Detta husdjursvÀnliga hem ligger nÀra floden och backar pÄ en hÀrlig skog med vandringsled. Den har en grundpool och en stor dÀck med utsikt över skogen. Everything you need

A great place. Nice balconies and yard. Well appointed kitchen. New bathroom spaces. Comfortable beds. Everything is clean and fresh. Jen is a great communicator.

Doggie Holiday

We have stayed her before with our 3 fur babies. And we loved it. Dog's Loved the beach and its so close. Walk to shops in Hawks nest, dogs just love being out.

Was expecting a bit better

Listed as having air conditioning but it was only in the main living area
 bedrooms had old very noisy fans and given it was very hot hard to sleep with the noise . Kitchen was dirty, oven not clean, fridge not clean and pantry had cockroache poo.. put me off entirely

Comfortable, well equipped, pet friendly home with a fabulous pool, located minted from the beach.

My two young adult children, our dog and I enjoyed our brief stay in Hawks Nest very much. The house is very well equipped, lovely modern kitchen with all the equipment you could need, beautifully decorated living area which features a large smart TV with streaming services available, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The highlight is definitely the lovely In ground pool and the 2 huge verandahs.- it feels like a beachside resort here. There are also many great bush walking tracks surrounding the house & you are only 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from Bennetts Beach. We would have loved to stay longer and would be keen to visit again.

Forest House

An excellent stay. Quiet and clean, everything you would need to make your time in Hawksnest perfect. Great yard for the dogs. Jen (host) is a fabulous communicator and leaves nothing to chance. We will be back.

Quiet location yet central to everything. Very comfortable accommodation - including choices of outdoor areas to relax and of course the pool was great! Felt like home away from home with the host thoughtfully providing all you could need.

Birthday Weekend

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. Lovely property, spacious and homely. Pool was very clean and safely fenced, great garden for our dog, fully fenced. The kitchen was excellent and we cooked meals very easily and had all the utensils we needed. We loved it

Time for some R&R

What a lovely, spacious place for a group or family to enjoy the beach the river and nature. The house was very well stocked and decorated, in a quiet street in a friendly town. Close to everything, with a secure yard. Will definitely stay longer next time.

Fabulous House

We stayed here over Easter - I choose this house because it had good space both indoor and outdoor in case of rain. Luckily there was no rain this year - we loved the swimming pool which was incredibly clean. There are three outdoor areas so we had great locations for breakfast and dinner. The house itself was perfect - very clean and with everything you need - we had friends over for lunch and the long table and air conditioning in the living room was fab. The bedrooms were relaxing, having an en-suite to the main was lively. Everything was very clean which isn’t always the case with homes that allow animals. The sparkling beaches (head to Bennett’s Beach, near the Golf Club if you have a dog) are around 15 min walk away as is the IGA, but parking at both was very easy also. All round a lovely spot! Highly recommended.

Hawks Nest retreat in the forest

Good house for a family holiday. Clean and with all required facilities. Not too far from the beach and the pool is great. The beach looks a bit dangerous for swimming but there's a patrolled section. Lovely long beach for long walks.

Lovely Pet-Friendly Home, Great Pool and Bush Outlook

We had a great stay here! The house is nicely furnished and kitchen comes well equipped and has all the basics (pepper, salt, olive oil, dishwashing, glad wrap, tea, coffee pods etc etc). Comfortable beds and newsly renovated bathrooms. Living room has air conditioning; all bedrooms have fans. The house has verandahs on both sides, one has a great bush outlook (really doesnt't feel like you're in town!) and the other one faces the (very quiet) street. The pool is great and clean - our kids absolutely loved it! The whole house is very well fenced for dogs. short drive or 20min walk to beach and shops. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall we had an amazing week!! Thanks again :)

Excellent

This was a great property to stay at. We had no issues at all. It was also very clean, inside and out (including pool). Jen was very responsive with any communication and even told us about markets happening in town that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. When we come back to the area we will be staying here again if available.
