2019 ser ut som ett bra Är att vara i Rehoboth. Stora veckopriser i september med uppvÀrmd pool. 3-dagars hyra tillgÀngligt frÄn och med 24 september. Poolen Àr öppen till 15 oktober. Detta helt nya hem stod klart 2015. Den rymliga första vÄningen har ett öppet koncept kök / vardagsrum / matplats med 10. 5'-tak, massiva trÀgolv, gasspis, stort gourmetkök med exotiska bÀnkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt stÄl, inklusive 2 diskmaskiner. Första vÄningen presenterade anpassade runda dusch, dubbla fÄfÀnglighet och jacuzzi. Grytan i sidoingÄngen, har tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare och keramiska plattor.

Den privata trÀdgÄrden har 13 "x 24" i marken pool, 12 "x 19" baksidan uteplats med gas grill.

Den andra vÄningen har 5 sovrum med alla badrum. Huvudsakliga andra vÄningen befÀlhavaren har privat balkong med utsikt över trÀdgÄrden. Den vÄta baren pÄ andra vÄningen har bÀnkskivor i granit, diskbÀnk och minikyl, sÄ det finns ingen anledning att gÄ ner för den första koppen kaffe.

Rehoboth vacay

Beautiful house

Our family of 11 (4 small children) enjoyed the week immensely. The home was great and the pool area was perfect. We only wish that the trash cans next door were not emptied at 5:30 in the morning on Sunday! :)

Will be coming back!

Loved the house! Plenty of space for hanging out and lounging. Nice big kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or anywhere in Rehoboth. We want to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool since the back yard also looked amazing!

A great place for a long weekend.

We picked this house for a long weekend with 3 other couples. The house was huge with plenty of space for meals. The most enjoyable part was sitting on the porch and watching people going by. Definitely, highly recommended!

Family fun week

The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.

The Pines at RB

Fantastic house which resulted in a fantastic vacation! I’ve been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 35 years. We have stayed at many, many houses during this time. The Pines has been hands down the best! A beautiful house, clean and very comfortable for two families. The pool was terrific after a nice day at the beach. David, the property manager, checked in with us in person upon arrival and made sure everything was just right. I would love to stay at this house again in the future.

It's a Great House

This is a great house. It is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for a large group to gather together and yet to have separate space when desired. There are two big seating/living areas, two eating areas as well as the pool and back patio (with a dining table), and each bedroom has its own bath. The house was very clean and well-equipped. David was easy to deal with – he is very responsive and helpful, and is nearby if you need him to stop in. The house made for a great experience for our family beach vacation.

Thanksgiving stay

The house was really nice and plenty of room for everyone. I was very surprised when we had to bring our own towels and paper products. This detail is not in the listing, after booking I received a contract which did state that towels and paper products are not included, which I missed. I was very surprised when we arrived at the house and there was not a roll of toilet paper and barely any hand soap in the bathrooms I have never seen this and we had to make our own beds, they did provide the linens. So just be aware that you have to bring all your own towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. .

Just the perfect long weekend!

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was the perfect set up for four couples. The host seemed to anticipate anything we could possibly want. The kitchen was well set up. There was even a tool drawer that came in handy. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, hitting all the shops downtown, and tons of restaurants. We appreciated that the host David stopped in to tell us about a little glitch with the alarm. Because sure enough, it went off at 2 AM and we had the heads up and could fix it. We are looking forward to returning next year!

McCarthy Family Vacation

INCREDIBLE!!!! The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing. The pool got a ton of use to soak and float with cocktails! The location to “downtown” was the perfect distance and the beach was an easy, healthy walking distance (half mile). We were initially concerned with one “neighbor” being a restaurant parking lot (my wife and I aren’t night owls:)) however there were zero issues with noise. The Neighbor to the other side is an owner and he was pleasant and welcoming. A PERFECT week!!!

BEAUTIFUL & Convenient

It's a beautiful property. We loved the space. Each room having it's own bath was wonderful for privacy. Gorgeous kitchen, well stocked with cookware and utensils. The huge dinner table was great for our family. The family rooms were quite comfortable. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. There weren't many things wrong with the space . However, the light switches were a bit of a pain. They weren't marked and some were installed upsidedown. I wasn't a fan of being jarred awake by the sound of the dumpster nextdoor being dumped. Had the lights been less of a pain and the home not right next to a restaurant parking lot it would have been perfection.
