Owners were helpful. Communication was easy. Watch the sunrise from the rooftop, go visit buzz's for amazing fresh fish and cocktails. This is the best area on the island to stay. Gorgeous homes and lots of swimable beaches close by. Cant say enough good things. Aloha and Mahalo!

Hidden Gem in Lanikai !

We decided to do a family “staycation” this summer & had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house in Lanikai! We received confirmation quickly & Steve was always very responsive to any questions we had. He provided useful information about the house ahead of time & met us on the first day to give a guided tour. The house is tucked away from the main street & gives you privacy, but is still walking distance from Lanikai beach & the Pillbox hiking trail. The architecture of the house was masterfully done. The master bedroom (with its own private full bathroom) & 2 other bedrooms & a shared full bathroom are on the ground floor & give you easy access to the outdoor lanai & pool area. Upstairs the main living room area is quite spacious and the formal dining room allowed our entire group to eat our meals together! The kids especially loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed lounging in the Jacuzzi. The spiral staircases & the loft with its rooftop access were unique features. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants & has a small waterfall into the pool. The rooftop deck has a spectacular view of the mountains & the ocean & is great for star gazing at night. We have been raving about this place to our friends & would most definitely stay here again!

One of the most beautifully decorated and unique houses I've ever visited

My husband and I spent our winter vacation here along with our two adult daughters. Everything about this property is perfect: lots of outdoor seating areas, a rooftop area for yoga in the morning, well-appointed kitchen and just a block from the Lanikai beach. The outdoor hot tub and pool have the feel of a remote pool/waterfall in Hana with just as much privacy. The house is decorated with some very unique pieces from all over the world. Everywhere you look there is something worthy of notice. The idea of the bedrooms below and the living areas above works very well for vacationing. Each bedroom and bathroom has an exit to the outside living areas. There were beach chairs and a beach kayak for our use during our trip. The Lanikai beach is clean and has beautiful views. We sincerely enjoyed renting this house and enjoyed all the care that went into making our stay comfortable by the home owners.
