Wedding Trip

This property was perfect. Shops, food, and casino all close by. I would recommend this property to anyone. The hosts were awesome they accommodated an extra day I had requested no problem. Thank you so much.

Nice house

We had a nice stay at the house. It was close to the center of town. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The only complaint we had was that the check out time was early.

Best hosts/property

Everything about this property, location, furnishings, and communication with hosts was superb. Easy check-in, comfortable beds, modern appliances, and easy access to main street. Perfect for our party of 3 adults. Would love to stay here again and again.

Beautiful home in perfect location

This home is exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location, very clean, quiet and perfect for a group of friends or family. The owner was quick in replies. We had no issues with the home or check in but had other questions and they were super helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Enjoyed our stay. Literal steps from the downtown square. Walked to a nearby brewery after the Muenster ride. Comfy house, nice size kitchen, convenient location, and gracious hosts.

Perfect little spot

We were in town for a competition. This place was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, table was big enough for all of us. Beautifully decorated.

Family weekend

Overall this property is clean and served as a great place for a short family get together weekend. We really appreciated the little snacks and bathroom amenities provided when we showed up. Very much would recommend staying here

Wonderful getaway!

Exceedingly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Lots of extras that add to the enjoyment of this wonderful home, such as snacks, cold bottled water, quality linens, extra comfy beds nightlights, soaps, shampoos, and even extra tooth brushes, and too many more to mention. We love the beautiful historic neighborhood too. We will definitely be back!

Manuel's UNT graduation trip

The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed was there, from comfortable bedding and towels to some forgotten items like q-tips. There was plenty of restaurants around the corner but it was in a wonderful little quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy and the owners were very responsive and the house was very clean and cozy. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

Everything we hoped for and more!

We were travelling to Gainesville for the death of a beloved family member. We usually stayed at his house in Lake Kiowa. Under the circumstances we thought it better to get our own arrangements. We were hoping for a clean and comfortable place to stay while in town. We were not disappointed! The home was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and they were thick and fluffy! The snacks, water bottles and sundry items were such a friendly touch. Would recommend this home without hesitation!

Beautiful house with a great location!

House is great for a large group. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. Location can’t be beat! Just a 12 minute drive to Winstar Casino. House is just two blocks from downtown Gainesville where you can find great places to eat and shop! House is immaculate and a great price!

Wonderful comfortable place to stay! Clean, well equipped & maintained.They thought of everything!

We loved our stay at this lovely house with a view of some of the historic houses of Gainesville right outside the front door. Everything was new and fresh, and so comfortable. Even my extra picky Mom was impressed, and that NEVER happens! The owners have added so many extra conveniences, from snacks, extra toothbrushes, and cold bottled water to extra blankets and a patio with a grill in the back yard, that we wanted for nothing during our stay. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, lots of room, and high quality linens and towels added to the experience. We visit Gainesville often, and this house is the only place we want to stay from now on! We loved it!
